Zlchov Distillery

This site has been designed based on an existing building analysis on an industrial site. The intension is to create and consider peoples orgins and their need for socializing, while at the same time creating environments for LIVE, WORK & PLAY. Spaces within the site can generate new ways on community life. The site has a strong North & South pedestrian blvd. It was designed to have people as the focus, not the vehicle. Pedestrian and vehicle strips penetrate the Blvd creating its East & West axis. The user moves into the site discovering the social environments. At the same time the pedestrian Blvd becomes interconnected creating various paths for the users to follow making Semi-private space focal points & social environments.

NC State Fairgrounds The new urban core district at the NC State fairgrounds masterplan study establishes the framework and urban design guideline that will shape future development of an innovative and vibrant mixed use urban destination. The site host 3 environmental hazards. The underutilized site will become a destination in the heart of southwest Raleigh with a unique identity and an attractive blend of pedestrian scaled streets, public parks, plazas and neighborhood amenities. The study seeks to position the area for new economic and social growth. Connecting the proposed light rail system at the fairgrounds is critical to the success of the district.

Professional Work The Promenade at Chenal - Kansas City, MO

AThe Promenade at Chenal, a 306,000 square foot open-air lifestyle center, is located in Chenal Valley in west Little Rock, Ark. The shopping center is home to a variety of upscale national, regional and local retailers, restaurant and entertainment venues. The center is designed in a French Gothic style. The open-air design of the center replicates a nostalgic Main Street shopping district. Vehicular access to the Main Street allows convenient parking in front of your favorite store or restaurant. Extensive sidewalks, landscaping and hardscape create a pedestrian-friendly environment ideal for shopping, entertainment and socializing.

The Legends - Kansas City, MO

Legends Outlets Kansas City is a vibrant addition to the Village West retail and entertainment destination development located in Kansas City, Kansas. Legends Outlets offers specialty stores, unique retail, entertainment and dining venues to support and enhance any visitorâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s lifestyle. Located within the single largest tourist attraction in the state of Kansas, Legends Outlets is surrounded by major destinations - including leading outdoor retailer Cabelaâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s, Nebraska Furniture Mart, a baseball stadium for the T-Bones Northern League baseball team, Schlitterbahn Waterpark Resort, the Great Wolf Lodge, featuring an indoor waterpark, and the NASCAR Kansas Speedway.

• The Promenade at Chenal - Kansas City, MO A soft goods and entertainment shopping center with multiple building sizes and types of use, including but not limited to dept. stores, restaurants, and a combination of sub-major and specialty shop tenants. • DCH Regional Medical Center- Tuscaloosa, AL 12 • Crossgates Mall Renovation & Theatery 4 Crossgates Mall is the second-largest shopping mall in Upstate New York and the fourth-largest in the state. It was a two-fold project that included a partial renovation of the mall and the demolition expansion of a former anchor tenant to Dick’s Sporting Goods. The renovation updated the mall Theatery and several bays leading to Dick’s.

• Augusta Mall Renovation and Expansion- Augusta, GA 10 The Augusta Mall is a two-fold project that includes the renovation of the existing mall and the construction of a new outdoor lifestyle center expansion. This endeavor includes updated exterior mall entries, flooring, handrails, column treatments, lighting, and a graphics package. Demolition of a vacant anchor clears the way for the 173,000 sq ft, two-level, lifestyle center. • Lake House- 3,000 sq ft+ Private owner • The Shops at Moore Road-Suwanee, GA

• Dick’s Sporting Goods Store – North Macon, GA

• Avenue Webb Ginn- Lawrenceville, GA 9 The Shoppes at Webb Gin is a 350,000 sq ft lifestyle retail center located in Gwinnett County, Georgia. Office space is incorporated into the master plan, providing a convenient adjacency for office workers to enjoy The Avenue experience. Landscaped sidewalks and street amenities supplement the architecture and offer an unique pedestrian experience for the community. • Dick’s Sporting Goods Store – Albany, NY

• Turtle Creek Renovation- Hattiesburg, MS 7 Comprehensive upgrade of the entire mall facility. The mall is the only six-anchor mall in Mississippi and the dominant regional shopping center in south Mississippi. • The Legends at Sparks Marina - Vegas, NV 8 A soft goods and entertainment shopping center with multiple building sizes and types of use, including but not limited to dept. stores, restaurants, and a combination of sub-major and specialty shop tenants. I have the ability & proficientcy to produce contract documents for various types of mixed-use projects. I also have a thorough understanding of how production drawings are produced and coordinated.
