The Team absolutely rocked client care and sales while Scott and I slipped away for a week in Tuscany and Elba Island. We launched our new partnership with Zillow for our sellers, giving them premium placement on the site, which means faster sales times and higher average sales prices then listings without promotion. (Ask us about it)
The Home Show completed and we got to see new trends, the first week of October is the Remodeled Home Show, follow us on insta to see what improvements are being made.

In other words...
Des Moines home prices continue upward trend, despite sales decline. As of September 2024, the median home price in Des Moines has increased by 6.7% to $199,739 compared to the previous year. However, the number of homes sold has decreased by 10.7% year-over-year. This suggests that while prices are rising, there is a decline in overall demand. Some experts attribute this to rising mortgage rates, which have made it more difficult for some buyers to afford a home. Despite the decline in sales, sellers are still benefiting from a strong market, with homes typically going pending within 15 days.
