• Go Live on MLS: Once we activate your home on the MLS Listings, the platform will syndicate your property out to thousands of real estate websites, including Zillow, Redfin, Realtors.com, and other major real estate brokerages.

• We will have a lockbox, designed explicitly for licensed real estate agents, temporarily installed near the front entrance to enable agents to show your home. We will also install a combo lockbox for use by our preferred vendors and contractors.

• We will inform you weekly of the number of online viewings and website traffic to your home.

• Once your home is on the market, you will be receiving regular updates about the number of showings, feedback from prospective buyers, and any offers received.
