INTER-PARTS: THE NEW INTEGRATED INTERFACE FOR THE MANAGING OF SPARE PARTS The need to provide to the customer complete informa on to repair the machine and to iden fy the spare parts, generated the new system “Inter-Parts” (Interac ve Spare Parts). Inter-Parts is the new integrated interface that helps manufacturer and dealer/customer in the communica on about spare parts. It’s available both for Trencher and Gallmac mul purpose machines. It’s a mul language system, e-commerce style, with price lists always updated, pictures and instruc ons. The user-friendliness it’s one of the main features, maybe the most important, to allow the customer to fget familiar in the shortest me. We focused on reducing the me spent on the offer genera on, on the possibility for the dealer to answer immediately to his customer and reduce to zero the
possibility of mistake. It’s a system that improves con nuously.

The user experience is exactly like buying on other tradi onal e-commerce websites. For the Tesmec Service men, it’s possible to use InterParts also on the job site, just using a normal internet connec on. In this way the offered service is at the maximum level, the manufacturer receives directly from the job site the request of spare parts and the demand can be processed immediately. The request of spare parts arrives to the mail system of Tesmec already filled, with all references completed. We con nue to focus on the customer sa sfac on: the next developments of this new system are many and they will allow us to give to our customers a new reason to choose TESMEC.
