An idiot’s guide to Personnel -

To access to personnel data first click the personnel tab at the top left hand side of the main screen.

When you open the personnel folder for the first time it will be empty.

To add a member of personnel click add new personnel. You will then be asked to complete the following details, the first 4 of which are mandatory:

Name

To add a picture you will need to press the browse button. You will then be directed to your documents that holds pictures select the relevant picture and then once navigated back to the personnel screen click save.

Your newly added member of personnel will now appear on the screen. You have the option to add as many members as you would like.

You can also edit the personnel by clicking the edit button. This allows you to edit the information you have already added. You can also now add any training certificates held by the personnel you have added.

Click on the training relevant to the personnel you have added and click assign training. You can then add the dates of the training you have just added including the date undertaken and the date for refresher. If the training certificates have expired this will be flagged up once you have saved the data. Once you have done this you are able to repeat the process. When you have completed this click the save button.

You are then able to assign a site that the personnel are working on. Click on the drop down menu under assign a site. A list of sites will appear and you are then able to select the relevant one.

If you wish to search for a member of personnel that for example has an expired certificate click on the run report drop down menu and select the relevant criteria and the personnel you are looking for will appear.

You are then able to print a PDF copy of the certificates held by the individual.

To delete an individual simply click the delete icon next to their name and confirm.
