I joined IIC Partners as the Executive Director because I wanted to be part of a global organization of search consultants that were committed to quality, were handling senior level assignments, and who executed their work with professionalism and passion. This helps to facilitate the growth of the individual businesses of each member. Before we welcome a new firm, we conduct a thorough review of their business practices to ensure that the work they are delivering to their clients is of the highest standard, that they are being retained for senior leadership roles and that they have a reputation in the market for professionalism and quality. We are represented in nearly 40 countries around the world. This provides our members with the ability to serve their clients on a global basis.
