The Wadi Corridor Restoration project aims to establish an environmental, recreational, and tourism network along historic farmlands while enhancing ecological balance. Located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia's financial and administrative hub, the project addresses challenges of rapid urban sprawl, impermeable surfaces, and inadequate stormwater management. By mitigating the impacts of climate change and urbanization, it seeks to safeguard heritage sites and promote its value within the region

ROOF DECK - POOL AMENITY

Elevating urban luxury, this rooftop amenity level for a Pasay City hotel features a cantilevered pool as its dramatic centerpiece, offering panoramic views of the sea and CBD skyline. Designed with meticulous attention to space optimization, safety, and Marriott Global Design's brand standards, this outdoor oasis seamlessly blends modern sophistication with the vibrant energy of the city.

Terrace Garden

The spillover space design features thoughtfully arranged seating areas, tailored to accommodate small groups and support flexible use for various hotel gatherings and functions. This concept is brought to life through a blend of fine-textured plants, ornamental trees, and pebbles, all working together to create a calming and inviting atmosphere for guests.

A Coastal Retreat Element by Westin

Location : Puerto Princesa, Palawan

Project Type: Hospitality

Client: Lionsbridge Hotels & Resorts

The design for Element Puerto Princesa seamlessly integrated its coastal location and environmental guidelines, preserving palm trees, adhering to setbacks, and balancing private and semi-private spaces It embraced organic forms and natural materials, reflecting the brand’s commitment to sustainability and harmony with nature.

Coastal Preservation

The proposed riprap wall will prevent the coastline from receding, maintaining the integrity of beaches and nearby structures.

Design Development

The owner wanted to expand the project to the adjacent lot. Multi-functional spaces were created for wellness, recreation, and events

View decks with various levels to harmonize with the restaurant's architecture, creating an alfresco dining experience with a romantic, immersive garden ambiance.

Include access roads for golf carts and back-of-house operations to ensure seamless service and security

Activity areas such as pitch and putt, camping area, playground, jogging, and bicycle lane

Urban Oasis

Lanson Place

Location: Blk 12 MOA, Pasay City , Philippines

Lanson Place is a contemporary lifestyle hotel with a 250-room hotel and 150-room serviced suites catered to business travelers The landscape design features a podium-level garden deck and modern pool amenities The garden deck is accessible by steps leading to a wide artificial turf area. Fine-textured planting materials complement the design with integrated benches, planters, and tree boxes to create a cool and relaxing feel amidst the urban scene.

Hotel Drop-off

The planter box design at the hotel drop-off area was carefully developed in collaboration with the architect to address spatial constraints on the lower ground floor. Key considerations included accommodating the mechanical vent located on one side of the building. As a result, The planter box placement and dimensions were adjusted to ensure proper airflow to the mechanical vent while blending into the overall design.

Podium Courtyard Garden

The 3F podium courtyard garden is a versatile social space designed for relaxation and multifunctional use.

Fine-textured plants screen davits and building maintenance units, blending industrial elements into the design while softening the space and providing visual separation.

Monochromatic granite tiles in an angular pattern enhance the contemporary aesthetic, while durable wood-plastic composite is used for the pergola and deck.

Terrace Amenity

The design proposes a partition wall system that combines functionality and aesthetics.

CHB wall matches the height of the L3 courtyard glass railing, providing privacy and structural consistency.

Treatments to soften the wall include vertical green walls, climbing plants, modular potted plants, and natural texture coatings like stone cladding.

Sculptures inspired by local folklore, history, and traditions serve as key waypoints along the Storywalk

Shade elements such as covered pavilion, pergola, sails, and tree-lined parks were prioritized to provide a cool atmosphere.

Farmhouse Estate Tropical Garden

Filipino-Spanish Inspired Garden

The driveway leads into a rotunda and drop-off area surrounded by a garden complementing the Filipino-Spanish architecture.

The layers of paving patterns guide visitors, each section thoughtfully designed with varying textures and patterns. Rich plant textures are carefully selected to provide vibrant color contrasts and create a sensory experience. Tropical foliage interspersed with indigenous plant species reflects both the local flora and the historical connection to the Spanish era.

Boxwoods, Arborvitae, and Crepe Myrtle trees were thoughtfully chosen to enhance privacy and provide smooth visual transitions between spaces To create a welcoming ambiance, fragrant plants like Salvia were strategically placed near seating areas, enriching the sensory experience for relaxation
