An Entrepreneur Terry Hay of New Zealand purchased Pacific Flight Catering and ran it until retiring again. Then he retired for the second time in his life in 2008, but he is keeping busy by consulting to the food industry. He found himself watching too much daytime TV and so started a new business, Fresh Developments, in New Zealand.

He retired for a second time in 2008, after operating a medium sized flight catering business for about twelve years. He still keeps busy by providing consulting services to food businesses, and says that he travels a lot and eats too much.

He sold both of those businesses and stayed with the flight catering business until he retired in 2008.
