Financially, I had to ensure I was secure so I could concentrate on building my real estate business without fear of not having the funds to do so. Remember, when you become a Realtor® you are starting a business, when you start any business, you need money. Even though I have lived in PEI for fifteen years, I was still ‘from away’ and I knew, it would be harder for me entering the business than those who are from PEI, who grew up here, and those that had family, friends and island connections. Although I was mindful of that, it has never fazed me. I knew what I was capable of, what I offered to the business and I needed to get “Julie Parker” out there. The Market - How are your team finding it? The islands popularity continues to soar and all of us at Impress are inundated with buyers from all over the world looking to make PEI home. Our biggest challenge continues to be inventory. We simply don’t have enough homes and property to meet buyer demand and this lack of inventory is across the whole spectrum. This sellers-market is just not going anywhere for the foreseeable future. There has never been a better time to sell, so give one of us a call!

Financially, I had to ensure I was secure so I could concentrate on building my real estate business without fear of not having the funds to do so. Remember, when you become a Realtor® you are starting a business, when you start any business, you need money. Even though I have lived in PEI for fifteen years, I was still ‘from away’ and I knew, it would be harder for me entering the business than those who are from PEI, who grew up here, and those that had family, friends and island connections. Although I was mindful of that, it has never fazed me. I knew what I was capable of, what I offered to the business and I needed to get “Julie Parker” out there.
