THREE Tamsyn Ainsworth
THREE
THREE presents a process driven questioning of 3D form within woven and non-woven specialisms. The collection explores forming at varying stages of textiles construction. Heat and tension inform shaping processes during making. Coatings further aid moulding of textiles after their creation. THREE considers how materials can permanently hold instructed forms. The collection suggests new sustainable design approaches to sculptural, conceptual fashion, where textiles and fashion garments can be made simultaneously.
