Tesmec, thanks to its know-how acquired over the years that allows it to offer advanced technological solu ons in interna onal evolved markets, proposes new advanced snow removal units in the railway market. Tesmec guarantees a high quality product and high technology “made in Italy”, which is considered the forefront of technology in the field of high-speed railway lines. The units TSNC700, TSNF300 and LHTC400 has been designed to be equipped with tools for snow removal (snowblowers, snow ploughs, etc.) or also for the cleaning of railway lines (from light snow, ballast or leaves).

Tesmec esmecNews 10#2012 MACHINES RANGE TSNC700 This unit is a “heavy” railcar, designed for the maintenance of railway, tramway and metro lines, as well as for shun ng and towing of immobilized trains. The unit is suitable for operate also at low temperatures (func oning range: -40°C -/+35°C). The unit has been designed to be equipped with op onal tools for snow removal (snowblowers, snow ploughs, etc) or also for the cleaning of railway lines (from light snow, ballast or leaves). It is made up of a main frame with a cabin, a loading bed and a loading crane; moreover the vehicle has two bogies with all four motor axles, a pneuma c braking system and a diesel propulsion group.

TSNF300 The TSNF300 is a trailer unit designed and equipped with a frontal snowblower to remove snow from railway tracks and with some special devices to remove ice from railway switches or from overhead contact wire. The unit is equipped with a trac on hook and buffers (UIC type) or Rockinger drawbar coupling to be connected to a motorized vehicle. The TSNF300 vehicle consists of the following main components: main frame, engine case, toolbox to storage all the equipments, axles and brake levers, frontal snowblower, pantograph (allows to remove ice from catenary wire), device for ice defrost from railway switches.

Tesmec esmecNews 10#2012 LHTC400 The LHTC400 is a locomo ve designed and equipped with a frontal snowblower to remove snow from railway tracks, a rear snowplough and with some special devices for ice from railway switches or from overhead contact wire. The LHTC400 vehicle consists of the following main components: main frame, engine case, cabin with driver, co-driver desks and a seat for further two operators, axles and brake levers, frontal snowblower, rear snowplough, pantograph (allows to remove ice from catenary wire) and device for ice defrost from railway switches.

ATTACHMENTS RANGE Snow Plough with double blade that is easily removable, when required, on one side. The blades of the snow plough will be adjustable hydraulically toward right and le at different angles and straight and V posi ons.

Snow Sweeper used to clear the snow remaining on the track a er the snow clearing by the snow blowing system up to the sleeper level.
