Architectures’s exterior, details designer; modeller and renderer The project is located at Nghinh Phong Cape, one of the popular tourist destinations in Vung Tau Although several proposals from various consulting firms have been submitted for this site, the project had to be reconsidered due to land use and height regulations required by the People's Committee of Vung Tau City I participated in the project with the role of 3D visualizer and exterior architectural designer The project has received approval in principle and is currently in the final stages of legal procedures

The Nghinh Phong Cape Project is located in Vung Tau City, renowned for its stunning natural landscapes and strategic position at the gateway to the East Sea This project has been designated for transformation into a high-end tourism and resort complex with an impressive investment of nearly 11 trillion VND (approximately $480 million) The development aims to establish Nghinh Phong as a premier tourist destination, integrating luxurious resort accommodations, recreational facilities, and modern hospitality services.
Key Features of the Project:
The development will feature luxury resort villas, 5-star hotels, and commercial centers, offering visitors a full range of premium services The design of these facilities blends seamlessly with the coastal landscape, ensuring that the natural beauty of Nghinh Phong is preserved while enhancing the area’s appeal
Additionally, the project will include well-designed public spaces such as parks, pedestrian areas, and scenic viewpoints, providing guests with the perfect opportunity to enjoy Vung Tau’s coastal charm. The project is a resort with a spiritual component, located in the mountainous region of northern Vietnam The challenging terrain, which includes both the surrounding hills and the site itself, required skillfull solution on the modeling progress. I participated as the exterior designer for the low-rise structures within the project, and also handled 3D visualization and modeling to accurately represent the unique landscape and design features
As the 3D visualizer and modeler for this project, I was responsible for creating detailed 3D visualizations, capturing the essence of the design concept and ensuring the accurate representation of the resort’s key features Through the use of advanced rendering techniques, I showcased the integration of the natural landscape with modern architecture, helping the client and stakeholders visualize the full potential of the project before construction began

The complex terrain of Lac Thuy posed the greatest challenge in both the design phase and infrastructure development With rolling hills, the project required creativity and advanced techniques to create a resort space that maintains the area's natural beauty while ensuring safe and convenient infrastructure and land leveling.
Transforming Lạc Thủy into a Premier Tourism Destination
The Lạc Thủy Resort and Onsen project plays a crucial role in the broader development of Lạc Thủy district, aligning with its vision of becoming a high-quality tourism destination
The district has been promoting tourism, focusing on cultural, spiritual, and ecotourism to attract more visitors. With the Lạc Thủy Resort and Onsen, the district not only offers an appealing getaway for relaxation and recreation but also strengthens its cultural and historical tourism offerings
This project is part of the district’s strategy to integrate local attractions, such as the Tiên Pagoda, into a larger tourism network that links with nearby regions, forming an interconnected route with key locations like Chùa Hương, Bái Đính, and Tràng An By combining traditional and modern elements, Lạc Thủy is set to attract more than 1 5 million visitors by 2025 The addition of facilities like the cable car to Tiên Pagoda and water sport parks in the resort further enhances its appeal as a comprehensive tourism hub
Ultimately, this project symbolizes Lạc Thủy's commitment to establishing itself as a premier tourist destination, contributing significantly to the economic and social development of the region.

The project was received directly from the investor It is situated in a valley with a stream running through the site Modeling the transportation system to follow the natural terrain was a challenge for this project. The project is currently preparing for sale.

This project aimed to revitalize the Paya Lebar area with a modern, innovative approach while preserving its historical significance.
