How do I book my wedding at Mornington Golf Club?
A tentative booking can be held for 10 days, after which you will either need to confirm or cancel the booking. To confirm the booking you will need to complete a wedding booking form as well as pay a nonrefundable deposit of $550.

Do you have minimum numbers or a minimum charge?
There is no minimum spend, however to book a wedding with us you will need a minimum of 40 adults.
Are children charged the same price as adults?
Children under the age of 12 will enjoy a two course kids meal for $40. This includes a main and a dessert and soft drinks. Teenagers 13 -17 are charged 80% of the adult package price and enjoy the same meal as the adults.
Do you have a set time for a ceremony?
We have found that a 4pm ceremony works the best for us as a venue. This way we can guarantee you can take photos on course in a more tranquil environment. Should you wish to have a day time ceremony and reception, please discuss this with our Hospitality Manager.
Our DJ has informed us he requires a meal. Do we need to count them in our guest numbers? You do not have to count suppliers into your guest numbers. Any suppliers that require a meal (like entertainer, photographer etc) are $45 per head which includes a main meal.
When do I give you final numbers and when is the final payment due?
You will have a meeting with the Hospitality Manager approximately 3 weeks prior to your wedding. In this meeting all details about your wedding will be covered. An itemised event order, floor plan and final invoice will be sent to you following the meeting. The invoice is payable 14 days out from the event.
When can I access the room to set up decorations?
We are a multi functional venue, meaning we can never guarantee access to the room the day before. The Hospitality Manager will confirm in your final meeting when you have access to the room. Should there be a function in the room the night before, a detailed plan of your decoration set up will need to be provided by you so that the staff can set this up for you.
Can I only hire out the ceremony garden and not have my reception with you?
Yes you can, however higher hire fees apply
Do you have different pricing for weekday or weekend weddings?
As we offer very competitive pricing, we do not offer midweek discounts. Sundays occur a 10% surcharge and public holidays a 20% surcharge.
