AboutThe Station Foundation for Entrepreneurship is one of Iraq’s lead coworking spaces, and Baghdad’s first co-working space. First established in 2018 as an independent, non-governmental, and non-profit organization, it became the cornerstone for Iraqi youth with fresh and innovative ideas to set their first foot into the business world and private sector.

We have since received international recognition, winning the Compass Award for Ecosystem Champions from the Global Entrepreneurship Network.

The Station has attracted nationwide demand for its services and programs and has recently expanded to Erbil.

The experience at The Station goes beyond being merely a physical space, we build communities, drive acceleration, and inspire a culture of collaboration.

What We Offer

1- Events Hall

Located upstairs, across our mezzanine floor, the Events Hall is the biggest space at The Station, with a capacity to accommodate up to 250 people. The Events Hall is equipped with modern projectors to ensure the highest quality of presentation – with fantastic sound systems and lighting facilities to give that special touch. We can change the designs to meet the needs of our clients to ensure that it has a personal and familiar feeling. If you require live broadcasting, or a recording of the session, we can arrange this with our qualified team at an additional cost.

2- Meeting Rooms:

We have 4 well-equipped meeting rooms available: Room A, B, C, and D.

• Room A

Room A is the biggest and most versatile room on the ground floor. The capacity of the room is dependent on the chosen layout. For example, a classroom style seating area can accommodate up to 35 people while a ‘U-shaped arrangement’ can host 25 people. The rooms are equipped with modern projectors, smart-board access, a fantastic sound system, and flip charts.

• Room B:

The maximum capacity of this room is 15 people. It is fitted with professional projectors, a smart-board, full sound system and flip charts. This room is perfect for meetings and medium-sized classes.

• Rooms C and D:

Our smaller rooms can accommodate up to 6 people and are often used by our start-ups for meeting clients. These twin rooms can be used for a myriad of purposes, such as: small meetings inclusive of presentations, interviews, or even study-groups for students in need of a private and quiet space. These rooms are equipped with HDMI compatible TVs to allow for

CreativeSpace

creativeSpace is a leading creative incubator in Iraq, and it’s a unique space that aims to build a creative community equipped with skills that allow talented creatives to create new revenue sources and communicate their business and skills to a broader audience segment.

Across the creativeSpaces in both Baghdad and Mosul, we are offering artistic residencies, diverse programs, and new opportunities for the community.

To interact with the creative sector in new and exciting ways through our creativeSpace, we also provide opportunities for emerging projects specialized in art and creativity to display and sell their products.

Music Rooms (F&G)

Our music rooms are equipped with soundproof materials to ensure that you can practice comfortably and quietly, which helps you improve your musical skills or prepare well for your upcoming performances. And if you need a space to teach others, it's also the perfect place for that!

Gallery

The gallery has a variety of uses, it is a creative co-working space for artists that enables them to work and design their art projects and creativity within a larger community. The members will also benefit from having a space to showcase and sell their creative works.

It can also be rented by artists who want to hold their own exhibitions, with social media suport through The Station's channels. The capacity of the Gallery is dependent on the chosen layout. For example, a classroom style seating area can accommodate up to 35 people while a ‘U-shaped arrangement’ can host 25 people.

All of our spaces can be reserved through our booking team at the front desk. They can help with any queries and show you around the premises. If any additional materials are required, we can arrange this with prior notice.

We can also assist you with other logistical needs: security, parking, resources as well as food and drinks from our on-site cafe and restaurant. You will enjoy our high-speed internet for free throughout the building for your event, workshop, or project. If networking services are required, we can reach out to our network of national and international contacts for outreach purposes.
