CHONGQING DEVELOPMENT Location: Chongqing,China Client: 重庆富州房地产开发有限公司 Chongqing Fuzhou real estage development Co.,Ltd Site Area:53,097 sq.m. GFA:256,730 sq.m. Project Year:2019 Progress: Under Construction Chongqing Mixed Development is located in the core Chongqing New City area. The project integrates various functions such as commercial, office, and residence. In the design, it strives to maximize the collection of various formats, and each functional entity takes advantage of each other to jointly enhance the value. This project is the first project after relocated from Singapore to Shanghai, China.

The residential area presents a largely enclosed layout, which is superior to the distance of the building and matches the extraordinary atmosphere of the city. The central axis of the landscape formed by the urban living, environment landscape deck, and the central garden is the magnificent scenery of the elite of the development.

JEIYANG MIXED DEVELOPMENT

Planning and layout Worked with the project manager to create out planning concept of shopping mall to compline code and area crequirement. The main concept encourages a new living life approach for Jeiyang city communal zone lifestyle,diverging from generate ideas of align building block along the site, it was considered the fringes of Jeiyang and anticipated that neighbouring sites will grow into high-density communities populated with high-rise towers.

Project Year:2019 Progress:Concept Design The community based mixed-used development is the first project in Jeiyang, an innovative and cosmopolitan new area. The 5,800 square meter project generates 2 towers Soho apartment, shop, offices, and amenities around a public plaza. Jeiyang mixed development is a second mixed-use project involved. Achieved knowledge of local code and understand client desire in China mixed-use project.

Responsibilities • Planned and design facade, model sketch up to complied code and authorities guided by local project manager. • Worked start from concept design until schematic design for the presentation booklet. • The leaded small team prepared concept drawing include coaching enhance the design. • Attended the meeting with in house team and the client team. Facade study Participated test out many options of facade commercial and tower to understand the proportion matching with the material. We worked with aggressive schedules to complete the presentation package from sketch out an idea to escalate the sketch up model before hand over enhance perspective by 3d visualize team. Inspired by the diagonal pattern, form texture and palette of the contact Jeiyang mix development from an initial formal massing response to the site parameters to become a sensitive insertion in the existing landscape and fabric of Jeiyang.

Tower concept design Created a Sketch-up model optional for the client to make decisions to proceed with the project to the next step. The project consists of one tower that delivers quality workspace on 32 floors, we studied out massing and facade from the first scheme and explore for variation ideas to serve our client to see our idea. Our design purpose was to eliminate under-used space and to curate an integrated sense of place. With the entirety of the project being functional and communal.

LINGANG XINCHENG CHINA Location: Shanghai,China Site Area:58,848 sq.m. Project Year:2018 Progress: Schematic Design

Lingang Xincheng is The base is located in Wanxiang Town, Shanghai Pudong New District, a major city-level city in Shanghai Radiation coverage meeting point for facilities and projects, Unique geographical location, and excellent development conditions. PATERSON COLLECTION Location :Orchard,Singapore Client : Bukitsembawang Site Area:5,791.50 sq.m. GFA:12,226.76 sq.m. Project Year:2014 Progress:Construction completed Paterson Collection is a high-end residential project located along the junction of Paterson Road and Lengkok Angsa, Central Region of Singapore. Paterson Collection will comprise of 2 blocks of residential apartments, each at 19 stories high with a total of 85 luxurious units. The unit mix available at Paterson Collection are 2 bedroom units, 3 bedroom units and also penthouses.

Responsibilities • Planned and study unit layout and design facade, model to complied code and authority with DPA ISO 2000 standard. • Worked start from concept until construction site finished involve site meeting and site inspecter. • Prepared a presentation, tender drawing, submission drawing. • Attended the meeting with the client and all consultants.

Planning and layout Participated begin from conceptural design site planning under authority team supervised. Paterson collection has the location on the Paterson hill. We made the decision to put the first block parallel with the width of the site and twist the second block to dominating the view from the surrounding. We considered to compiled code and authorities planning guidelines from Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA), Land Transport Authority(LTA) and Natural Park Board (NPark). Facade study During the project start, involved in study many options of facade study with a hand sketch and Sketch-up a program to see the proportion. The design concept tries to makes an iconic revelation. Inspired by the pattern of barcode, form texture, and opening of the contact. Paterson collection evolved from an initial formal massing response to the site parameters to become a sensitive insertion in the existing landscape and fabric of the Orchard Road area. We have a model maker team to support our design team produced a physical model for us to make design decisions and present to clients see the mood and tone of architecture.

Guardhouse study Created design guardhouse and substation. Guardhouse inspired for the design modern, yet industrial to fit in with the rugged landscape. We chose to organic the roof out over the driveways and a massive boulder that rests below it. The roof and boulder don’t touch but the design looks as if it was built to accommodate the natural stone.

PARK AVENUE RESIDENT Location:Kota kinabalu,Malaysia Client: ECO Evergreen Sdn Bhd. Site Area:11,000 sq.m. GFA:49,011sq.m. Project Year:2014 Progress: Under Construction A luxurious hi-rise condominium complex set amidst one of the largest green lungs of Kota Kinabalu. Visitors and residences here experience different vistas and settings due to the varied terrain and landscape of the project site. The development will consist of 4 blocks of 28-story condominium towers.

Responsibilities • Work starts from concept until design development. • Study and prepares design plans, elevations, and details, reflected ceiling plans, millwork design,furniture layouts, finish plans, color plans. • Prepare drawing for local architects in Malaysia to proceed submission. • Coordinate within the team to complete scheme bidding, scheme setup design, preliminary design and construction drawing design.

Architecture design massing and facade The design initially considers the integration of the mountain and the holiday, so that people can leave the city to come here, you can get a different sense of the mountain forest, and the hustle and bustle disappears and enjoy the natural landscape. The majority of the building will be made up of two-to-three bedroom residences, with the top two floors penthouses with 360-degree views of the hill to see the sunset and mount Kota Kinabalu.

MODERN VILLA DEVELOPMENT Location : Dubai,UAE Client : Emaar Property Project Year:2012 Progress: Concept Design Envisaged as a premium lifestyle community, Dubai Hills Estate is a new city within the city development by Emaar Properties and Meraas Holding. Set on prime land, spanning over 11 million sq meters, Dubai Hills Estate master plan features vast stretches of landscaped parks and gardens, winding walkways, and extensive open areas. A rejuvenating getaway in the heart of the city, Dubai Hills Estate has elegantly designed neighborhoods set around an 18-hole championship golf course. After receive brief the client requests us to study ultra-modern and Singaporean tropical modern style. We begin to sketch ideas that we imagine and create the Sketch-up model before rendering with Artlantis and Adobe photoshop for our presentation.

Responsibilities • Studied and design untra modern style. • Prepared 2D CAD drawing with plan rendering for presentation, and 3D perspective rendering presentation. • Hand sketched elevation and landscape for design packge.

Architecture massing design Modern villa draws inspiration from the “Singapore Style”, draws on modern architecture, extracts the form and details, makes it simple, implants the humanities and allusions, and creates the house inside the golf course, the appreciation of the literati, the place of the residence. SEEF LUSAIL MIX DEVELOPMENT PLOT D3/D4 Location: Doha,Qatar Client:Masraf Al Rayan and Qatari Diar Site Area:13,619 sq.m. GFA:56,390sq.m. Project Year:2018 Progress: Under Construction Seef

Lusail is a 600,000sqm mixedused development located at the waterfront of Lusail City, Qatar’s vision for a distinctive iconic city comprises of two mixed-use (residential and retail) land plots namely Plots D.3.MIX (10,660 m2) and D.4.MIX (13,633 m2). Seef Lusail Development is part of the Lusail City Development. It is located at the edge of the waterfront in Lusail and owned by Lusail Real Estate Development Company LREDC.

Planing and layout Engaged design and evaluate unit layout residentials and back of the house Crown plaza hotel. Development is surrounded by the sea, an environment is unique. Subtropical maritime climate, warm and pleasant. We arrange our site plan parallel with the beach and canal on the west side to open the view as much as possible. With the topography we consideration to placing residential block face to the sea although for Crown plaza business hotel we embed stand opposite bus terminal and shopping mall to transfer guests to our development therefor in the center we are able to create a courtyard for convention hall car parks and rooftop landscape to benefit residentials. At the westside along the canal we set our architecture to avoid existing huge trees along the canal and reserved our development greenery.

Elevation and facade design Golden sails take its inspiration from the wind, water, and sun. The design resembles a sculpture created by the hands of nature. Designed as blue glass with texture painted look floating from the base, the project prominently carves in and out the edge of the sea.

Project Year:2010 Progress: On hold The Dubaiotech by Omniyat is a stunning residential project in the heart of Dubai, nestled between the Burj Khalifa District and the amazing Dubai Water Canal. With a façade featuring a chrome finish, the Sterling’splatinum twin towers stand out as the gems of Dubai,mirroring the life of the city and glistening with itslights and stars in the darkness of night.

Responsibilities • Supported design director to proceed tender drawing utilize Microstation 2d aided design. • Assisted prepares 2D and 3D presentation for conceptual design, schematic design package. Planning and layout To maximize the use of the site, The fusion utilize most of the available buildable area,which creates a semi curving foot print, in accordance to the site constraints. Due to this condition, The fusion is has a dynamic geometry to start with. The fusion has two main blocks which are juxtaposed together asymmetrically. Project Year:2017 Progress: Construction completed Located in the South-West of the Nanjing Technology Park (West) Master Plan, Fuying Tower was the first activated plot after DP Architects won the master plan design competition in 2012. The complex is composed of two L-shaped 5-story podiums and attached 17-story towers that mirror one another around an internal landscaped courtyard. A public landscape connector is positioned in the center of the courtyard to form a rich urban visual corridor that promotes connectivity among users. The development comprises an IT incubator, accelerator office spaces, and various business support facilities.

Architecture design Form and massing The final option form of the tower has been inspired by the Arabian Oryx, where the towers form is referenced from the horn of Oryx. The tower extrudes from the ground plane as two separate elements that shy away from each other at the spire. The form billows out toward the Arabian Gulf as though it has been imposed upon and shaped by a whispering desert breeze.

The façade design of the tower. The side elevations of the form have been shaped in such a way as to allow all space in the building to have an uninterrupted view over the Arabian Gulf while at the same time allowing the building to address the water on more than the street front facade. In this way not only is this tower a function piece of architecture but an elegant landmark with regional influences and site-specific constraints for the city of Abu Dhabi. The tower is a 65 story multipurpose building that futures 30 levels of office space and 500 rooms over 30 levels of hotel space that is adorned but a 10 story atrium space with a sky garden restaurant.

The buildings have a highly efficient passive ventilation system which eliminated the need for mechanical air conditioning air circulates freely between the layers of slatted wood. The angling of the apertures of the external facade was designed to harness the winds coming in from the sea, the prevailing winds.

Project Year:2008 Progress: Competition The Emaar-Bawadi JV development forms an integral component of Bawadi and Dubailand, the world’s most ambitious Leisure, Tourism and Entertainment Destination. Located right at the very center of Bawadi, the EmaarBawadi JV development is well positioned to become a new urban center for greater Dubai and an iconic destination of international significance.

Responsibilities • Assisted associate director to design center building plot. Begin from understanding brief on this zone in term of area and build sketch up model observe curve shape which urban planning design. • Participated in landscape design at groun floor center zone, study mood and concept to make our schematic strong and interesting all the components have designed and study such as street furniture, floor pattern, etc before proceeding our 2d plan rendering presentation with Adobe Photoshop software.

Master plan idea The story of the EmaarBawadi development begins at Bawadi Square. Envisioned to be an internationally significant destination like Times Square in New York and the Shibuya Crossing in Tokyo, Bawadi Square spans over 25 Ha across Bawadi Boulevard, and encompasses performance areas, retail promenade, Art gardens, forest groves, media exhibits and a spectacular 4 storey high Media wall that sweeps across its perimeter buildings. Bawadi Square marks the tone and datum upon which all other public spaces in the EmaarBawadi development will be pitched. A hierarchy of urban connectors, punctuated by activity nodes of widely different characteristics that define each district, create a well defined urban framework to unite the Emaar-Bawadi development.


Architecture study Bawadi square situated at the centre of the 10 km Bawadi Boulevard and facing the Asia-Asia Hotel, Bawadi Square is envisioned to be the beating heart of the entire Bawadi Development. The two major radial routes passing into and through the area will converge on this space. It will also be the focus for the public transport system where metro, light-rail and tram meet. It will be the most prominent point of arrival and departure where visitors will be given their first and last impression of the area. Due to its scale and location Bawadi Square will not only be the central point for the Emaar Bawadi development but also an important landmark for the whole Dubai. Its treatment will reflect its status and role as a major new public transportation hub. It will be an open space with a strong circular geometry with spectacular landscape treatment which will help to reinforce the square as a point of convergence and strength en its identity. AL RAYYAN PALACE Location:Qatar Client: Confidential Site Area:17 acres GFA:Project Year:2015 Progress: Concept Design The task was to re-interpret an existing plan for the new palace grounds for a VVIP official in the State of Qatar. The architecture had been in the works for years, but the gardens and layout of key elements in the master plan were awry. Security, access, and privacy were key design elements considered when setting a new course of action for the overall composition of the plan, as well as the detail within the smaller private spaces.

Responsibilities • Engaged conceptual design masterplan. Sketch and study develop the design from the earlier propose. Explore more variation options of master planning to compare with the previous design include consideration of the landscape design thereafter prepare 2d master plan rendering for presentation with Adobe Photoshop. • Created design palace architecture model massing starts from study Qatari architecture, explore the sense of palace in Qatar region and testing out the proportion of massing, Islamic Qatari proportion, Masharabiya pattern, and design facade with Sketch-up software before hand over to rendering team.

Planning and layout Participated design palace components after design director created master plan. Studied put massing and scale down from big assing to small massing and relete with function requirment. We try to make interesting design using courtyard and strong axis corridor to push out palace charactor with Qatari traditional planning.

KANDA BURI RESORT Location: Koh Samui,Thailand Client: Kata Group Site Area:GFA:Project Year:2007 Progress: Completed The resort has been elegantly designed to assimilate in with the local culture and its surroundings; Kandaburi offers the best of both worlds; the hustle and bustle of the beach, along with a tranquil location away from it all.

Responsibilities • Assisted on all phases of project development from schematic design through to construction. • Assisted prepares 2D and 3D presentation design.

Architecture The overall design of the hotel is based on the natural atmosphere of tropical, quiet, lonely, wild and quiet in the humid lands. The building is used as a medium to evoke the contemporary thai and the original nature. In the specific design and construction, the architect placed the artificial structure behind the natural landscape and maximize sea view.

KAO KAD PRIVATE RESIDENT Location: Phuket,Thailand Client: Site Area:GFA:Project Year:2018 Progress: Concept Design The idea behind the project is to connect family members through well-designed public spaces to enhance living space in a tropical climate. The resulting home creates a tropical paradise that brings greenery and sunshine to every space.
