A residence at chanaganassery with an area of 3500 sq ft, the space designed with incorporating courtyrds spaces inbetween rooms which brings more of the light and ventilation. resinece with five bedrooms and double height spaces along with 3 courtyards and connect the floors using a spriral stairs.
The residence is places in rear end of the site so that the view could be more beautiful when npassing throught the landscaped the front.

The campus space should not only be a space for learning but also for interactive learning and creative development of students.
The master plan is designed in a way tha teach and ever y unit of the building does share a common platform for the students to communicate.
The campus does also include ar tist residencies and there workshop to creative a live platform and professional environment for the students.
The existing university campus at kottayam doesnt have an ar t institute . so the main objective was to build an ar t environment in the campus.Making the centre of the campus is the most active zone by collecting all activities around the campus.
