Change is in the air. Summer is slowly starting to give way to autumn, as the warmer days get shorter and the nights start to draw in. September also marks the Rio 2016 Paralympics with Sutton’s David Weir competing on the track. It also marks the start of the academic year and it is also a time of firsts – first day at pre-school, primary or secondary school and for some the start of university life.

EDITOR’S TIPS A touch of Provence

We are also celebrating a milestone of our own - the launch of our new Banstead, Cheam and Sutton edition of out&about. Since 2011, out&about has been delivering the best of business and news about what’s on in the community to homes in south-west London. Last year we brought that successful formula to Surrey with the launch of our Epsom magazine and now we are branching out, providing a platform for communities in and around Sutton.

Because that is what out&about is. It is a platform, a space for business, a voice for the community. There are many stories about business ventures, amazing projects and personal challenges within our towns. These are the people and organisations that need a platform for exposure and that should be championed and that is what out&about aims to do. We are also delighted to be working in partnership with Sutton Chamber of Commerce to bring you the latest business news and with Sutton Voice, an online community website dedicated to supporting and championing the borough, its towns and people. Welcome and enjoy reading.

THE FUTURE’S BRIGHT Sutton’s biggest shopping centre looks ahead to 25-year anniversary Sitting in the heart of Sutton town centre is its biggest shopping centre, the St Nicholas Centre. Opened back in 1992 by Mayor of Sutton Joan Dutton, the £120million project saw the shopping centre launch with just five stores, including Allders, Littlewoods, C&A and the World of Food. Although the exterior is pretty much the same, the interior has undergone many transformations over the years with the removal of fountains and escalators, the installation of link bridges and the coming and going of many great high street names. Currently the centre houses more than 50 high street and independent stores including Primark, Debenhams, Next, New Look, Toy Barnhaus and now Pandora.

As the shopping centre moves into the future and its 25th year in 2017, it is set to evolve yet again to meet the growing needs of the town and its residents. With a new centre director and management team now in place, the team is focused on driving changes forward, with Sutton already starting to see marked improvements. High street favourite Pandora opened its doors in June and Sblended Milkshakes opened in August. There have also been vast improvements to the aesthetics of the malls and the toilet facilities are currently undergoing much-needed refurbishment. Gavin Waller, centre director, commented: “The future is bright for the St Nicholas Centre and there are exciting times ahead. We are currently looking forward to Christmas, and are pleased to announce that this year will see the installation of new Christmas decorations that we hope will delight our visitors. We are also working on plans for something special for families that will demonstrate the changing face of the St Nicholas Centre.” Keep up to date with future plans and everything happening at the St Nicholas Centre by signing up to their mailing list or follow them on Facebook and Twitter.

HEALTH AWARENESS

BETTER HEALTH SHOULDER PAIN

CHILTERN HEALTH CENTRES Sutton • Crawley • Leatherhead • Carshalton

Chiltern Health Centre Sutton Chiropractic Clinic 137 Brighton Rd, Sutton Surrey, SM2 5SW

A common cause of shoulder pain is damage to the rotator cuff muscles and tendons, which support the shoulder joint and allow for a wide range of movement. Damage may be the result of an injury to the shoulder or from progressive wear and tear that you might expect from repetitive shoulder activity. Over time old shoulder injuries and repetitive activities can cause the development of bone spurs or build up of calcium deposits within the tendons, causing irritation or damage. This persistent irritation can cause inflammation, tearing or even a complete rupture of the tendon resulting in pain and reduced range of movement. Often pain from a rotator cuff injury is described as a dull deep ache in the shoulder. Lying on the affected side may disturb sleep and it may be difficult to comb your hair, fasten a bra or scratch your back. Often the arm feels weak so that simple things like lifting a kettle or opening a door are painful and awkward.

How do you know you have a rotator cuff injury?

There are a number of orthopaedic tests that your chiropractor or osteopath can perform to indicate whether there is damage or irritation to the rotator cuff. Diagnostic ultrasound of the shoulder is a fast, affordable and dynamic way to examine the rotator cuff and has been shown to be as reliable as MRI. X-ray is helpful for the diagnosis of bone spurs but is not able to assess the tendons or muscles. What treatment should I have?

Depending on the severity of the injury, chiropractic and osteopathy can help to reduce pain and increase range of movement. In more severe cases surgical intervention may be needed, therefore a quick diagnosis is needed, as some surgical procedures are time sensitive.

If you are concerned that you have damage to the rotator cuff tendons it is wise to have it assessed as soon as possible. The Chiltern Health Centre can offer both chiropractic and osteopathic consultations and can also provide a diagnostic ultrasound and x-ray service.

GOING FOR GOLD Paralympian David Weir bids for track glory at Rio 2016 It is just a matter of hours until the greatest show on earth gets underway in Brazil. The 2016 Rio Paralympic Games will be the culmination of four years’ work for a Great Britain squad buoyed by the success of their home games in 2012. Among the stars of track and field competing for glory during the games, which run from September 7 to 18, will be Sutton’s very own four-time Paralympic champion David Weir. The 37-year-old, who tried a number of sports before falling for wheelchair racing, heads to Rio in good form after a sterling performance in the IPC Grand Prix Finals in July. Weir, who lives in Wallington, has his sights set on five gold medals – one more than his winning tally at the London 2012 Games. “To be a part of ParalympicsGB once again is a huge honour,” he said. “My first appearance came back in 1996 and the feeling of representing my country is as strong as it was when I put on the British vest in Atlanta. “My performances on the track at the IPC Athletics European Championships showed that I’m still competitive with the best in the world and will be looking to put myself among the medals once again in Rio.

Games fills me with huge excitement. “The team has gone from strength-to-strength in the last few years and I’m sure we’ll show once again that we’re a force to be reckoned with.” We’ll all be keeping our fingers crossed.

GUEST WRITER

GODS’ ENEMY An exclusive extract from the first in a series of books by Derek E Pearson Up in the hills the Fulsome silver mine was beginning to show a real profit. There were other mines in Presidio County, but Fulsome was ours to fret over and it was my responsibility to keep things in order. Because of that mine we had a brand new Galveston, Harrisburg and San Antonio steam train stop in the town. It connected us to the mine and the company town of Shafter. If, and when, trouble finally walked up Main Street the townsfolk figured it would likely be the result of Fulsome’s miners getting drunk and horny, but they were peaceful, hard-working men as a rule. They’d even detoured a nook of the Sweet Alice and made a wash bed away from the flowing stream. That was thoughtful of them. It meant they didn’t muddy our drinking water with spoil from sieving their ore. Even so, the God-fearing parishioners of Mule’s Ass were wary of the miners. I once heard someone say, “As sure as eggs taste good and chickens lay them, I say where there’s a mine there’s men − and where there’s men all together like that there’s sure to be both carnal desires and unnatural acts.” “But I say to you that everyone who looks at a woman with carnal intent has already committed adultery with her in his heart,” said old St Matthew and he sure put his words where his heart was. But me? I could never put a man in the cells for just thinking impure thoughts. I’d have ended up there myself often enough. Any man would.

You know the way a tree can be dead but doesn’t know it yet? The trunk goes twisty and black and dry, and it thins down to near nothing like a skinny finger, big-knuckled and bent over fit to split. Then, come spring, a few scrawny leaves emerge from the bud – yellow, weak things that look embarrassed to come out of hiding and turn their faces up to the sun. That just about sums up the way Grandma Teatree looked, old and bent and dead. Thing was she never learned when to climb into her box and get herself properly buried. Nothing I say could ever describe the sheer force of her personality. She was too ornery and stubborn to lie down and die the way Mother Nature and God so surely intended. If ever she went she would go on her own terms; and that would only be when she was good and ready. Then came the day of the murdered raped man found facedown in a mound of fire ants and somebody – or something − opened the gates to allow Hell itself some play-time on Earth. And that was when God’s war got started. Derek E Pearson is a journalist who lives in Wallington with his wife Sue. Gods’ Enemy is the first in a new series, due to be released on November 5. It will be available at Waterstones in Kingston and Walton-On-Thames, Amazon and online. The book follows Pearson’s enthusiastically reviewed Body Holiday trilogy and Soul’s Asylum series.

www.gbpublishing.net @derekepearson

Anyhow, we figured it was best not to put temptation in a man’s way and we kept our womenfolk under canvas when the miners came into town with their money come Friday. It’s true that some of the town’s younger women could turn a man’s head simply walking down the boardwalk. Otherwise Mule’s Ass was something of a carnal desert. Was it evil to look at a pretty girl? I say no, not if you keep your thoughts and your hands to yourself. Even so, it was felt best for everyone that we kept those girls out of the way when the miners were in town. There was one formidable creature who could walk freely on the town’s streets or anywhere else she chose to roam. Grandma Teatree. Why she was called Grandma nobody knew − she was as childless as me − but I guess that old lady had notched up enough rings through her trunk to qualify as Grandma for the entire population of the whole Lone Star State if such a fancy took her. She was extraordinary.

COMMUNITY NEWS

plants THE POWER OF

Herbalist Herbalist Jenny Jenny Harper Harper shares shares tips tips and and recipes recipes for for using using herbs herbs for for wellbeing wellbeing Foraging for native herbs for her business, Jenny Harper quickly realised she needed to find a growing space. She struck lucky as part of Sutton Community Farm’s FarmStart programme, as she tells out&about. What sparked the idea for Herb Infusion Co?

Herb Infusion Co was formed in 2013 but it really took off when I got a growing space. I was already a volunteer at Sutton Community Farm from its genesis. The farm became a food growing business incubator with support from the Carnegie Trust. I applied for its FarmStart programme and was given a growing space for the year in 2015 along with tutelage from the chief grower from the farm and manager. I started growing herbs and selling them in teas at markets. The business has continued to grow and I have a symbiotic relationship with the farm. I provide teas to go in their veg boxes. What herbs do you use for the seasonal teas you produce?

The winter tea has elderberry and hawthorn berries, orange peel, the only non-native ingredient in the tea, hand-dried from oranges sourced from organic Spanish farms, bay leaf and heartsease. It’s a fruity, spicy tea for winter. The spring tea has nettle leaf and dandelion leaf with cowslip flowers and violet and is very cleansing. In summer there are two blends of tea – lemon verbena, strawberry leaf and marigold and mint and rose petals because there is so much more choice in summer. The autumn blend is the last of the four and is still in my head.

What can people expect from your autumn herb workshop?

They can expect to learn really simple things. How to grow and identify herbs, what plants to harvest and how to harvest them, which herbs to dry for tea or to put in an oil. There will be some really simple recipes for remedies and for preserving. Winter is a good time to ingest local herbs for well-being. Are people becoming more interested in where their food comes from and sourcing produce locally?

Definitely. People are becoming more aware, perhaps through global situations like the Amazon destruction, that we don’t necessarily need to ship in our superfoods from abroad. They are grown in abundance here. People are more concerned about sourcing things locally and connecting with the land. Autumn Herb Workshop, Sutton Community Farm, September 24, 10am-1pm, £20, email herbinfusionco@ gmail.com or call 07876 245661 to book.

www.suttoncommunityfarm.org.uk If you can’t make the workshop, visit the farm on September 10 for its harvest festival event or contact Jenny to find out about volunteering with Herb Infusion Co on September 21.

How easy is to forage for herbs?

It is relatively easy. I find it very, very easy to forage around the Surrey Hills. You have to be careful not to pick things that are endangered. It is my favourite part of the job really. Which native herbs can be found locally?

Hedgerow herbs, elderberries, nettles, low growing greens, plantain, cleavers, chickweed and St John’s Wort – because it covers the chalk hills – are the most abundant herbs.

SUTTON VOICE

SUTTON VOICE Columnist Roger Mills on the importance of providing a voice for the community We are proud to be working with the Safer Trader Scheme run by Sutton Council (www.suttonvoice.co.uk/suttontraders) to promote those traders who are prepared to undertake the necessary processes to receive an endorsement from its inspection team, Sutton Cricket Club (www. suttonvoice.co.uk/sutton-sports-news) to help promote great sport in our borough and many others who every day look for the “oxygen of publicity”. There are many others partnerships in the pipeline and it has a dedicated channel (www.suttonvoice.co.uk/sutton-remembers) to highlight the various initiatives that are being undertaken to honour our heroes who died in the first world war.

Since I started Sutton Voice more than two years ago the demand has continued to grow for groups and individuals to know more about what is happening in our borough. Which is why the launch of out&about is such great news. Here is a publication that is dedicated to continuing to deliver the strong message of what every part of Sutton has to offer. Welcome out&about. The Sutton Voice website www.suttonvoice.co.uk receives more than 30,000 visits a week and is every day striving to ensure its key objective to provide a platform for our community to the “real” Sutton. In the last year more than 1.3million visits were made to the site to view articles about the people, businesses and the organisations that make up Sutton borough. A Sutton which I know out&about will be featuring in the months and years ahead. Sutton Voice has news and information which is updated every day from every area from Beddington to Worcester Park, Wallington to Hackbridge. It has more than 2,600 Twitter followers and an increasing loyal following on Facebook.

Sutton Voice is a not-for-profit social enterprise. It receives no funding except from supporters who advertise, but this does not cover the cost so why does it carry on? I believe Sutton is a great place to live and that thousands of people every week play their part in delivering the range of services that ensure it retains that status, but increasingly those people do not have a “voice”, do not have an opportunity to reach others and tell about their successes and their needs to keep on functioning. That is why I set up Sutton Voice after 50 years of living in the borough I wanted to offer a more true reflection of its people and organisations. Hopefully every day it is increasing its reach so that those communities who also need help, support, encouragement or just awareness can find it in Sutton Voice. So if you need help, information, support or want to help with this project please get in touch.

www.suttonvoice.co.uk Follow us on Twitter @SuttonVoice Find us on Facebook www.facebook.com/Sutton-Voice

But it’s not just news and information. Among the many other services it delivers it offers a completely free jobs channel www.suttonvoice.co.uk/sutton-jobs so that employers can reach the talent that lies within our boundary. It is now also working in conjunction with a range of organisations in partnerships to help their promotion, but also to continue to try and make the borough a better and safer place to live.

REALM

Take a journey through time at Sutton’s Imagine Festival

Sutton’s largest arts and culture festival returns with a celebration of the works of author HG Wells. More than 30 free events will take place between October 15 and 30 featuring dance, music, spoken word and shadow puppetry performances. This year the festival will honour H G Wells, one-time Worcester Park resident, who was born 150 years ago this October. The author of War of the Worlds, The Invisible Man and The Time Machine, Wells science-fiction novels offered a prescient glance of what was to come and shaped our ideas of the future. Over the course of the festival there will be a chance to create your own miniature Utopian Sutton in a box using collage materials, along with family art and craft workshops, children’s drama sessions, BrickBox time-travel disco, and a new sound installation from Output Arts will be mixing the future and the past in digitally transformed objects hidden around Honeywood Museum. The festival is supported by Sutton Council and Arts Council England.

Festival highlights H G Wells Pub(lic Library) Quiz.

Test your Wellsian knowledge in this fun quiz compered by the ‘Queen of British Performance Poetry’, Francesca Beard. With prizes at stake you might want to do a little bit of prequiz research. You can choose to spectate or participate as an individual, or come along and join a group on the night. The event will finish with a poem specially written for the festival by Beard. Ages 10+.

Step into The Time Machine to see what science holds for the future of cancer treatment and try out some hands-on experiments. The Invisible Man

Wallington’s atmospheric Edwardian reference library provides the backdrop for a compelling shadow theatre performance inspired by H G Wells’ famous tale, The Invisible Man. Using music, shadows and words, Play of Light Theatre explores the temptations and the traps of invisibility. The Shape of Things to Come

LOCAL NEWS

CHALLENGING PERCEPTIONS Beauty pageants are empowering, says Miss Surrey title holder Sophie King After contracting meningitis, Sophie King says she has a new appreciation of life. So much so, that she’s taken to saying ‘yes’ to projects and challenges she would initially have shied away from, including entering a beauty pageant. Sophie, 27, is the current Miss Surrey titleholder, but says her illness spurred her on to apply for the competition. “It’s always been something that I have been interested in. A year ago I contracted meningitis – after that I essentially had a new lease of life. I started saying yes to things and doing things I didn’t do before. This was one of them.” Sophie fell ill in December 2014, having previously been fit and healthy.

For whatever reason I survived and didn’t have any lasting symptoms.”

“I don’t recall anything about it. I just remember feeling very dizzy and very light sensitive. Luckily I was with a friend and he called an ambulance.

After successfully taking the Miss Surrey title she now has her sights set on the finals on September 22 where the winners of each of the regional heats will compete to be Miss Great Britain.

“The last thing I remember was the ambulance man arriving and asking me my name and date of birth. I couldn’t answer the questions.” A week later she woke up in an intensive care unit at St George’s Hospital, Tooting. “I was told I’d had septicaemia, that my heart had been kept going with adrenalin. I was on a machine to breathe for me and I had lots of wires all round my body. “The doctors had told my parents there was a 25% per cent chance that I would make it through.

Far from the stereotypical image of pageants Sophie, who works as a management consultant, says it is the most empowering thing she has done. “It is refreshing to be in an environment that is celebrating women and being female. Virtually everyone involved is a girl. It is women supporting other women.” Over the course of the year, she has also been using her title to raise money for the charity Make Some Noise, which provides a platform for small charities and initiatives to raise their profile and get their voice heard. She has already completed a number of challenges, including a charity abseil at Epsom Racecourse, in conjunction with Harrison’s Fund, and received a £1,000 donation from the Rotary Club of Ashtead.

SCHOOLS

School VISITS

Making the most of school open days The academic year has barely begun, but already there are a host of dates in your calendar for the autumn. Yes, it’s time for the round of school open days ahead of the admission for secondary, primary school or the transition to sixth form. Word-of-mouth recommendations and research aside, nothing beats seeing a school with your own eyes and getting a feel for how it works. Here are some tips to getting the most out of your visit: Take your son or daughter

As a parent you will have a clear idea of the type of school you want your child to attend. But it is also important that your son or daughter feels happy and comfortable within the surroundings. Take your child along and ask for their opinions and feedback. Ask questions

Talk to the pupils, staff and other parents and don’t be worried about asking lots of questions, that is what open days are for. Encourage your child to ask questions, too. They will be looking at school life from their own perspective. Guided tours

Timed tours will often be led by pupils and will enable you to have a fairly comprehensive view of what is on offer. While guided tours are valuable, leave some time to go back and look around the school independently, revisiting areas that were of particular interest or only briefly seen.

pupils easily see the whiteboard and displays? Aside from the main teaching areas look at the library, lunch hall and sports facilities to see what is on offer. Make a trip to the toilets, often they provide a real indication of how well the facilities are maintained. Don’t forget to look around the outdoor space as well. Noticeboards

Are noticeboards up to date? Are there displays of pupils’ work? Does it represent a broad range of abilities? Can you also see evidence of extra curricular clubs and activities to broaden pupils’ experiences? Headteacher’s speech

A key part of any open day is the headteacher’s speech. It will give you a flavour of the school’s ethos, aspirations and goals. How are pupils presented?

Are they smart and take pride in wearing their uniform? Are they polite and engaged? Do they seem happy at school? We would love to hear your school news. If you have an anniversary to celebrate, a fundraising event, art show or sporting achievement – get in touch. Email teresa@fhwem.com

FOSTERING A LOVE OF LEARNING Anne Musgrove, headteacher of Sutton High Junior School, invites parents to visit We would be delighted to welcome you to visit us to learn how we value the whole girl, from our academic focus, preparing them for 11-plus, ensuring that we develop their growth mindset, through a connected curriculum, to their enrichment in our extracurricular programme. Girls can join our nursery in the half-term before their third birthday, and we provide wrap-around-care from 7.30am until 6.30pm during term time. Prospective girls visit us for an assessment and do not want to leave. The empathy our girls and staff have is clear the moment you walk through the door. We are ideally situated within our own junior school buildings and with Sutton High Senior School in our view, so transition into senior school life is the natural next step. At Sutton High Junior School our priority is to enable the girls to be happy, confident and independent. Our belief is that when the girls enjoy coming into school they will develop a love of learning, they will feel supported to try challenges, to explore, and to discover their individual talents and gifts. We are a junior school aiming to develop your daughter both pastorally and academically – this is based on knowing your daughter individually, her personality and her skills set.

L@outandabout_mag

Our next open morning for the nursery school, junior school, senior school and sixth form is on September 24, but individual visits are also very welcome.

For more details please contact admissions@sut.gdst.net and we look forward to welcoming you to our school.

LOCAL BUSINESS

R aising A GLASS England’s first sparkling wine tour uncorked

tutored wine tastings, a pub lunch sampling some of the best local produce from the Surrey Hills and, importantly, a driver.

While on a trip to the vineyards of France, Mike Keeble was struck by a thought: why is no one offering wine tours in England? An accountant by trade with a passion for wine, his epiphany came while on a tour of Reims and Epernay in Champagne. Back home in Surrey, Mike realised that within a six-mile radius of his home were a number of vineyards producing award-winning sparkling wines. His tour company was born. Mike said: “Due to climate change and the perfect Terroir in the south of England we can produce sparkling wine which is, some experts say, as good as, and indeed better, than the French version.

First stop is the 265-acre Denbies vineyard, Dorking. England’s largest vineyard, producing 300,000 litres of wine per year, celebrates its 30-year anniversary this year. Next on to High Clandon vineyard, founded in 2004 by Sibylla and Bruce Tindale. Their small, hand-manicured vineyard has 1,250 vines. The personal touch is there from the start of the process, pruning back the previous year’s dead wood, to the end when the finishing label is applied to the bottle neck by hand. The climate in Southern England makes wine growing a challenge, mainly due to frosts and vine pests, so to make wine organically is taking an already difficult task and making it harder. But that’s the choice made by Nick Wenman, owner of the 12-acre Albury Organic Vineyard, which is the third stop on the day tour. Nick, and vineyard manager Alex Valsecchi, believe organic viticulture produces better fruit and better wine. Restauranteurs like Tom Kerridge and Angela Hartnett seem to agree as they have the wines on their lists.

“This appears to be confirmed by the famous Champagne house Taittinger buying 69 hectares in Kent as part of a multi-million pound investment over the next 10 years. Their long-term plan is to produce 300,000 bottles of English sparkling wine.”

The final leg of the tour takes a diversion off the sparkling wine route to Surrey gin distillery Silent Pool.

The tour itinerary takes in a mix of vineyards, from a small boutique winery to a well-established vineyard. It includes

SUTTON BUSINESS AWARDS

Success

CELEBRATING

Time is running out to enter the 2016 Sutton Business Excellence Awards At a time when high streets up and down the country were hit by the economic downturn Mike Lawrence risked everything to open his menswear store in Sutton. Eight years later, The Projekt Store has not only weathered the storm it continues to adapt to the times, embracing social media and online shopping as a way of retaining and building its customer base. The retailer was crowned Sutton’s Business of the Year last November, having already been named Best Business for Marketing and Social Media at the 2015 Sutton Business Excellence Awards. Now Mr Lawrence is encouraging businesses in the borough to get involved this year and see their hard work rewarded. He said: “It’s a must for any businesses in the borough, small, medium-sized and especially independents, to get involved and be recognised.” The awards celebrate the entrepreneurial talent, commitment and success of companies of all sizes and across a range of industries. Now in their third year, the Sutton Business Excellence Awards are organised by Sutton Chamber of Commerce and Successful Sutton business improvement district in association with CNM Estates. New this year is an award to those who dish up the most important meal of the day – breakfast. Open to all venues and eateries that serve breakfast, entries will be judged not just on the information submitted by businesses but also on feedback from customer voting forms.

L@outandabout_mag

There are 11 categories to enter, with an overall award for business of the year. The deadline for entries is fast approaching. Completed entries must be submitted by September 7, with the award winners announced at a black-tie event in November.

INTEGRITY, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL. THEIR WORDS, NOT OURS! Jo Harrison Johnson’s provided us with a very personalised service, which I think you can only get from a small family run business. Matt hand-held us throughout the whole process, and when we faced some unexpected twists and turns, Matt was amazing and pulled out all the stops to ensure the sale went through smoothly. I think the whole experience would have been far more stressful if I didn’t have Matt to carefully manage all parties and keep me calm! I would highly recommend Johnson’s to anyone thinking of selling their home.

Christine Sinclair I had several Estate Agents come to value our home; however when I met Robin – I knew I wanted Johnson’s Independent Property Agents to represent us and market our home. Why? Well, quite simply, because I trusted them both explicitly to do the right thing by me, my husband and children. Robin presented himself as someone with integrity, knowledge and skill. I then met Matt, who was charming, considerate and had an enormous amount of insight and knowledge in the real estate business. They delivered, not just a professional service, they also provided us with support and additional advice when we needed guidance. If we ever chose to move again, we would not hesitate to call this team of highly skilled professionals; they don’t just get the job done- they deliver a platinum level of customer service.

If you’re thinking of selling or letting your property, call us now to arrange your free no obligation valuation.
