Mornington Golf Club has a reputation for being one of the finest Golf Clubs on the Mornington Peninsula. Located on the cliffs overlooking Port Phillip Bay and Mornington Harbour. Just one hour from Melbourne’s CBD, Mornington offers a wonderful Golf Course with spectacular views of the Bay and the city skyline from every hole.
Mornington Golf Club has the unique claim of being the only Golf Course in Victoria that is situated on the Port Phillip Bay and has a modern Clubhouse that boasts a number of bars and function rooms with sweeping views over the golf course, to the cliffs of Mt Eliza, and the bay.
Our experienced management and staff are dedicated to providing professional assistance, from the planning of your golf day right through to the delicious food, quality wines and premium service. We pride ourselves on attention to detail, whether it is for 120 golfers or a smaller group of 40.
We generally cater for Corporate Golf Events on Fridays only, subject to golf course availability and smaller groups may be accommodated on a Monday, Tuesday or Thursday.

Your golf event packages at Mornington Golf Club will include the following:
BEFORE THE EVENT
•Client liaison and management of all aspects of the event
•Organising of on-course competitions including nearest the pins, longest drive etc
•Assisting with the draw and allocation of starting holes
•Preparing course maps, competition rules and scorecards
•Assist with menu and wine selections
•Assist with hiring requirements of golfers
•Bump-in of any equipment and signage
DURING THE EVENT
•Card collection and Competition results
•Placement of markers for on course competitions
•Players briefing and starting of the field
•Use of a refreshment cart on course – refreshments additional
•All catering in the Clubhouse
•Assist with table plans for lunch or dinner as required
AFTER THE EVENT
•Client follow-up and request feedback from the event
•Priority booking for your next golf event
•Bump out of any equipment and internal and external signage
•Provide loyalty voucher for a round of golf for the client

OPTIONAL ON COURSE CATERING
A refreshment cart is available to circulate the course for the enjoyment of your guests.
Please note that this cart may only be driven by Club Staff or Experienced Golf Cart Users who have a valid RSA certificate.

Do your clients have what it takes to defeat the Club professional?
• Beat the Pro - $100 per hour / $430 per day
This service gives your clients the opportunity to challenge the professional to a closest the pin on any of our signature Par 3 holes or longest drive on any Par 5 hole.
• Prizes can be arranged for successful players.
PLAY WITH A PROFESSIONAL
Our PGA professional will move throughout the field and play a hole or two with each group offering tips on strategy and course management which may save your guests a few shots and give them something extra to take away from the event.
•Play with the Pro - $100 per hour / $430 per day
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following Terms and Conditions are designed to ensure that your corporate golf day is a success from its inception.
BOOKING A CORPORATE GOLF DAY AT MORNINGTON
• Confirm availability of your preferred date.
• A minimum number of 40 players is required to book a Corporate Golf day between August and May.
• A minimum number of 20 players is required during June and July.
• Complete and return the Corporate Golf booking form on the next page.
CANCELLATION OF A CORPORATE GOLF DAY
• A cancellation 8 weeks prior to your event will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
• A cancellation 4 weeks prior to your event will result in a charge of 50% per player according to the numbers advised in the Corporate Golf Booking form.
CONFIRMATION & DEPOSIT
• A Non refundable Deposit of $250 is required to confirm the booking.
• All final details regarding the event including a list of players and confirmation of final numbers will be required one week prior to your event.
• Charges are applicable for numbers confirmed one week prior.
DRESS
• Neat casual golfing attire is acceptable in all areas of the Clubhouse.
• The following are NOT permitted: track suits, brief shorts, singlets, golf shoes with metal spikes
A refund will not be provided due to inclement or extreme weather.
If the course is deemed unplayable by the Club and players are therefore unable to commence or complete their round another date will be offered to hold your corporate day.
