The estate is set to launch in 2017 and will comprise almost 760 lots, a display village and various parklands. There are also plans for the construction of an arterial road to the west of the estate connecting the new community to the rest of the region. Future residents will be able to enjoy the beauty of their untouched surroundings with convenient access to major roads, train stations, shopping centres, schools and recreation, all within minutes of the estate. With Timbertop Estate and Arena Shopping Centre already driving growth in the area, Kaduna Park will contribute to Parklea's effort in expanding Officer into the perfect destination to live, work and play.

MEET YOUR LOCAi PET STORE
Gotta Luv Pets
All creatures great and small Gotta Luv Pets provides personlised service to pet lovers wanting the best care for their animal friends! Meet JoAnne Tymms, co-founder of Gotta Luv Pets. What motivated you to start the business? I' ve always been in the pet industry even when I was at school. I worked for 17 years as a veterinary nurse and from there I went over to the veterinary wholesaling side. It was always my dream to have my own store and then the opportunity arose so I gave up my full time job. I had a look around at different shops and areas but there was just a good feel about Officer.

We started this business not only to provide service to local pet owners, but also because we love animals of all types ourselves! I have always had a passion for caring for animals and having my long career in vet nursing has taught me a great deal about caring for these beautiful creatures and how to keep them happy and most importantly, healthy.
What do you love about your job? The interaction with people. It's about adding to the quality of life of pets and their owners. It's also about helping local people feel they have a go-to person and trusted pet product supplier.
What makes your business unique? We focus on giving the information and advice you can use to take better care of your animal friends, and offer a personal approach that the big chain stores just can't match.
