01 LARGEST COMMERCIAL BUILDING IN ASIA - SHANGHAI GLOBAL HARHOR Project Director: Xiaodong Wang Site: Shanghai CBD, China Professional Teamwork Project Role in Team: office tower detailed design hotel tower detailed design and area calculations, Roof car parking and Banquet hall detailed design Located in a prime location of the centre area, Global Harbor, Shanghai is a super large urban complex with a total building area of 430,000m2, of which the aboveground area is 280,000m2 and the underground area is 150,000m2. The complex consists of a large shopping centre with an area of 230,000m2 and two 80,000m2 high-rise towers, one of which will become Hyatt Hotel, a five star hotel, and the other is a A-grade office building. The surrounding transport connections are complicated with two metro lines integrated into the building and the Inner Ring Elevated Road running by it; however, on the other hand, it will bring heavy pedestrian flow to the complex. CSSI - NDRI is undertaking the architectural engineering design, construction design and detailed design as well as variations through to completion. The project has been running for seven years, and completed in 2016.

02 MULTIPLE FACADE SYSTEM –SHANGHAI KING 88 PLAZA Project Director: Wen Wu Site: Shanghai CBD, China Professional Teamwork Project Role in Team: Project Representative, Assistant Project Manager, Facade detailed Design, Variation detailed/construction design of all levels during construction Located in the central area of Shanghai, between jing 'an Temple and Zhongshan Park, it is a traditional regional commercial center with a good geographical environment. Due to the urban reconstruction of Shanghai central area in the 1990s, the commercial and business environment in this area gradually declined due to the excessive emphasis on largescale residential development. Therefore, in the new round of planning and development plan of Shanghai, it is urgent to reorganize the urban function distribution and call back its prosperity and glory. CSSI - NDRI is undertaking the architectural engineering design, construction design and detailed design as well as variations through to completion. The project has been running for six years, and completed in 2016.

03 HIGH-QUALITY NURSING HOME –TAIPING SENIOR COMMUNITY Project Director: Yan Lu Site: Shanghai, China Professional Teamwork Project Role in Team: Asisstant Project Manager, #9 & #11 Senior Apartment’s detailed design, #10 Community Center detailed design With an investment of about 4 billion yuan, it takes 6 years to build, more than 100 considerate services, and more than 40 types of facilities suitable for old age...Taiping medical type combined with retirement community is the world's top 500 enterprises - Taipin insurance group's professional life insurance company funded the building of the taiping life first flagship endowment community project, has more than 1500 sets of healthy, active aging apartment and nearly 900 Zhang Kangfu care beds, which can provide long lasting for about 3500 elders and keep high quality life service.

04 XANADU TOWN -TONGXIANG SENIOR COMMUTITY Project Director: Yan Lu Site: Zhejiang, China Professional Teamwork Project Role in Team: Assistant Project Manager, #6 and #13 building detailed design Within the "1-hour life circle" of the Yangtze River Delta, and in the center of the Urban agglomeration of The Yangtze River Delta such as Shanghai, Hangzhou, Suzhou and Ningbo. The final site of Tongxiang Pingan Health and pension comprehensive service community project is Gaoqiao Town and Wuzhen Town, Tongxiang City.The total planned land area is about 4,000 mu, the total investment is about 17 billion yuan, and the total construction area is about 1.6 million square meters. As development of China's Ping an real estate group is a combination of real estate and quality health butler service of full age, full of form a complete set, one-stop comprehensive services community health pension, is the important form of endowment real estate, aim is to provide services for the ageing society in general, is also China's first "endowment comprehensive community service".
