CAMPAIGN SUMMARY Industrial 2 zoned site of 3,917m² comprising of three units totalling 2,657m² on one title. The property was offered for sale by way of EOI as the successful purchaser needed to understand the intricacies of the zoning and how this may impact future divestment. There was an eclectic mix of enquiries ranging from owner/occupiers to developers seeking to subdivide and reinvent this ageing asset. The marketing campaign comprised of a mix of traditional and new media advertising. It was targeted at passive investors or developers seeking to polish the ageing investment. We had over 210 genuine enquiries from a number of sources online listings, eDM, social media (Facebook & LinkedIn), and traditional newspaper ads. The campaign highlighted our ability to identify the site’s highest and best use which supported the divestment strategy.
