Texas VFW Post 2010, Cameron

Post 2110 hosts a Memorial Day ceremony with the local high school band. C.H. Yoe High School read names from the monument. There were approximately 130 in the audience who came to pay respects.

Texas VFW Post 12171, San Antonio

Members appreciate and celebrate Memorial Day by honoring their brothers and sisters who died while serving in the U.S. military.

Texas VFW Post 812, El Paso

Members, Auxiliary, Officers and families place flags on graves at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery on May 28, 2021, to honor Memorial Day. The Post decorated the largest section in the cemetery then decorated another medium-sized section adjacent to it. They returned to retrieve the flags and holders on June 1, 2021.

Texas VFW Post 8904, Center

The Post holds a Memorial Day program on the grounds of the Historic 1885 Courthouse. The individual who placed the wreath is 92 year old John Piersol, a past Post 8904 Commander, and proud U.S. Army Korean War Veteran.

Texas VFW Post 12178, Weslaco

Members participate in five different Memorial Day remembrances starting Thursday, May 27, 2021, and ending on Memorial Day at the State Veterans Cemetery in Mission, Texas.
