Our social commitment started with the RA project, a school program within the social development model. It involves and develops skills in young people with the goal of generating not only employment, but also differential skills that ensure their future in tourism. This is already underway with more than 60 local workers, and soon almost 100, where more than 65% are from Itarema. The RA specialists continue to train these young master builders. The furniture and decor are being planned to be designed, planned and produced with the associations of craftsmen from the municipality.
