S Y N E R GY P LAC E th+a developed a new facade and renovated the interior of the 32,000-square foot, three-story Synergy Place in Dallas.



E R T E KIN FA S H ION R E TA IL S TOR E S –DALLAS/ F OR T WOR T H INT E R NAT IONA L A IR PORT, T E R M INA L S A & D th+a is currently renovating two shell tenant lease spaces at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport to serve new men’s apparel stores located at Terminals A and D.



B U ILD E R’ S C A R P E T & DE S IGN CE NT E R The 25,000 square-foot facility includes an 11,000 square-foot showroom plus overlooking office space comprising the showroom’s mezzanine. The facility includes 12,000 square feet of warehouse space.

th+a was tapped to implement current design concepts into more than 200 Chili’s restaurant locations in five states. Our Brinker team conducted survey and facility assessments for each site and customized the new corporate design program for each location.



D O C TO R S H O S P ITA L OR T H OP E DIC H OT E L th+a provided interior design and artwork selection for a 10,600-square foot inpatient rehabilitation care unit for orthopedic and bariatric patients. The facility is a “hospital within a hospital� - an upscale rehabilitation unit designed to simulate a luxury hotel.

BAYLOR ALL SAINTS MEDICAL CENTER JOAN KATZ BREAST CENTER th+a provided architectural and interior design services for the finish-out of The Joan Katz Breast Center, a comprehensive cancer treatment center which brings together nurse navigation, cancer screenings, diagnosis, treatment, conferences, counseling, social support, and wellness and education services.



C H ILD R EN’S H E A LT H M YCH IL DR E N’S CH R ON IC C A R E C L INIC Children’s Medical Center of Dallas selected the th+a team to renovate an existing administrative space into two primary care clinics to establish a medical home-style environment. In the fall of 2014, Children’s opened the hybrid clinic on its main campus that will serve as an integrated medical home to two distinctly different populations: patients with complex, chronic and/or multiple diagnoses alongside generally healthy patients with basic primary care medical needs.



H E A LT H CA R E R E A LT Y T R UST Healthcare Realty Trust owns and operates medical office buildings and outpatient facilities. Over the past four years, th+a’s ongoing relationship has provided design and renovation services to more than 15 HRT tenants.

SAI N T M I C H A E L A N D A L L A NGE L S EP I S C O PA L C H U R C H YOUT H CE NT E R The 11,300-square foot youth center at St. Michael’s is an ideal setting for camaraderie, recreation and service for the young members of the church. The center includes classrooms, a large cafÊ for socializing, and a performance area. The design of the center takes a circular shape, formed via movable walls.

BUZZ LOFT S Located just south of downtown in the burgeoning Cedars neighborhood, Buzz Lofts was recognized as Dallas’ first Green Multifamily development by D Magazine’s D HOME (awarded Best of 2006), Sustainable, modern and artistic, the building features minimalist interiors, natural ventilation, extended overhangs, water reclamation and sustainable materials including bamboo flooring, xeriscaped plantings, cementitious siding, reflective single-ply roofing and B wind-powered energy.



PAU LI N E ’S P LAC E The latest residential project from Dallas-based non-profit Our Friends Place is located in East Dallas and consists of a multi-family building of five units totalling 7,250 SF. The site has off street parking, dumpster enclosure, and interior courtyard. B Every unit is equipped with a living and dining area, closets, a kitchen, full bathrooms, and three bedrooms. Every bedroom trakes advantage of ample natural lighting. The project was designed and built to meet Dallas green building codes.

ST. P HILI P ’S N E IG H BOR H OOD - E L DE R-FR IE NDLY D E V E LO P M E N T In this project, each housing development is an affordable elderly duplex. There are 20 650-square foot units totaling 13,000 square feet. To lend character to the development, each duplex was designed with a slightly different façade. The single-story homes were built n compliance with Green Built North Texas standards, and include other features to make the properties more energy efficient, produce less carbon generation, and provide a safer internal environment.

G AT E WAY PA R K M IX E D US E DE V E LOP M E NT WINNER 2009 DALLAS AIA UNBUILT MERIT AWARD This 200-acre mixed use project was designed to serve both Jackson International Airport and Jackson proper.
