Another strong sale defines Berwick as an investment goldmine The long term home of radiology clinic, MIA Berwick went under the hammer last Wednesday 6 th December. Tenanted since 2001, the auction at 15 Langmore Lane, Berwick drew quite a crowd with around 50 attendees. The corner positioned clinic sold for $325,000 above reserve totalling $3,175,000. With 262 enquiries, the auction was hotly contested with three active bidders and thirty overall bids. The auction went down to the wire with bids ranging from $50k to $5k, the second highest bidder losing out by a mere $10k. Click-throughs in excess of 1,000 on the property eDM, 150 YouTube views, online views of 1,800 on Real Commercial and 1,450 Commercial Real Estate all contributed to the successful marketing campaign. The property also reached 8,575 people through advertising on social media. Located in the third fastest municipality in Victoria, the City of Casey, Berwick is experiencing rapid population growth that will see Berwick continue to develop as a bustling commercial hub and drive strong sales into the future.
