We provide excellent designs, building, civil works and consultancy services for the construction industry in order to ensure professional service delivery in a sub-sector currently dominated by unqualified service providers. Our innovative insights into the future of smart homes, minimal use of space for retail and commercial purposes, and our close association with materials manufacturers are core strengths.

Neo Habitat maintains a corporate office in kaduna. The firm is made up of a team of experienced engineers, architects and a pool of dedictated, tested and confirmed artisans / workmen. The individual and collective experience of these highly qualified professionals makes it possible for the company to ably undertake any project(s) within the country. We plan projects using cutting edge hardware and Computer Aided Designs (CAD) software. This does not only afford us the advantage previewing / reviewing various parameters / conditions without loss of valuable time but also assist us in the attainment of a high level of accuracy in project formulation appraisals.
