(IN ALPHABETICAL ORDER)
BRIAN BOLAND (Ensemble) is a recent Gulf Coast High graduate and has been performing with The Naples Players for over 8 years now. His recent credits include Dean/All Shook Up, Harry/Mamma Mia!, and Shakespeare/Something Rotten! Teen. You can also see Brian in The Hunchback of Notre Dame Teen where he will be playing Quasimodo. He wants to thank the TNP staff for all they have done for him over the years and he hopes you enjoy the show!
JAMIELYNN BUCCI (Esmeralda) is thrilled to be back at TNP for this beautiful show after last appearing as Bea in Something Rotten! Other select credits include: Sibella/A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder, Mrs. Cheveley/An Ideal Husband , Catherine Donohue/These Shining Lives, and Magenta/The Rocky Horror Show. Big thanks to The Naples Players for the opportunity to share this timeless story, reminding us all that we are strongest when we embrace our differences with compassion, lead with kindness, and stand up for what is right.
JOSEPH C. BYRNE (Quasimodo) feels truly blessed with Heaven’s light to be a part of this brilliant production of Victor Hugo’s classic novel, Notre Dame De Paris. Byrne has previously appeared in TNP’s productions of The Wedding Singer as Robbie Hart, and Something Rotten! as Nostradamus. He recently performed in Theatre Zone’s productions of Home For The Holidays and The Goodbye Girl in their wonderful ensemble casts. Byrne visited Paris in 2018 and toured the storied Cathedral, feeling a sense of worldly love and renewal; a sense he feels once again here from this amazing cast and crew! Theatre is our SANCTUARY. BRAXTON CABRERA (Choir) is so excited to be part of another TNP production. He is an upcoming freshman at GCHS and is currently rehearsing for their fall conservatory, Chicago. You may also get to see him as Phoebus in Hunchback TEEN. Additional Roles: Friedrich/The Sound of Music, Jack Kelly/Newsies TEEN, Horton/ Seussical JR .
JODY CAMERON (Choir) Originally from Alabama and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Jody has lived in Naples for the last 10 years with his family. Until recently he has only daydreamed of auditioning to be a part of TNP. As a child and through high school, where he lettered in drama as a freshman, Jody was always involved in the theatre in some way. After a career in the Army and a tour in Baghdad, Iraq, this will be his first time on stage in 23 years. After his daughter, Emily, recently appeared on stage as Gretl in TNP’s The Sound of Music he was quickly reminded of his passion. Many thanks to his wife Jessica, and children, Joseph and Emily, for all their love and support!
JORDAN CRAWFORD (Ensemble) is a graduated senior at The Village School of Naples. She was most recently seen as Katherine Plumber in Newsies Teen. She is very excited to be a part of this amazing cast! She would like to thank her family for supporting her, as well as the TNP staff for helping put on a fantastic production. She hopes you enjoy the show!
SCOTT DAVIS (Choir) is active in various theater groups in Florida and Michigan. Scott is thrilled to be returning to the TNP after playing Bob Cratchit in A Christmas Carol: The Musical . Recent roles with TNP include various characters in A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder and Vicomte de Nanjac/Phipps in An Ideal Husband . Scott’s recent stage credits include Max Detweiler/The Sound of Music with Michigan’s Grosse Pointe Theatre. Scott is a speech-language pathologist and owns his own company. “Love to mom and Tim, my biggest fans.”
CHRISTIAN DINSMORE (Ensemble/Jehan/Dance Captain) is 19 years old and is very thrilled to perform at TNP once again. His TNP credits include Sky in Mamma Mia! Teen and Ensemble in The Sound of Music. He recently graduated from Interlochen Arts Academy where some of his favorite theatre credits include King Charlemagne/Pippin, Dream Curly/Oklahoma!, Ensemble/In the Heights and the Aide De Camp/Death and the King’s Horseman. He plans to continue his theatre studies at NYU this fall. Christian would like to thank his family for all their love and support in all that he does, especially in the arts! Enjoy the show!
FRANKIE FEDERICO (Ensemble) is 22 years old and is thrilled to do The Hunchback of Notre Dame. He has been in many productions with TNP such as Something Rotten!, Mary Poppins, and A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder. Most recently Frankie played the role of Leaf Coneybear in The 25th County Spelling Bee on Marco Island.
AUSTIN L. GARDNER (Frollo) is thrilled to make his west coast debut with The Naples Players and can now say that he has acted in all four hemispheres in Florida, from Pensacola to Miami to the beautiful city of Naples, which reminds him of his hometown of Boca Raton. Some of his favorite roles have been King Arthur/Camelot, Fagin/Oliver!, and Javert/Les Misérables. A fan of Victor Hugo’s works, he directed an original stage production of Les Misérables for his post-grad capstone project while studying at PCC, where he received his Master’s Degree in Education with a theater emphasis. Hunchback has given Austin another opportunity to delve into one of Mr. Hugo’s most powerful stories, highlighted by some incredible music and a talented cast. Enjoy!
