Assignment on Logistics in Work Force Planning for Bhutan The participants are requested to form a small group of not more than five people who can select training program for the workforce in an organization in Bhutan. They may be working in a government department or educational institute or private company. Assuming that their performance is not meeting the needs of the organization, they have to be trained in the advances in technology, operation, planning, production, quality improvement, energy saving and maintenance/ rehabilitation. The following section provides planning process for developing a training program of 3 months or six months or one year. The participants can get additional information from any reliable source. They can evaluate the various training organizations or institutions who have the proven track records in completing similar projects. They can prepare a comprehensive project proposal and look for a donor government or any other international development agency. The final draft has to be submitted to the government for editing and submitting to external funding agency.
