FA BRIC TECHNOLOGY Polygiene Odor Control: Permanently protects your garments from smelling like a locker room. Sweat itself is odorless, however creates conditions that bacteria needs to multiply. Polygiene permanent odor control stops the growth of odor-causing bacteria on fabrics, so you can wear more and wash less. Polygiene permanent odor control is based on silver chloride made from 100 percent recycled silver sourced from photographic and industrial applications.

Yulex-Natural Rubber: This plant based polymer is first tapped from hevea trees, then the raw latex is refined in a proprietary process that removes 99% of impurities. This results in a stronger, non-sensitizing natural elastomer. Because this material is produced in trees instead of factories, it uses solar energy instead of generated electricity resulting in up to 80% less climate altering CO2 being emitted in the manufacturing process.

STRATEGY PUBLICATION

31

Strategy Publication All three of the countries we selected, China, Italy, and Sri Lanka, all show signs of future prosperity and growth, this is why we believe they are a perfect match for Suit Up. Each supplier we selected practice sustainability and fair trade. These suppliers also all share the innovative active wear technological capabilities required for our suits. As far as cost we believe that because we are a small ecommerce business a small 20 foot container will save us costs associated with transportation.

Strategy Conclusion We believe the best matches for Suit Up is China, Italy, Sri Lanka. We selected each country for very different reasons because each country’s strengths will help create a quality garment that is able to keep Suit Up’s values in mind. Due to China’s infrastructure and major technological advancements in apparel manufacturing we believe it to be a great fit. More specifically we believe the KTC factory in China is better able to met our unique sportswear suiting needs. Italy is world renowned for its quality, because of this we believe Italy to be a great match for our suiting needs. The M.I.T.I. Spa factory in Italy also specializes in sportswear but also is able to satisfy Suit Up’s tailoring needs. Finally we chose Sri Lanka because of its growing apparel manufacturing industry and its dedication to sustainable practices. Sri Lanka has many factories that are able to meet our code of conduct needs, however, we believe Mas Intimates, a factory used by Lulu Lemon, to be the best suited to handle our unique sports wear fabric.
