Welcome to Summer Studio About Summer Studio

Each summer, The Langley School is incredibly fortunate to share our beautiful campus, expert teachers, and attentive counselors with both new and returning Summer Studio campers and their families. Summer Studio allows us to extend The Langley School’s mission – the belief that academics and social-emotional learning can coexist and should be nurtured in equal measure – into a fun, joyful summer environment for our community. Since children’s interests and learning styles vary, you’ll find that Summer Studio provides a variety of offerings and learning experiences so that campers can build their weeks accordingly and get to know their individual preferences. We hope your child will explore new activities and mix+match different camp offerings to take advantage of the numerous opportunities to grow, have fun, and make new

Through hands-on experimentation and observation, campers describe, predict, and understand a variety of phenomena in the world around them.

FOOD + FRIENDS

From start to finish, campers create both delicious and nutritious dishes as they work together to master basic preparation and cooking techniques from around the world.

SCIENCE + DISCOVERY

DESTINATION TRAVELER

Campers travel to exciting locations each day as they explore new adventures and develop leadership and teamwork skills. Sign up for these trips early, as space is limited.

TECHNOLOGY + ROBOTICS

Campers develop, create, explore, and design interactive programs and robotics using multiple coding languages, electronics, and the scientific method.

With a variety of sports options for different age groups, campers get active, build new skills, and have fun with their friends in a supportive environment.

DESIGN + ENGINEERING

Using science and math foundations, along with engineering principles, campers create programming solutions and design structures in different and fun new ways.

As they explore unique arts options for all ages, campers express their creativity, hone their artistic style, build confidence, and develop new skills and passions.

BEGINNINGS

Experienced teachers engage our youngest campers in a variety of themed activities that introduce them to routines, movement, music, art, and more.
