Tesmec is focused on specific market and customers needs. Since the beginning Tesmec designed and manufactured machines in line with the latest innova on and requirements in the stringing equipment field. Tesmec offers the most extended and advanced range of stringing machines as Puller, Tensioner and Puller-Tensioners with a complete range of accessories and tools. The design and produc on of new stringing equipment is the result of 60 years’ experience and by taking in high considera on mechanical designing concepts, materials and components analysis, manufacturing cycles and
processes, quality controls. Specific devices are designed with the special aim to increase the safety and electrical and electronic logic control are offered to facilitate the proper uses of the machines and increase their efficiency. Tesmec machines design respect the main criteria of the IEC* Standard 61328, in par cular for: • bull-wheels/conductor diameter ra o 35. • minimum bull-wheels grooves number for each conductor of 4 (even if in general the 5 or 6) The need of more efficient and longer lines has led to the produc on of conductors with larger diameters. 2012 are:
The new hydraulic tensioner FRS620 can string from one to six bundled conductors.

This machine has the tradi onal Tesmec layout and it is very versa le and light duty machine with reliable hydraulics. The bull-wheel grooves are made up of high resistance interchangeable nylon sectors. The machines has been mass-produced for 6 bundled conductors (in parƟcular for ZEBRA), with max conductor diameter of 29 mm. The machine can work up 4 bundled conductors with max diameter of 45 mm or 5 bundled conductors with max diameter of 36 mm by changing the bull-wheels nylon sectors (addi onal device ALL080, which refers to special nylon sectors kit.) This machine can be also equipped with a new addi onal devices: the bogie suspension (ALL064). See TesmecNews 01#2012

Based on successful experiences of AFB613 and AFB506, Tesmec has produced a new hydraulic puller-tensioner for big conductors, suitable to string one or two ropes or bundled conductors with two pairs of bull-wheels with completely independent controls. The max conductor diameter allowed is 46 mm and the max rope diameter is 24 mm.
The new reel elevator heavy duty CVC004 enriches the wide range of Tesmec elevators. It allows string longer rope sec ons by u lising bigger reels. A new manual disk brake system with a long control lever ensure a smooth func oning in all situa ons and long opera ng life.
Maximum liĹŒing capacity: 30 KN
This puller-tensioner has all the preroga ves of the Max reel diameter: 1400 mm machines of the last genera on, such as pull and Mass: 390 Kg synchronizing speed. Transmission Power Lines with high number of conductors per bundle (6 or 8) and/or with huge conductor sec ons requires a very high pulling force both at Puller than at Tensioner sta ons. Tesmec proposes the top advanced solu on to use this pullertensioner in mul ple number, therefore these machine working together can string simultaneously up to 10 bundled conductors wit a total pulling force of 700 kN.

These new five bundled conductors head board, originally designed for the Russian market, can connect a pulling rope of max 28 mm diameter with 5 conductors.
The new hydraulic compressor, originally designed for European market needs, has an excellent weight/power ra o and a very shorter pressing cycle me.
The central conductor is directly connected to the headboard body while the 2 le side and the 2 right side conductors are balanced by two lengths of rope wrapped around two pulleys. The equipment includes the necessary rope lengths and swivel joints.
The press has an hydraulically-driven piston release. The max compressor force is 800 kN and it allows presses with bigger conductors.
