An iconic restaurant in the heart of Carrum Downs, the property was offered for sale by way of Public Auction. The campaign attracted approximately 130 enquires with 12 Contract of Sale & Vendor Statements requested. The auction was well attended with a crowd circa 30 and another 15 watching via live stream. After some initial bidding from 4 different parties the property was passed in and via private treaty.
