With summer just around the corner, we’re excited to share with you this latest season of live entertainment.

Following on from the huge success of The Invisible Man, Eastbourne Theatre’s creative team are excited to bring you West End hit show The Hound Of The Baskervilles, a fantastically fun thriller for all ages. Served up with all the quality trademarks of any Eastbourne Theatres production, join Sherlock Holmes, Dr Watson and an array of characters in this sublimely funny adaption of a classic story.

Get set for a summer of musicals with West-End touring productions of Sister Act, Grease and Madagascar plus making its debut visit, An Officer & A Gentleman. Looking ahead to the autumn, don’t miss, family favourite, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.

The Devonshire Park Theatre continues its successful association with phil&ben Productions presenting Summer Playhouse, a season of three classic dramas running throughout June and July. We begin with Alan Ayckbourn comedy Table Manners, take you on a comical journey in Graham Greene’s Travels With My Aunt and complete the trio with N.J. Crisp thriller Dangerous Obsession. Plus, book all three plays at once and receive 15% off!

Norman is an unlikely Lothario. When he tells his career-obsessed wife Ruth that he is going away on business, he is in reality planning an illicit weekend with his sister-in-law Annie. But their plans are ruined by the arrival of Annie's brother Reg and his prudish wife Sarah.

Sarah finds out about the "dirty weekend" and calls Ruth to come and put a stop to her husband's philandering, not helped by the arrival of Annie's kind, but slow-witted suitor Tom.
