WELCOME TO THE CORRIDORS OF THE SHEPHERDS LIGHTHOUSE BUGLE MAGAZINE The Shepherds Bugle is the voice of Shepherds Without Borders Lighthouse Ministries; which comes out once monthly to highlight messages, news, visions, projects, strength & weakness of the United Body of the Kingdom of God. Inspired Shepherds come together monthly to write message etc for the community of God chosen.

Every shepherd chosen, charged, and called by God (YHWH) to care for His flocks is officially a member. Shepherds serve as an ambassadors of the Kingdom of God , advocates for petitioning God for mankind, administrators for the handling and distributing the truth of God's Word and they need a watch tower on the hilltop to help them not to crash against the stones of temptations placed in their path by the Devil.

This magazine is the shepherds‘ consultant for wisdom and direction when it comes to how the work of the Kingdom of God is being carried out in different places around the world. It is also a confronter of the evil practices that are carried out in the name of the kingdom of God. It is no respecter of any particular doctrine, tradition, color, language, social status, or geographical locations. It is the voice for the united kingdom of God's body of workers in the vineyard here on earth.

This magazine is the discussion leader of any topic concerning the kingdom of God and the warfare of God's people. Here you will see and post the work you do for the kingdom; however it should be clear that every work you see here is the responsibility/views of the writer who placed it there and not always necessarily the views of everyone. It is a medium to serve as an encourager for the shepherds around the world who are striving to get the truth of God's Word out even at a risk to their own families and lives. As a spotlight, we intend to also serve as a ground inspector of the work of every ministry we can and highlight their strengths and weaknesses.

Shepherds, we say a big welcome to you and your flocks. Let this place be a companion and knowledge dispenser, a place where you can rest and discover your God given talents, your historian where you can view the past and log the present, the nurturer of your visions, your opportunities spotter, and critic.

PRAISING MORE OR PRAISING LESS? : BY CATHERIN SKINNER

Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Psalms 150:6 Are you praising God more or less? As for me in my heart there is praise always, yet in my flesh it is as though I have lost my dance to where I would get radical for God. Simply loose my mind in His Presence dancing like a ballerina just all over the place.

Reflecting upon this scripture it bring me to my knees because, I have gotten away from that intimacy with God that was so strong as to where I breathe praise and worship unto Him. Sometime we can get so caught up in things going on around us to where we start to praise Him less than more. I am so guilty of praising less when things aren‘t going how I think they should. I have found myself pulling away from God‘s people and even God at times when I don‘t go to church, oh I tried to justify it but, down deep inside of me there is a gnawing at my spirit to return unto my first LOVE. That place where nothing could and no one touch me but the Spirit of God. We take things for granted where God is concern. I honestly can say I have in my walk with Him. When I stopped going forward in God, it‘s like my life became still and started to drift away from one direction to another. Seeking but not stopping to see or hear what God wanted me to do or go, or if I didn‘t agree with it even if I did hear I fought against Him and rebelled .

One day turned into seven years! Seven years of not being committed to what and where God wanted me to be and do. Just wondering in the wilderness asking when this merry-go-round stops! Well to tell you the truth it stops when I stop and start doing that which is in my spirit and knowing to do. Looking back over my life and reflecting on what it uses to be like and thinking about when God brought me out of my Egypt/Babylon. My heart rejoiced just because I was getting to really know and trust God to a point all fear was gone. I moved forward with boldness and now it seems as it I have forgotten what power lies within me. Greater is He that is within me than He that is of this world. No weapon formed against me shall prosper. Every tongue that rises up against me shall be condemned for this is my heritage for I am a servant of the Lord, and my righteousness is me saith the Lord.

If you don‘t move your walk and life forward in Christ you are drawing backward into perdition, I dread that sentence upon anyone‘s life especially mines. I pray that I/we may grow in grace, for life is proven by growth. May I/we march like pilgrims‘ toward heaven, singing all the way. The lark may serve me/us as a final picture and an example of what I/we should be. We should be mounting: Our prayers should be "Nearer, my God, to Thee.‖ Our motto might well be "Higher! Higher! Higher!‖ as we mount, we should sing, and our song should grow louder, clearer, more full of heaven. Upward, brothers/sisters, I sing as you soar. Upward, sing until you are dissolved in glory. Amen Let everything that has breath praise the Lord.

"Fear you not, stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD, which he will show to you to day� (Exodus 14:31) God has never intended for you to live a life of fear. No matter how bad you situation look! No problem or situation is too difficult for God to solve! God promises that he will never forsake you. God wants you to enjoy life and He does not want fear to dominate your life! It is time to release fear from your life today!

Fear makes you unhappy and it causes you to become stagnated! Fear will make you stay in a bad marriage because you feared being alone. Fear will make you continue to stay on a job that you are unhappy with because you feared that you cannot get another job. Fear hinders you from making a business move because you feared failures! Fear will prevent you from dating because you been hurt so badly and you do not want to face rejection again!

Fear makes you doubt the power of God! Fear keeps you separate from God! "Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth� (Luke 21:26). The children of Israel were not able to enter into the promised land because they allowed fear to get into their heart! They could not see beyond the wilderness and they began to murmur and complain against God! They felt God brought them to the wilderness to die and they wanted to return back to Egypt!

Some people will never see the promises of God come to pass in their life because they are too afraid to leave their comfort zone! God became so angry with the children of Israel and they die in the wilderness without entering into the promised land.

The way to overcome the spirit of fear is to pray daily. God warns us to pray without ceasing (I Thessalonians 5:17). Another way to overcome fear is speaking the word of God to your situation. Faith comes by hearing the word of God (Romans 10:17). He promises us that his word will not return void. The way to overcome fear is to keep your eyes on God and do not focus on the storm in your life. God wants you to be like Jesus when you are facing the storm in your life. Jesus slept through the storm because he knew that God was protecting him. Jesus allows peace to rule his heart and not fear! The disciples became so fearful that they were going to perish in the storm and they woke Jesus up from his sleep. Jesus rebuked the storm and the storm ceased!

I challenge you today to let go of your fear today! Do not be like the children of Israel and allow fear to rule your heart. The children of Israel missed out on the greatest blessing of their life because they did not let go of their fear! God is ready to restore your joy and happiness back!

A Call To A Nation in Crisis : BY KENNETH WHITE

Right now, America is in crisis: we have been besieged by financial debt. terrorism, and a multitude of natural disasters.

As a nation, we must come together and call upon Jesus to guide us to guide us through unprecedented struggles, and thank Him for the blessings of freedom we richly enjoy.

Some problems are beyond our power to solve, and according to the Book of Joel, chapter 2, this historic hour demands a historic response. Therefore, on August 6th, thousands will gather to pray for a historic breakthrough for our country and a renewed sense of moral purpose.

I sincerely hope you`ll join me in Houston on August 6th and take your place in Reliant Stadium with praying people asking God`s forgiveness, wisdom, and provision for our state and nation.There is hope for America. It lies in heaven, and we will find it on our knees.

Tell My people I will be returning soon. Sooner for some than for others.

At this point as the Lord was speaking I saw events such as car wrecks in my spirit - the kinds of things that take lives very suddenly and without warning.

My mighty hand of judgment is upon the wicked nation of America, a nation covered in filth and soaked in innocent blood, a nation whose sin is a stench in My nostrils, a nation that flaunts its abominations.

At this point in the spirit I saw America in the form of a cheap and tawdry looking woman and she was beckoning with her finger. Her lips were painted brightly and there seemed to be no virtue about her.

I shall strike it with a blow no one will forget and from which it will never fully recover.

The Lord showed me in my spirit that America had followed in Lucifer's footsteps - it has set itself up as a god to other nations.

She revels in the worship of the kings of other nations and this I abhor! I shall strike her with fire and with famine and with diseases and she too shall bow before the Holy One of Israel.

Do not think you can save yourselves.

My chosen ones only will I protect from what is coming. Seek My face, I will guide you that you and your households may be saved.

Jer. 50:31-32: Behold, I am against thee, O thou most proud, saith the Lord GOD of hosts: for thy day is come, the time that I will visit thee. And the most proud shall stumble and fall, and none shall raise him up: and I will kindle a fire in his cities, and it shall devour all round about him.

Joel 2:3: A fire devoureth before them; and behind them a flame burneth: the land is as the garden of Eden before them, and behind them a desolate wilderness; yea, and nothing shall escape them.

Ezek. 14:13: Son of man, when the land sinneth against me by trespassing grievously, then will I stretch out mine hand upon it, and will break the staff of the bread thereof, and will send famine upon it, and will cut off man and beast from it: Deut. 28:20-21: The LORD shall send upon thee cursing, vexation, and rebuke, in all that thou settest thine hand unto for to do, until thou be destroyed, and until thou perish quickly; because of the wickedness of thy doings, whereby thou hast forsaken me. The LORD shall make the pestilence cleave unto thee, until he have consumed thee from off the land, whither thou goest to possess it.

Breathing Together : PART 1 OF 9 BY ZIANNA EMMANUELLE

A call to breathe together and walk together is all about recalling the pia conspiratio – "the pious breathing together” – which was urged by John Calvin in his Preface to the Catechism and the Confession of Faith [1538], which consultation made a commitment to breathe together and walk together in this journey. If we want to prove our obedience to our Lord and Master Jesus Christ, then we must bind ourselves in a pia conspiratio to cultivate its peace among ourselves. What? Is the enemy, the devil himself, driving us to be thus united with one another? NO! [Preface to the Catechism and the Confession of Faith CO 5, 321 (1538)].

The literal translation of conspiratio is "breathing together”. The term is normally used to designate "accord” or "harmony”. For Calvin it has no doubt a deeper meaning: the Christian community can share the same breath.

Remember those who have rule over YOU in the word of God by the doctrine of grace should be followed (Heb 13:7, 9); Herein they should be obeyed, because they have rule over you: Wherein you are to SUBMIT YOURSELF TO THEIR LOVE, which is the profitable thing to do (13:17, 1). Those who are in this [loving] service need to supply the wants of its saints, who are the administrators of it, so that thanksgiving would be unto God (2Cor 9:12). Which experimental administration [of to love] sets forth the exceeding grace of God needs to be i9n us (9:13-14). Thanks is for ITS GIFT which is without words [unspeakable] (9:15).

Let us take a look at THIS GIFT OF GRACE: Herein called the spiritual gift, which can be imparted (Rom 1:11). Which impartation is by our breath/soul (1Thes 2:8). We need to find this rest for our souls from those who are so meek in heart that we can learn all of this from them (Mt 11:29-28).

STRONG’S INTERLINEAR: SOUL [5590] psuche from [5594], TDNT – 9:608,1342;n f AV – soul (58 times), life (40), mind (3), heart (1), heartily. (1 breath 1a) the breath of life – the vital force which animates the body and shows itself in breathing.

ADAM CLARK: Being affectionately desirous of you - We had such intense love for you that we were not only willing and forward to preach the unsearchable riches of Christ to you, but also to give our own lives for your sake, because you were dear, because you were beloved by us. The words used here by the apostle are expressive of the strongest affection and attachment.

BARNES NOTES: So, being affectionately desirous of you - The word here rendered "being affectionately desirous” – occurs nowhere else in the New Testament. It means to "long after, to have a strong affection for”. The sense here is, that Paul was so strongly attached to them that he would have been willing to lay down his life for them.

We were willing to have imparted unto you - To have given or communicated; [RE: Romans 1:11]. But also our own souls - Or rather "lives” – psuchas; Matthew 6:25, 20:28, Luke 12:22, 12:13, Mark 3:4. This does not mean that the apostle was willing to be damned, or to lose his soul in order to save them, but that if it had been necessary he would have been ready to lay down his life; see 1 John 3:16.

FORERUNNER COMMENTARY: Although the context is somewhat different, 1 Thessalonians 2:1-16, like Romans 1:15, reinforces the point that "preaching the gospel” includes teaching the church. Not just a means of conversion, the preaching of the gospel supplies continued growth in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ. Paul followed this procedure in Thessalonica. He preached to the Thessalonians for a long time, stretching from their first exposure to the gospel through conversion until with further growth they became imitators of the churches of God in Judea [verse 14].

JAMIESON, FAUSSET, AND BROWN: So—to be joined to "we were willing”, "As a nurse cherishes… so we were willing”, etc. [Alford]. But Bengel, "So,” that is, seeing that we have such affection for you.

Being affectionately desirous—The oldest reading in the Greek implies, literally, to connect one’s self with another; to be closely attached to another.

JOHN WESLEY’S NOTES: To impart our own souls – To lay down our lives for your sake.

ROBERTSON’S WORD PICTURES [NT]: Even so, being affectionately desirous of you [outwv omeiromenoi umwn]. Clearly the correct text rather than imeiromenoi from imeirw, old verb to long. But the verb omeiromai [Westcott and Hort om., smooth breathing] occurs nowhere else except MSS. In Job 3:21; Psalms 62:2 [Symmachus] and the Lycaonian sepulchral inscription [4th century AD]about the sorrowing parents omeiromenoi peri paidov.

To impart [metadounai]. Second aorist active infinitive of metadidwmi, old verb to share with [see on Luke 3:11].

The Son of man came to minister His breath to many (Mt 20:28, Jn 10:11).

John Courtney Murray once described the early church as a "conspiracy”. By that he meant that ancient believers "breathed together” [con: "with” and spire: "breath”]. It wasn’t sinister behavior, of course, that held these Christians together.

It was their shared sense of grace, their breathing together as a people of God. The contemporary church has exactly the same potential and same requirement.

God’s people can breathe together, modeling a common way of life that is good for the world. As members of one body, the body of Christ, they all breathed together. Though regarded by outsiders as a sinister behavior, those in the church understood themselves to be practicing a common way of life, breathing together, a way of life grounded in common values, which would be meaningful for those within the church and had the potential to be meaningful for the rest of the world as well. The word "Conspire” means to "breathe together” in Latin.

The word conspire carries a ton of negative baggage, but in the Greek the word conspire means breathing together. When people conspire, when they plan together secretly, they are breathing together, you can just picture them huddled together, planning. In the same way, when God works with us to advance His will we breathe together with God. God fills us with life, inspirations, and power.

In today’s world of transformation and the emerging consciousness of positive human potential, the word inspire is very often uttered into the air. "I’m inspired.”

"You inspire me.” "That was inspiring.”

We are often inspired by those teachers and role models that speak most directly to our hearts, but what does the word inspire really mean? It comes from the Latin ‘in’ which means ‘inside’ or ‘to infuse with’ and ‘spirare’ which means ‘breath’. In essence to inspire is to infuse with breath! An alternate meaning is to breath life into!

There is a connection between spiritual experience and having "spirit” [in the sense of an animating courage]. Both words come from the Latin word for breathing. Our breath is "the part of the self that is most tangibly at the same time our and not-ours.” Think about it.

One of the early church fathers, Clement of Alexandria, writing in the second century, recognized the connection between breathing and the church. "Breathing together is properly said to be of the church. For the gift of the church is the Word breathing as incense from holy souls.” The Word of God has a bodily and communal character.

Breathing Together Part 2 OF 9 BY ZIANNA EMMANUELLE

Let us take a look at THE GIFT OF GRACE: Herein called the spiritual gift, which can be imparted (Rom 1:11); Which impartation is by our breath (1Thes 2:8). We need this breath for love (Mt 22:37). There’s no greater expression of love than this breathing with our friends (Jn 15:13). I am a servant of Christ in God by my breath too (Eph 6:6). Wherein I am in spirit with my breath for you (Phil 1:27). May I heartily do this breathing with you? (Col 3:23). This is why my mouth is open unto you, so that your heart might be thus enlarged (2Cor 6:1112). This is for the straitening of your inner self, so that your heart would be enlarged (6:12).

I therefore intend to travail within this good thing zealously, until Christ is formed in you (Gal 4:18-19); Without which you desire to be under the law of a husband, rather than being a free woman, who is without a husband (4:21-22, 27). In some justification by the law, you are fallen from this service, which is to love by grace (5:4, 13). Hereby is the perception of the love of God, as Christ laid down/gave His breath for us; we are now giving our breath for the brethren (1Jn 3:16).

NOTE lay down is not in the original text. This giving of breath is the deed of love, which is above words (1Jn 3:16, 18). We keep His commandments by doing this pleasing thing in His sight, which is His commandment: Wherein we are loving one another, as He has commanded (3:22-23). This is therefore a living sacrifice (Rom 12:1).

Heart-unity and love-breathing as brotherly affection (1Thes 2:8, Rom 1:11): [The History of the Church of Scotland, by the Rev. W.M. Hetherington. Page 700]: The Moderate party [of the Church of Scotland] was displeased that Rowland Hill has been permitted to preach. And this because the Act of 1799 prohibited

"THIS MINISTERIAL COMMUNION.” For Protestant churches had rejected this "communion of the saints,” because they had disclaimed its all-pervading heart-unity, and love-breathing brotherly affection, which needed to be infused into all true members of the faith by the presence and energy of the Holy Spirit.

Breathing in the spirit as brotherly affection (1Thes 2:8): [The Bible Christian Magazine Vol 11 of the 4th series 1866, by James Way. [A continuation of the Armenian Magazine]: Christianity enjoins us into the most intimate of associations. We are not to forsake this assembling of ourselves together; to love one another in our love fests; abounding in love toward one another. WHAT? Desiring a closer unity of the Holy Spirit in the bonds of peace. HOW? Breathing in the spirit of brotherly affection for Christian unity.

The living sacrifice (Rom 12:1) of breathing: [Ante-Nicene Creed. Clement of Alexander, by Sir James Donaldson 1869 pg 428]: Now breathing together is properly said of the Church, as the incense from holy souls. For the sacrifice of the Church is the word breathing.

Union by breathing together: [From Christ to the World, by Wayne G. Boulton]: The word "conspiracy” in the original Latin sense, both literal and tropical, literally means:- that union, or concord in breathing together.

Breathing together for arousal: [ The Mystique of Eucharist]: Hospitality expressed by the kiss of peace. A Christian mouth-to-mouth ritual with breathing together to arouse the senses. Very intimate. Also known as the conspiratio.

Tertullian said it was possible for this rite, the conspiratio, to cause embarrassment. This rite has also been referred to as the pax, which signified "the mutual spiritual union.” In England [12/13 centuries] it was called the pax-brede.

This pax was seen as the fulfillment of Jn 13:34-35. [Brother husbandman Philip].

Around the year 300 pax became a key word in the Christian liturgy. It became the euphemism for a mouth-to-mouth kiss among the faithful attending services; pax became the camouflage for osculum [from os, mouth] or the conspiratio, a comingling of breaths.

The Latin osculum is neither very old nor very frequent. It is one of three words that can be translated by the English "kiss”. In comparison with the affectionate basium and the lascivious suavium, osculum was a latecomer into classical Latin …

In the Christian liturgy of the first century, the osculum assumed a new function.

It became one of two high points in the celebration of the Eucharist. Conspiratio, the mouth-to-mouth kiss, became the solemn liturgical gesture by which participants in the cult action shared their breath or spirit with one another. It came to signify their union in one Holy Spirit, the community that takes shape in God’s breath. The ecclesia came to be through a public ritual action, the liturgy, and the soul of this liturgy was the conspiratio. Explicitly, corporately, the central Christian celebration was understood as a co-breathing, a con-spiracy, the bringing about of a common atmosphere, a divine milieu …

Conspiratio became the strongest, clearest and most unambiguously somatic expression for the entirely non-hierarchical creation of a fraternal spirit in preparation for a unifying meal. Through the act of eating, the fellow conspirators were transformed into a "we”, a gathering which in Greek means ecclesia. Further, they believed that the "we” is also somebody’s "I”; they were nourished by the shading into the "I” of the Incarnate Word … Peace [pax] … as the result of conspiratio exacts a demanding, today almost unimaginable intimacy.

The practice of the osculum did not go unchallenged; documents reveal that the conspiratio created scandal early on. The rigorist African Church Father Tertullian felt that a decent matron should not be subjected to possible embarrassment by this rite. The practice continued, but not its name; the ceremony required a euphemism. From the latter third century on, the osculum pacis was referred to simply as pax, and the gesture was often watered down to some slight touch to signify the mutual spiritual union of the persons present …

Today the pax before communion, called "the kiss of peace”, is still integral to the Roman, Slavonic, Greek and Syrian Mass, although it is often reduced to a perfunctory handshake.

Community in our European tradition is not the outcome of an act of authoritative foundation, nor a gift from nature or its gods, nor the result of management, planning and design, but the consequence of a conspiracy, a deliberate, mutual, somatic and gratuitous gift to each other … the shared breath, the con-spiratio are the peace understood as the community that arises from it.

One can fail to perceive the pretentious absurdity of attempting a contractual insurance of an atmosphere as fleeting and alive, as tender and robust, as pax.

The medieval merchants who settled at the foot of a lord’s castle felt the need to make the conspiracy that united them into a secure and lasting association. To provide for their general surety they had recourse to a device, the conjuration, a mutual promise confirmed by an oath that uses God as witness … "conjuration” or the swearing together by a common oath confirmed by the invocation of God, just like the liturgical osculum, is of Christian origin. Conjuratio which used God as epoxy for the social bond presumably assures stability and durability to the atmosphere engendered by the conspiratio of the citizens. In this linkage between conspiratio and conjuration, two equally unique concepts inherited from the first millennium of Christian history are intertwined, but the latter, the contractual form, soon overshadowed the spiritual substance.” [Ivan llich The Cultivation of Conspiracy].

The kissing mass: [The Royal Historical Society, Vol. 57, pg 388]: Which paxbrede, "the kissing mass” was abolished in the Reformed Church. Edw. VI enforced this ban by the Ecclesiastical Commission. Those of the pax wore a token worn as sign of their joyful celebration of peace between them and God. From the first century on this co-breathing was central to Christianity. In the Song of Solomon the Shulamite represents the Bride of Christ who has made herself ready. She actively seeks after the King, her Lord and desires to know this bridegroom to whom she is about to marry. She realizes the high calling that has been placed on her life to be the Bride of Christ and she is faithful to that call, producing much fruit. She is also progressively maturing in her relationship with the Lord. She knows that everything she has ever faced in her life has brought her to this point and this is what makes her who she is today. She remembers when she was darkened by the sun due to her busyness in caring for everyone else‘s vineyard, but now it is time for her to take care of her own. She does this through prayer, reading God's word and intimate time spent with Him. She has made up her mind that she will not allow the past to hinder her from pressing forward...

Let Him Kiss me with the kisses of His mouth: for Thy love is better than wine. Song of Solomon 1:2 The kiss of God's presence, so miraculous and so beautiful!! It's the day that we got saved; He walks past us and says "Live."

It is God's manifested presence in our lives. The many times that we have been kissed by God!! He speaks to us and our inner ear hears Him. John 10:27 "My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:‖ We say "yes Lord, I desire Your kisses. You are the strength of my life and you are my peace, you are everything to me." The Kiss of God's presence is the activity of the Holy Spirit manifested in our lives. We have an inner longing for this kiss.

God created within each of us the ability and the desire to have this type of deep intimate relationship with Him and this relationship when cultivated through prayer and spending time in God's word leaves us with a hunger on the inside of us that says.... "I want more.‖ We desire Him so much that He becomes our everything, even in our daily tasks; our hearts are pointed towards Him. There is such a great power in His name. "That at the name of Jesus every knee shall bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father" {Philippians 2:10-11, KJV}.

Our Lord Jesus Draws on our hearts by His Holy Spirit and our response is Song of Solomon 1:4, KJV, "Draw me, we will run after Thee;" Every part of me will run after Thee Lord. This prayer revolutionizes our lives and propels us to move forward. We are asking God to stir up within us a hunger toward Him and He will do it!! The Shulamite knew she would have to crucify her flesh. She would have to put her old ways of laziness and self-contentment behind her, making this King the focal point of her life. She would do whatever it would take; her goal was the chamber, the place of love and intimacy- the bedroom of the king. No one but the bride would be permitted in.

This is the start of her intimate relationship with God. She has opened the door to God's manifest presence. Revelation 3:20 KJV "Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hears my voice, and opens the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me."

She now experiences God as a divine friend. She thinks about the times she did not answer the knock on the door and she knows that she has missed opportunities. But she decides to forget those things which are behind, and reach forth unto those things which are ahead. She spends time with God, talking with Him and reading His word, basking in His presence. She is starting to become like Him, to resemble Him and take on His appearance and His characteristics. After all, she was made in His image. She also becomes familiar with the way He thinks, talks and acts. During such times of intimacy, the King hovers over her and places the seed of His word into her very being.

She becomes impregnated with His dreams, His vision and His will for our lives; they become implanted in her spirit. During this time of spiritual pregnancy, she remains humble, resisting pride; she has a teachable spirit and knows she is not perfect. She has known God's blessings and now welcomes any correction He will bring. She also knows that through the testing and trials in life she is being refined. There is a high calling on her life to be the Bride of Christ. She is to work out the will of God on this earth. She gains her strength and direction from her King and He lovingly guides her. Captivated!!

Every Christian ought to be absolutely captivated by the Triune God! If we are not captivated by Him, there is a serious disconnect in our grasp of the Gospel.

Keith Green once responded to the question "What is a true Christian?" with this: "A true Christian is someone who is bananas for Jesus"!! Every true revival in history was birthed in the heart of men and women who hungered for the Presence of God; who thirsted for the tangible revelation of God Himself! To a true believer, there is no greater joy or reward!

King David was a "man after God's own heart". One could say that meant He built His life after the commands and testimonies of the King of Kings.

One could also say that it meant he was consumed with chasing after and catching the very heart and Presence of God. Both are true and, truly, are inextricably linked. One who is consumed with possessing God's heart is one who willingly yields himself to His every command. For to one who is captivated by the Lord, His commands are not a burden to be borne, but a delight to carry out.They are life and health and peace and joy. Amen.

David rejoiced in His Lord. It was His "one thing", His life's preoccupation.

He cared not a whit for the religious ceremonies that took place in the outer courts of the tabernacle. His mind and heart were held fast by the One Who dwelt in the Holiest Place, behind the Veil.

"One thing have I asked of the Lord, that will I seek, inquire for, and [insistently] require: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord [in His presence] all the days of my life, to behold and gaze upon the beauty [the sweet attractiveness and the delightful loveliness] of the Lord and to meditate, consider, and inquire in His temple" (Psalm 27:4, AMP).

Paul was another man who was completely occupied with God. Paul was engaged in the work of the Lord for years before his conversion. He excelled in every area of religion. He was the fiercest and most zealous persecutor of those he deemed to be apostates and heretics. But one day, on his way to continue in this zeal, he met the Lord of Glory face to face. Paul was never the same again. His life was forever changed. Read what he says about it: "But what things were gain to me, these I have counted loss for Christ. Yet indeed I also count all things loss for the excellence of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them as rubbish, that I may gain Christ and be found in Him, not having my own righteousness, which is from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which is from God by faith; that I may know Him and the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed to His death, if, by any means, I may attain to the resurrection from the dead. Not that I have already attained, or am already perfected; but I press on, that I may lay hold of that for which Christ Jesus has also laid hold of me. Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead,

I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.

Therefore let us, as many as are mature, have this mind; and if in anything you think otherwise, God will reveal even this to you. Nevertheless, to the degree that we have already attained, let us walk by the same rule,let us be of the same mind" (Philippians 3:7-16).

The excellency of the prize of knowing Christ was the chiefest desire of St. Paul. He would not rest until he had obtained the "pearl of great price" (cf.

Matthew 13:45-46). Moreover, he is calling for every one who bears the name of Christ to do likewise. He is calling every believer to be captivated! Not by gifts nor titles nor works nor even religion but by God Himself!!

Meditate on the glories of God, beloved. Lose yourself in the dazzling splendor of His nature and attributes-the beauty of God and all that He is. Behold the brilliant beauty of the King of Glory, and find yourself filled with awe and wonder and delight. Are you transfixed by the awesome attraction that is our beloved Lord.

Christ has opened my heart through the strong attraction of His Spirit and the glory of His Gospel. Once He had me, He had me for life. He always will. I became a willing prisoner of His majestic charms. I have been captivated by the wonder of my God. I have been carried by the river of His grace and mercy into the ocean of His delights. Come and join me, precious ones. Dive into this ocean depth of magnificence and splendor known as Yahweh, our CovenantGod! Be attracted to the brilliance of the light of Him, which destroys all darkness, engulfing the blackness with the revelatory radiance of Him! Beloved, let go of every lesser love! Release yourself from the bonds of endless ritual religion (the outer courts). The Lord Jesus, by the Blood of His Cross, has ripped open the way into the Holy of Holies! Access into the very presence of God has been radically and eternally opened to all who would come by the Blood of Jesus! (Hebrews 10:19-22).

Enter in! Be captivated! Let your life be obsessed and occupied completely with Him! Let the glory of God, His truth, His nature, His Law rivet you and lay hold of your heart! Be immersed in the glories of God, consumed with wonder and awe at His every awesome characteristic! Do not wait, dear hearts!

For you must know that He is absolutely consumed with you, captivated by you. The psalmist declared that the number of His thoughts toward you are more numerous than the sand. Not only that, but they are precious thoughts!

His eyes and heart are always upon you. In fact, so captivated with you is God, that He came down from heaven and died a most awful death upon a cross just to remove that which separates Him from us (our sin)!!

So come and be captivated by God!! He is captivated with you!!!

Neither Do I Condemn Thee By Joel McNabb

One morning Jesus went to the temple, and a crowd of people came to him. As He taught them, the scribes and Pharisees brought a woman taken in the act of adultery before Jesus, wanting to try him to see if he would adhere to the law of Moses. They said, "Now Moses in the law commanded us, that such should be stoned: but what sayest thou?” (John 8:5). These sly old foxes (not know- ing that he was the Son of God: the word of God made flesh) thought that they had the best of Jesus. As they pushed the matter, Jesus, paying them no attention, bent down and began to write with his finger on the ground. The scribes and Pharisees felt they were being ignored, so they continued to press Him about how He would deal with this woman. When Jesus had finished writing, he rose up and said, "He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.” Then he stooped down and wrote on the ground the second time. While this may seem like a simple thing, I see it as one of the greatest things that Jesus did. John did not tell us what Jesus wrote, and I have asked believers the question, "What did He write?” I have heard several different answers, but no one could really say.

As He wrote the second time and they heard what He had said, the words convicted their conscience, and they all left one by one, from the oldest to the last. Jesus stood up and saw only the woman in front of Him. He asked her who was left to condemn her. She replied, "No man, Lord.” Then Jesus said, "Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more.” Herein is the key to knowing what Jesus wrote on the ground. He told those that were standing there ready to kill this woman in a heartbeat, that only if anyone had not sinned, could they be able to carry out the sentence for that crime. John tells us in 1 John 3:4, "Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.”

So, what did He write on the ground? God gave Moses the Law to show us what sin was. On Mount Sinai God wrote the law with His finger on tables of stone and delivered them to Moses. When Moses came down from the mount and saw the children of Israel in the sin of idolatry, in his zeal for God and the Law that God had just given him, he cast the tables of stone to the ground, and it had to be written again by the finger of God. So I submit to you that Jesus wrote the Ten Commandments with his finger in direct fulfillment of this prophecy (John 8: 1-11; Ex. 31:18; 1 John 3:4; Deut. 9:18).

Jesus here shows the great love and compassion for which He was sent into the world. Even the Scribes and Pharisees knew that they were not without sin, though they were the ones who kept of the law. If you are a believer today, I am sure that at least once in your life you have heard John 3:16. The following verse tells us that God did not send His son into the world to condemn it; but to save it through Him. There are many out there that have been turned off to God, Jesus, and church because they hear all the "thou shalts” and "thou shall nots.” The burden and condemnation that some Christians place on those that are living in sin is a far cry from why Jesus came to earth. If the Law of Moses could have made those that were given it perfect, then God would not have needed to send His Son (Heb.7:19). Why is it today that so many different denominations and Christians believe that if you do not teach and believe like they do, you are going to hell? Yes, strait is the gate to life, and wide is the gate and broad the way to destruction, and so many today are on that road with no hope (Mt. 7:13-14).

What most Christians fail to see is that we are not in the Day of Judgment yet, but they will still judge and condemn. Did not Jesus say, "Judge not, that ye be not judged” (Mt. 7:1). We see Jesus telling the woman caught in adultery "go and sin no more”, not "my sentence is.” Jesus did not even have to ex- plain what he wrote on the ground. The word spoke for itself. Our job as preachers and believers is to plant the seed and to warn the sinners with the word of God; and let them hear or not hear. "Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus” (Col. 1:28).

"He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God” (Jn. 3:18).

Some believers today tell me that it is too difficult to living a holy life. I tell them to just say no: be strong and resist the devil, and he will flee from you. The enemy is only out there to steal, and to kill, and destroy what God has given. When you feel weak and ready to give up, remember that, in reality, the way of sin is the hard way. We see it every day, with the things that please the flesh so easily accessible, but only bringing sorrow.

"If thou hast run with the foot- men, and they have wearied thee, then how canst thou contend with horses? And if in the land of peace, wherein thou trustedst, they wearied thee, then how wilt thou do in the swelling of Jordan?” (Jer. 12:5) Simply put,if you say it is hard to be a believer when there is no pressure to try to keep us from serving the Lord, what will you do when it is not so easy? If you have difficulty serving God in the land where we are free to worship the god of our choice and the government does not keep you from it, what will you do when they begin to tell you where, when and whom you can worship? Will you be as the stony ground in the parable of the sower, hearing the word of God and receiving it with joy, yet not having root in yourself, and when tribulation or persecution comes you are plucked up and go back to your old ways (Mt. 13:20-21)?

Those who do not truly hear and heed the word of God condemn themselves. David said, "Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee” (Ps.119:11). Being a true believer is a work. Jesus said, "Take my yoke upon you and learn of me.” How many believers have a Bible and really use it and apply it to their lives, or read the Bible more than once a week? Of course it is hard if you do not know what you are doing, and have never read the instruction manual. Have you ever been given a job that you have never done before? The task before you may seem impossible, but with instructions, and especially with illustrations, the job is more easily accomplished.

That is what God‟s word is: illustrated instructions in righteousness, so that we will not be caught off guard or be found lacking in the way of life.

Jesus told us that His coming would be as the days of Noah. We think Jesus was just saying that life will be going on as usual, and one day He will come back. But there is more to the story on Noah than having our same old, same old life going on as usual. Noah was warned of God that there was a flood coming and to get ready for the flood by building an ark that would save all who would choose to hear the preaching of Noah. Ac- cording to most, we are supposed to miss it and be caught up to meet the Lord, leaving those left behind wondering what has just happened; that all we have to do is believe in Jesus Christ, and we will be saved from all that will come. It seems very simple. There is no need to watch and wait.

Noah was not just a carpenter, boat builder, or a zoo keeper, but a "preacher of righteousness.” To those that saw what Noah was doing and heard what he had to say, he looked very foolish, and they chose not to believe what he was saying. After all, no one had ever seen a flood, or even rain before. But Noah believed it was going to rain, and a flood was coming, because God said it. "By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith” (Heb.11:7). It did not matter to Noah if it had never rained before or that those around him mocked. God said the rain was coming and a flood would destroy all that were not in the ark.

He believed and will receive a crown of righteousness for his faith.

Those who were disobedient to the message and re- fused to hear the word of God were stuck outside the door, crying for mercy.

Many years later, after His crucifixion, Jesus went to hell and preached to those that were sometime disobedient in the days of Noah, while the ark was being built, showing that they were not all wicked sinners, but many were merely disobedient children (1 Pet. 3:20).

Jesus came to earth the first time in mercy. He showed us the way to order His kingdom, and to establish it like God has planned, without condemnation. "And in mercy shall the throne be established: and he shall sit upon it in truth in the tabernacle of David, judging, and seeking judgment, and hasting righteousness” (Isa. 16:5). The word of God will convict the hearts of men and they will either hear the words of life, or they will not, and will suffer the consequences. If we are to be that kingdom, then we too must have mercy upon all. I, for one, have not seen the book of life, which will not even be opened until Jesus has reigned on the earth for a thousand years.

Jesus told Pilate that his kingdom was not of the this world, and that if it was, then would his servants fight. His kingdom is yet to be established; and if we do not have mercy that can be seen, we will never see that king- dom. This does not mean it will not come, only that we will not see it. At this moment in time, the call is still out for whosoever will to come and drink of the water of life freely, but that work is almost done. And with mercy, knowing the terror of the Lord we persuade men as Noah did, as- sured that the flood is going to come on all those that are disobedient to God‟s word, believer and unbeliever alike. Paul said, "Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus” (2 Cor. 5:11; Col. 1:28).

The world hates us. Worse still, the Christian world will hate us as well. The Jews of Jesus‟ day, and the Romans which took his life, are the example of what it will be like when Jesus comes the second time. The religious leaders of our day will be the same way; they will not receive the word of truth and will esteem it as foolishness. They have already made their own rules and regulations, just as the Jews in the Messiah‟s day made a law that any man who says he is the son of God must be put to death.

Today‟s Christians do the same, who would dare say that God has branding as a false prophet anyone shown them the times and the seasons of our Lord‟s return.

They kill them with the words of their mouth, having no mercy.

When Jesus leaves the throne of mercy, there will be no time for repentance. Every man will receive according to the works done in this flesh, whether good or evil. Many will say, "we have done all these works in your name”, and the King will say, "Sorry, I never knew you.” For a sweet, merciful Saviour, these may seem hard words. I ask you today to have bowels of mercies as God has, and maybe you will obtain mercy and will not be condemned for unbelief. The Lord bless and keep you and lead you in the path of righteousness for His name’s sake. Amen.

THE SON : by Babsie van der Berg

A wealthy man and his son loved to collect rare works of art. They had everything in their collection, from Picasso to Rapheal. The would often sit together and admire the great works of are.

When the Vietnam conflict broke out, the son went to war. He was very courageous and died in battle while rescuing another soldier. The father was notified and grieved deeply for his only son.

About a month later, just before Christmas, there was a knock at the door.

A young man stood at the door with a large package in his hands.

He said:" Sir, you don't know me, but I am the soldier for whom your son gave his life. He saved many lives that day, and he was carrying me to safety when a bullet struck him in the heart and he died instantly. He often talked about you, and your love for art." The young man held out this package. " I know this isn't much. I'm not really a great artist, but I think your son would have wanted you to have this."

The father opened the package. It was a portrait of his son, painted by the young man. He stared in awe at the way the soldier had captured the personality of his own son in the painting. The father was so drawn to the eyes that his own eyes welled up with tears. He thanked the young man and offered to pay him for the picture. "Oh, no sir, I could never repay what your son did for e. It's a gift.

The father hung the portrait over his mantle. Every time visitors came to his home he took them to see the portrait of his son before he showed them any of the other great works he had collected.

The man died a few months later. There was to be a great auction of his paintings. Many influential people gathered, excited over seeing the great paintings and having a opportunity to purchase one for their collection.

On the platform sat the painting of the son. The auctioneer pounded his gave. "We wil bid for this picture?"

There was silence.

Then a voice in the back of the room shouted, "We want to see the famous paintings, skip this ons."

But the auctioneer persisted, "Will somebody bid for this painting. Who will start bidding? $100, $200?"

Another voice angrilly, "We din't come to see this painting We came to see the Van Gogh's the Rembrandts. Get on with the real bids!"

But still the auctioneer continued, "The son! The son! Who will take the son?"

Finally, a voice came from the very back of the room. It was the long-time gardener of the man and his son.

"I'll give $10 for the painting" Being a poor man, it was all he could afford.

We have $10, who will bid $20?"

"Give it to him for $10. Let's see the masters" The crowd was becoming angry. They didn't want the picture of the son.

They wanted the more worthy inverstments for their collections.

The auctioneer pounded the gavel. "Going once, twice SOLD for $10!"

A man sitting on the second row shouted, "Now let's get on with the collection!"

The auctioneer laid down his gavel. "I'm sorry, the auction is over."

"What about the paintings!"

"I am sorry. When I was called to conduct this auction, I was told of a secret stipulation in the will. I was not allowed to reveal that stipulation until this time. Only the painting of the son would be auctioned. Whoever bought that painting, would inherit the entire estate, including the paintings.

"THE MAN WHO TOOK THE SON GETS EVERYTHING!" God gave His son 2000 years += ago to die on the cross. Much like the auctioneer, Hid message today is: "THE SON! THE SON! WHO WILL TAKE THE SON?" Because, you see, whoever takes the son gets everything.

FOR GOD SO LOVED THE WORLD HE GAVE HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON, WHO SO EVER BELIEVETH, SHALL HAVE TERERNAL LIF .... THAT'S LOVE.

For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;" Romans 3:23 Sin separates man from the One who loves him most - God. Each time you sin as a believer, you lose a measure of the glory of God. And if you persist, there will be nothing left. Some Christians who were once saved are totally bereft of God's glory: no trace of that glory can be found any more. Beware of sin!

Apart from separating you from God, sin is the real culprit responsible for stagnancy, retrogression, sickness, fruitless efforts, etc. The witch or wizard disturbing you is the very sin you still wilfully engage in. As long as you obey and please God, no weapon or scheme of witches or wizards would harm you.

So if you decide to live holy from today, all the good things you have lost shall be restored. Exodus 15:26 says if only you can obey the Lord, sickness will be far from you. Believe it or not, many sicknesses in a man's life can be traced to sin. If you ate what He asked you not to eat like Adam and Eve, you will be sick. If you venture where He warned you to keep off from, you will be sick. If you do what He asked you not to, you are simply inviting sickness. In addition, if you engage negative thoughts, worry and anxiety which He forbids, you can have hypertension or some other related illness. Disobedience is therefore the root cause of most ailments. Are you sick? Check yourself and see if there is an area you disobeyed the Lord. Repent and obey Him and you will observe that on rising up from bed in the morning, the sickness would have disappeared. Holiness is the key to restoration of every good thing you have lost. Have you lost anything precious as a result of disobedience? As you settle with the Lord today and begin to obey Him, every good thing you have lost will turn in your direction. They will return. This is your season of restoration. That lost joy is coming back. That means of livelihood that has been snatched shall be restored. The grace of God upon your life that has been grounded shall be revitalized. Straighten your way before the Lord and ensure you abstain from every pollution of the body and soul. Keep yourself pure!

THE FATHER'S BLESSING: "I pray for you today, sin shall have no dominion over you. You are an overcomer, you have been divinely designed to overcome the world, the devil, the flesh and Satan and his demons. Work in obedience and victory by which Jesus has set you free. Battling The Spirit Of Depression: BY TIM BENITEZ

First I want to address that to be set free from depression, you have to recognize it for what it really is a spirit, a spirit is an agent or demonic being, sent to bring destruction and torment on people, mostly people of God " Christians" the reason it attacks is to keep you in bondage or spiritual chains so you can't achieve your full potential for Christ, it attacks in many ways and most people think just because they're surrounded by people they won't be depressed that's a lie of the devil, you can go to the doctor and he'll give you feel good pills or happy pills, and tell you "you have to learn to live with it that's not true if you handle it Gods way, there are a few ways the devil can attack, I'll name these ways, if you're not a Christian walking in Gods ways and haven't accepted Jesus Christ in your heart he already has you, if you're a Christian some of the biggest ways he attacks is through deception, here's how it works, he has to attack your mind that's the first place he has to come through, if you're a Christian he gets you through bitterness, unforgiveness, anger and hatred, these areas are open doors that allow him to come through, then he hits your thought pattern usually in your imaginations, that's why the bible says to cast down vain imaginations, then through this he begins to suppress your thoughts, "suppress means to fill your mind with all kind of bad thoughts, one example is life isn't worth living, I'm always going to be in debt, I'm a problem to everyone, I can handle things by myself, these are just a few examples" these thoughts begin to over power your own thoughts and your reasoning is blurred, you can't see no way out, and this leads to suppressing your thought pattern, it cancels out faith, because the bible says doubt and unbelief cancels faith, it says all things are possible if we believe and doubt not, suppression comes from oppression,"oppression is when the devil first attacks he oppresses your mind with doubt, unbelief and through deception

takes you to suppression, this is where you begin to believe a lie, if you catch it with Gods word and force yourself to believe Gods word and apply the scriptures to the situation this is where you resist the devil and he has to flee from you, anyways this takes time to reprogram your mind, you have to dwell on it until you believe it, that's the key the bible says faith cometh by hearing the word of God " quote the scriptures over and over until it sinks down in your memory" the next phase is after the devil gets you this far it brings depression which leads to no way out, I deserve this, this is where suicide and mental breakdowns happen, then if not dealt with leads to possession, most people think once saved always saved, this isn't true,: if that's the case we could live any way we want, the bible says it's a daily walk, we have to confess daily," some would say a Christian can't be possessed, " this is true if doorways are closed but through the open doors it gives him the right to enter in, if the house is empty, that's why our prayer life has to be continuously, and why we can't have these door ways because the bible says " satan is like a roaring lion seeing who he might destroy, if we aren't in a battle we wouldn't need Ephesians chapters 4-6, we're in a battle,"' the battlefield is in your mind",I'll tell my testimony of depression and show how God delivered me, I was going through a divorce in 1984, and my wife had my kids, I stayed alone and wasn't a christian at the time, I started having thoughts that no matter what I always mess up my life, I was a drunk and did allot of drugs, I didn't care whether I lived or died, so with no way out away from my kids I got drunk and took 28 real strong muscle relaxers plus other drugs, I was believing in my mind I was going crazy and begin living memories of the marine corp, I wanted to die and even beg a guy one time in a fight to shoot me, who had a gun on me, it took me to charter hospital and the doctor told me I was a walking time bomb ready to explode and as capable of killing myself and someone else, this all came from anger and hatred I had developed, but when I found Jesus I realized no matter how rebellious or bad I was His Love was beyond all, I got saved, gained custody of my kids, got married to the woman God had for me and have been married for 22 years serving the Lord, I had to reprogram my mind that Jesus Loved me, with that I learned that God don't create junk, and depression was a spirit called heaviness in the bible, the bible says to put on the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness, which it also says od inhabits the praises of His people, to start the praises for those who don't know how, you just start telling God how good and awesome He is and thanking Him for all you do have, don't dwell on the bad, other than releasing all that bothers you to Him in prayer, when I have thoughts like I mentioned I

tell myself and remind myself what the word of God says, some examples are He supplies all my needs, He knows all my needs, all things are possible to him that believes if you doubt not, and believe in your heart, if I lost everything tomorrow I know from experience He always replaced and provided for me, even though I've lost homes, cars, jobs, friends, nd many other things if I hadn't gone through all this I couldn't relate to it, the hospitals and nut-wards are full of people like I was, but praise God I'm free and haven't suffered depression in years, although a few years ago through bitterness and un forgiveness I walked back into it, but Jesus loved me enough to send reinforcements and two men of God came and prayed for me, and again I s delivered after releasing forgiveness for the one I was hating and unforgiving to, even though some may not deserve your forgiveness in your mind, Gods word says vengeance is mine saiths the Lord, if we release it to the Lord "even though we don't want to, or they don't deserve it, then God deals with our emotions and thought patterns to see them in a different way and we can forgive them because God heals our emotions, sometimes this may take some time, but as long as we're honest with God and tell Him everything we feel and ask Him to help us forgive,He will and He Will heal our minds and emotions, and in some cases erase some memory or restore a broken heart or spirit, All we have to do is release it to Him, Father I pray right now for all who have wronged me and hurt me, I release them to you and pray your justice be done, Lord help my emotions and flesh deal with it, let them not rule me, Father help me know you supply all my needs according to your riches and Glory through Christ Jesus, Lord if I lose everything tomorrow help me know you're there for me and I trust you to supply all my needs' if possible let that cup pass from me, but you know what's best for me, and Lord your will be done, I trust you with my all, my life, my home, my friends, my thoughts, my feelings and my heart, thank you Lord for caring and providing, and for healing, thank you for putting forgiveness in my heart,soul, and mind, help me to Love you with all my heart,soul, and mind, help me love my neighbor a myself, help me love myself and see myself as you see me, let not selfish pride be a part of my life In Christ's Name I pray Amen, Lord I pray for my brothers and sisters and things that's coming on the earth, that you will strengthen all of us and guide and direct all of us with your loving arms,help us to be sensitive to your Spirit, and to the needs of others around us and know our blessings come from you In The Name Of Jesus I pray, Amen, I hope this brings some light and encouragement, Amen God Bless Pastor Tim and Rhonda Put On The Garment Of Praise For The Spirit Of Heaviness ( praise for depression)

Jesus Never Preaached What We Preach! Discover the Reason Why! DR. LEONARD ROBINSON

Jesus never preached prosperity, healing or any of the such messages we preach today calling ourselves the Church. Jesus preached and demonstrated the Kingdom and established the Church to do the same.

Without an understanding of the Kingdom our religion becomes a vain imagination. We teach people to serve God for things instead of teaching them the Kingdom and its priority that things will find them. We try to mend their broken hearts, broken lives and shipwrecked marriages with the scripture promises of God but we don't give them the Kingdom of God, the message Jesus preached and commanded the disciples to preach.The Bible is not about a religion. Its about a Kingdom restored, delivered to us from God through Jesus Christ, and advanced throughout the earth to man and through man as redeemed man serves God. Psalm 45:6-7; Psalm 103:19-20; Psalm 145:1013 Its' Kingdom takeover time! Repent and believe the good news. The Kingdom and His righteousness is present now and the source of your power and the reality of your personal responsibility. This is the hour God wants to transition you from churchianity to Kingdom culture, from the cult of religion, tradition and deception to dominion, power and authority as you invade earth from heaven as God's Ambassador, son/daughter, king, royal priesthood and minister of righteousness. Your life and ministry will never be right until you get this Kingdom right! God is not impressed with your college/university/seminary degree.

Have you had one course on the Kingdom of God? God is not impressed with who your spiritual dad is. Has your spiritual dad taught you the Kingdom on God's terms through the message and ministry of Jesus?

Who is your apostle? What messages are they preaching? Do they know, preach, teach and demonstrate the central message of Jesus, the Kingdom of God and teach others to do likewise?What vain imaginations have we been operating out of through religion, tradition and deception? Have you been willing to ask yourself the critical questions that challenge your theology or are you shutting your ears, closing your eyes, blocking out the Kingdom message and in effect saying....don't confuse me with the Kingdom facts, I've made up my mind?Jesus never preached prosperiy, He preached the Kingdom. Jesus gave the disciples a commandment to seek first the Kingdom and God's righteousness that they would walk in God's way of doing and being right. This one practice of making the Kingdom and righteousness their number one priority would produce for them the provision of God.We've promoted the promises of God and faithfulness of God but not the process of God, the conditions to the promises or the purpose of God sending Jesus into the earth other than to save man's soul in the hope of man going to heaven.Jesus came with the government on His shoulder, delegated the same responsibility to you and says; "My yoke is easy, my burden is light..."Its your time for change, your season to be transformed, the hour of your divine purpose coming to pass, as you pass the test of religion, tradition, deception and indifference to the revelation of the Kingdom. The title heading this article is : "Honour the Son with a kiss‖ Upon reading this, my spirit was briefly struck by a bolt of lightning !

In order to betray Him, Jude greeted our Messiah with a kiss…

But because of him doing so, you and I came to be redeemed and delivered!

For as a result of Jude kissing Him, Jesus could get run in and be crucified!

After all it had to happen, the Son was to be crucified according to the divine schedule!

Isn‘t this a striking example of how highly elevated Gods plans and thoughts are……how wonderful His ways?

Not to be fathomed by any of us!

Let‘s have a closer look at what the Lord is working on, insofar as we are capable of understanding and probing His dealings…..

It looks as if chaos reigns supreme, as if we do not function whatsoever……

The one celebrates Christmas with a tree and balls, the other observes Chanuka. One celebrates the birth of Jesus year after year, the other is convinced that we should only commemorates His resurrection…..

No matter how, we have been taken away from our Jewish/Hebrew roots (think of Emperor Constantine).

And, yes: the christmas tree is derived from the pagan Winter Solstice rituals!!!

The balls symbolize fertility of the land and fertility in offspring – in other words, it has NOTHING to do with Jesus!

Also His birth couldn‘t possibly have occurred in the month of December and the word CHRISTMAS is not mentioned ANYWHERE in the Bible!

Why do even unbelievers flock to churches on Christmas Eve ?

Well, baby Jesus is easy to tolerate… You do not need to die to yourself to hold it… It‘s small, cute, ‗safe‘ and quite managable.....

But Jesus, being the King He is, calls for decisions of another kind !

Psalms 2:10-12, 10 Now therefore be wise, you kings.

Be instructed, you judges of the earth.

11 Serve Yahweh with fear, And rejoice with trembling.

12 Kiss the son, lest he be angry, and you perish in the way, For his wrath will soon be kindled.

Jesus also says it Himself: The Law and the Prophets depend on: LOVE! And that Love, that is HE HIMSELF!!! HE IS THE LOVE, THE REDEEMER!!!

Time and again He reminds me of the fact that if only EVERYONE FOR HIM/HERSELF turns toward Him, then the natural result will be that we become one …..Therefore it is vitally important that you make the choice for yourself that you learn to hear and perceive His voice for yourself, so that He can lead you and fulfil his purposes in you!

To come to Him means giving up on EVERYTHING! In order to be filled with the Spirit, all of you – your own flesh, your ambitions, your ‗self‘ - will have to die......

But the beauty of it all is that He will then proceed to bring forth your real you, the ‗you‘ He meant you to be when He formed you in the mother‘s womb, free of sin.....perfect!

So, what then should be our foremost commission?

Love God above ALL ELSE! And your neighbour like YOURSELF! And whatever course the path of the other person will take……that is up to Him! Your only assignment is to love that other person…….But first of all you have to love GOD and follow Him! Lord, what is it that You want me to do today? That should be our daily question… Crucifying our own self on a daily basis!

He will then lead you in His truth, so that you won‘t be like the other nations!

He will purge you of all idolatry and uncleanliness, if only you give Him your ALL! It is not a matter of God having to bless you, but of giving yourself to him in an attitude of LORD, YOU MAY HAVE ALL OF ME SO THAT YOU CAN MAKE ME INTO THE PERSON YOU WANT ME TO BE, TO THE GLORY OF YOUR NAME!!!

The Lord wants to build of us a powerful army, capable of bringing about the latter rain and bringing about the ensuing endtime harvest of souls…..

We have to be forged into a spearhead, an arrow of LOVE! Let‘s now take a closer look at the spearhead: The beginning of a spearhead is a lump of steel.

No more, no less than a lump of steel, to begin with.

Formless, odourless, tasteless.

This lump is being thrown into the fire which turns it : - white-hot - glowing red It is then being forged into the right shape.

When that has happened, it is being submerged in water or in oil…..As a result of this treatment it cools down very quickly and becomes ‗as hard as steel‘ !

Now let‘s look what this all implies for us: We start off as a formless lump…..

We come to the Lord, give our heart to Him, we repent and are being born again.

Being born again means (this time) being born by the Spirit and (as it should be) by water (baptism by immersion)!

John 3: 5 5 Jesus answered, "Most assuredly I tell you, unless one is born of water and spirit, he can‘t enter into the Kingdom of God! This baptism by immersion means that you consciously choose for it. In other words, this is not a matter of infant baptism, as you have to be able to discern, to know, to realize that you are partaking in Jesus‘ death, burial and resurrection!

Subsequently (or so it should be) we are being made red-hot or white-hot by the (purging) fire of God. Literally we are set ablaze with passion for Him as His fire is spiritually cleansing and purifying us.

We are being moulded!

And then comes this period that we are being situated in the desert (How long this will be depends on the calling on our life.)

In that barren place you are being filled with His Word (His living water) which hardens you……(so that you will be better able to stand some rough handling) and you are being filled with oil (His Spirit) Meanwhile you are being die-cast in the right mold…..(resembling Him) But, you are not alone! You are part of a whole Body! Part of an army!

Let‘s now look how an army fits together.

Definition of an army: Unity in diversity, functioning under one General!

-same Name -same Body - same uniform And this army consists of distinct units in which everyone has his/her own specialty and unique assignment.

Now we are going to look at it from a spiritual perspective: If everything works out as it is meant to be, we are a unity in diversity, functioning under The Head: Jesus Christ We all bear the same name: followers of Jesus/Yeshua We belong to the same Body: believers We wear the same uniform: clothed with LOVE And our army is made up of diverse units: Apostles, Teachers, Pastors (Shepherds) et cetera.

Ephesians 4,11 11 He gave some to be apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, shepherds and teachers; Each of us has his or her own specialty and unique assignment, within the diverse units.

The place where you are called by the Lord, is the place where you have to function, doing whatever He gives you to do!

There is no blending in the army. The units are existing in themselves but all the while operating from the vision that they are functioning as part of one and the same army, an army that only functions well if ALL units function well!

And so it is with us! God‘s army functions from diverse locations, with people serving with different assignments, but all the same we need each other to make the army as a whole function and to show forth the diversity of God‘s splendour!

Each and everyone of us has to listen to the General! And that General is: Yeshua !!

The army cannot be victorious if only the cavalry (soldiers on horseback) marches on. We need each other to win the war!

No let‘s return to the beginning: The chaos and confusion on - the baptism - the meaning and validity of Christmas - ….. (complete the list for yourself) Jesus says: do not judge, abide in My Love and preach the Gospel!

Paul who knew everything, said after his conversion: "I do not know anything, except Jesus Christ, and Him crucified!‖ Tell the people about Jesus, His sacrifice, His blood ! There lies our blessing!

Let everyone of us get closer to Him and then do what is being asked of you: Repent and be baptized! And He will forge you just like that spearhead, He will make you hard as steel so as to function according to your calling and assignment in His great army!

America celebration of Independence was in those days a shining example for other countries in the world. Many hailed it as a land dedicated to the God of Heaven and earth ; the land of equality , freedom , a place where dreams could be achieved and children grow up to be called blessed among men. But can we say the same about the America of our time ; where God is 99 percent non-existent and is marketed by half of the remaining one percent, a land that champion the cause of everything that is contrary to the WORD of God in the name of freedom and equality, a land where majority of the children are

exposed to sex, drugs, and violence before they reach their teens; and a master player on the world scene of championing chaos ,death & destruction of many innocent lives in the name of chasing terrorist and bringing peace to the world ; failing to recognized that violence begets even more violence ; a land where their wise men and women of God who should be speaking out are the very ones championing the laws of evil that are contrary to the very Religious Books they claim to uphold and preach from ?

As we the people of the world and citizens of the United States of America remember and celebrate with much pride and joy the day they declared their Independence ; I want to in wishing them a happy independence highlight a few issues of mighty concern and pray that God Bless America. Let‘s ask God to put behind us the former things and do a new thing in our lives; so that the dream of freshness, prosperity, love, equality, morality and dignity will return to this land of the free. May it be a shining example to the world not because of military might but because of its ability to foster peace and tranquility through out the world through God given wisdom; knowledge & understanding and rivers of plenty spring up in the land.

It is unfortunate that we humans have such a short memory. We forget so soon who it was that was the source of prayer and light during the days when freedom was a priority. Today the Creator has been thrown out of schools and laws of abortion, homosexuality, violence and the worship of other gods place above. However interestingly I wanted to congratulate our brothers and sisters of the United States of America on their Independence anniversary and prayed to God for the right words and He led me to wording of The United States Declaration of Independence .I don‘t know if many of you have read the wording of your Declaration of Independence; for if you did and understood what your forefathers wrote and the kind of dream they suffered and died to achieved; you will note that long ago you lost the way they envisioned for you. Majority of you refuse the path of truth and have refused to abide by the light they left behind to guide you. They knew that to succeed you needed a solid foundation laid upon the principles of the Creator of the Heavens and the earth. In the first part they referred to the laws of God. Which God; I wondered? Is it the same God who has been thrown out of the schools or a different one; whose rules has been thrown out of the window?

For if they were referring to the laws (of the BIBLE the Forefathers held in their hands; protected and even brave the challenges of a wild new homeland

of the unknown); then someone needs a check-up. Then I think the time has come for the revisiting of this unique document and its implementation.

I firmly believe if the Fore fathers of The United States of America live today; they would rewrite this same document to declare America free from the slavery of darkness that has consumed it so much. America; where is that God that our Fore-fathers referred to as endowing you with: "certain unalienable rights that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness‖. If you can be true to your self ;your will see that these great Authors of your freedom had firm trust in the very God you have abandon and His laws which have been forsaken. I am tempted to list for you a few things that would have been placed in this document if your Fore fathers were to observe the State of Slavery and total Darkness to which you find yourself today. But I won‘t for I am aware that you know these facts and if you take the guide book and look at the laws; you will find hundreds of contradictions. No my purpose is to Wish America a Happy Anniversary and point out to them from their very selves where they miss the road. I think it is time to revisit many of those original documents and follow the footsteps of the Fore-fathers; for if they do with all honesty and truth, great changes will take place in their lives. Forgive me if I offend you but the Kingdom whose Ambassador I am wants the best for us all .

Let‘s do a little check up; are you the people of the United States Of America alive, free and happy? From the suicide; depression, and enemies around the globe statistics; I think not. Oh Yes you claim to be powerful among men; you claimed to be rich and free; but from last check on jobless ,homeless, shelter less, etc statistics it looks like the system is collapsing because of the crack in the foundation and that foundation is what your Fore-fathers try to lay down for you. The truth is the crack gets wider each day and instead of trying to repair it you knowingly ignore it; living in a dream world of false vanities and instead of thinking with your heads ; you think with your might in military power, which brings no solution to any problem but more hatred. They wanted you to live a free and happy life and serve God (who made your Independence a reality) in a ways that all would be well; but the selfish desire of man; greed, the quest to rule over your fellow men etc has hindered this path and driven you miles away from the dream they had for you. ("We hold these truths to be self-evident that all men are created equal….‖) Are you sure after all these years of independence you have achieved equality among your citizens and other nations? Listen very carefully; your Fore-

fathers were very wise people. They knew that this was impossible without God (Elohim, The MOST HIGHEST GOD, and JEHOVAH whom they followed in those times, or at least the majority did); therefore they left a clue for you to follow in order to achieve these things they listed in the Declaration. However you believe more in what you call science, logic and their own limited reasoning than God and it has resulted to more chaos than truth.

All your science, logic and reason still have not gotten you half of the way to being alive, free and happy. You can‘t even fight to design means or shelters to keep hurricanes, tornadoes and other storms from destroying your citizens every year. What use is science to you, if I may ask? The bombs only kill people and cause more enemies; but there is a path in the Guide Book left with you by the Fore-fathers that if you follow; you will always find the solution to your problems. You will arrive at peace in many cases that your earthly power and might try to solve and badly mess up all the time. Did War solve Vietnam, Korea Iraq etc or are there not many living with their effects today and the sounds of bombs and destruction still raging unabated ; did it find the weapons and bring the promised peace to the Middle East? No it has only produced more enemies, hatred, death and destruction. Will it solve Afghanistan and provide a solution for the crisis between Israel and Palestine? Absolutely No and you know it. Go to the Guide Book and laid your foundation upon the principles of pure dignity and respect for all life and you will find a solution that has been there all along.

Only proper application, of that same TRUTH (principles of the Guide Book/ The HOLY BIBLE, TORAH) they stood upon to the letter can find solutions to many of these problems you are yet fighting with today. I think it‘s time for some sober Reflection, Remorse and Repentance. The King of England is no longer the issue at hand; your new enemy is far bigger and powerful and you must stand up and refuse to submit to it. Return to your original path and your foundation will be restored. Remain on this path and it will crack daily until it is totally destroyed. Do a self assessment and you will see what I am talking about. When I was little I was taught that the communist, socialist, etc did not serve, believe or respect God. Today it is the Capitalist and democrats that are throwing God out of their schools; using the church for diabolical evils and promoting disrespect for the laws God. Isn‘t that a shame? Majority of your religious leaders are exploiting the poor in the name of God; selling the Gospel instead of finding a lasting

repair to you problems. YOU are your own problem. YOU are captives of the Devil and need to be set free. Revisit your Declaration of Independence ; thank God for your Fore Fathers and effect a change that will make you take your rightful place among the community of Nations for it is not by might that they will accept you but by the Spirit of God who created you ; for our God produces Heads and not tails ; while Satan counterfeit tails as heads.

I WANT TO WISH YOU MY BELOVED BROTHERS AND SISTERS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA A VERY HAPPY, PROSPEROUS, AND BLESSED INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION. TO PRESIDENT BARRACK OBAMA , MEMBERS OF THE CONGRESS , AND SHEPHERDS IN CHARGE OF GOD LIGHTHOUSE IN THAT LAND ; I SAY IT IS TIME FOR SOME SERIOUS CHECK-UP ; SOBER REFLECTIONS THAT WILL LEAD TO POSITIVE REFLECTIONS, REMORSE, & REPENTANCE. Handling The “Much” That’s Required: BY PASTOR PAMELA RICHARDS

Organizations and ministries throughout are experiencing enormous strain.

In fact, countless organizations are handling more responsibilities, and with less help to complete the assignments with. What is the culprit for the ever increasing responsibilities that have been added to organizations throughout?

The reasons for increasing responsibilities within organizations vary from major stressors within the home environments of team members, to sudden acute and terminal illnesses among group members.

It is understood by all that everyone‘s threshold for handling responsibilities varies. For some in positions of authority, it is understandable that if an unfortunate event occurs, they are still mandated to carry out day to day tasks.

After all, our Bible reminds us in Luke 12:48, "For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required.‖ Though many believers in positions of authority hold fast to this passage when faced with enormous responsibilities, everyone does not share in this biblical principle. There are individuals that find handling responsibilities as quite a daunting task, and often insurmountable. For the individuals that are of this opinion, can we surmise that they will "self extinct‖ given today‘s overwhelming societal challenges?

Whether you are a willing individual faced with huge responsibilities, or someone that admits defeat before a challenge, everyone needs a pressure relief. How are we to find relief given all of the added responsibilities, and yet, "good help is so hard to find?‖ Our place as Christians where we will always find solace in times of trouble lies solely in GOD. Hebrews 4:15-16 offers great comfort for those dealing with the enormous pressures of today, which states,

"For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.”

The author of the above passage uses the terminology, "boldly.” In other words, we need to be open and direct with GOD for the help we need no matter the challenge. There are no barriers between us and our GOD, and so we should have no problem crying out when we feel overwhelmed. GOD hears us, and answers us according to what He hears from us. Everyone has been in a place that seemed too much for them until GOD intervened. As we cry out in times of trouble, GOD not only blesses us spiritually, but provides practical means to aid us in crisis.

What are some practical things that we can offer our brethren that are challenged with many responsibilities? First, admit it when you are overwhelmed. There may be individuals among you that may be able to take on added responsibilities on the day that you are at your limit. Secondly, stay humble during the process. GOD rewards humility, and your humility will pay off with your team mates. Thirdly, keep GOD’s word before you. Ps. 119:105 declares, "Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.” Finally, allow yourself and others the grace to complete responsibilities at a later date if possible. Prioritize with your team what jobs need to be completed first, and allow the rest to be done within a longer frame of time.

God MUST Have Clean Vessels :BY CONNIE GIORDANO

"God doesn't seek for golden vessels, and does not ask for silver ones, but He must have clean ones." - D.L. Moody "God can use only clean or holy vessels...God cannot bestow His glory upon anything evil or tainted. The Christian life demands unswerving obedience and allegiance to Christ. It places responsibility upon each believer to maintain a pure, unpolluted life." Holman Bible Commentary "To be a vessel for honor, you must walk in the light, confessing all known sin to God. Vessels of dishonour walk in the darkness and do not cleanse themselves from sin. So you must choose the type of vessel you will be. Cleansing yourself to become a vessel of honor is your responsibility." Steven Cole "If a man wishes to be a noble vessel of gold, for honourable uses in the Lord's house, let him cleanse himself from earthly lusts." - People's New Testament "Sanctification in the heart is our preparation for every good work. The tree must be made good, and then the fruit will be good."

"Now we should see to it that we be vessels of honour: we must purge ourselves from these corrupt opinions, that we may be sanctified for our Master's use." - Both quotes are from Matthew Henry Do you have a desire to be a "utensil" that God can use mightily for His glory? That is wonderful!

However, you must realize this - the desire to be used is not enough. There must also be a separation from all evil before God can mightily use you in His work.

So many today are proclaiming that God is using them to minister in His Name. The question we must ask is - Is He really?

God doesn't use unclean or unholy "utensils." He refuses to pour out His glory upon filthy, evil, or polluted vessels. He only uses those who are separated from the wicked influences of the world unto Himself.

So the choice is up to you as to which type of vessel you will be. In order to be "a vessel unto honor" for God (2 Timothy 2:21), you must always maintain a pure, unpolluted life - which entails continuously keeping yourself clean from earthly lusts.

2 Timothy 2:21 says - "If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honor, sanctified, and meet for the master's use, and prepared unto every good work." The "vessel" God chooses "purges himself" from all false doctrines as well as all wicked men. He preserves himself from all corrupt influences in order to be employed in the most useful and honorable services.

He considers himself to be wholly consecrated to the Lord...belonging to God...or set apart to noble and holy uses. He is "meet for the master's use" a utensil highly prized for the ministry of the Word.

He is "prepared unto every good work" - in a state of readiness.

One thing we want to stress in this message is the responsibility of the"utensil" God chooses to use. In 2 Timothy 2:21, the Apostle Paul emphasized the fact that the"man therefore purge himself from these." It is his duty and obligation to keep himself clear from dishonorable things...to shun defiling company and polluting principles...and to stay clear of heresies and immoral practices or people. God will not do it all for him. In fact, he has to show his seriousness about this calling by keeping himself pure in doctrine and practice - by removing himself from all false teachers as well as all "believers" who are in blatant carnality.

In Psalm 4:3, David plainly stated - "But know that the LORD hath set apart him that is godly for Himself..." This is something all must know. God sets apart the pious, benevolent man - the one who has love toward Him and others - the one who is filled with desire, ardor, or zeal for the things of the Lord or to see Him glorified in every circumstance or situation. This man is marked by God - set aside as His own property...for His own use and service...and distinguished with uncommon favors.

This "godly" one "set apart" by God has the understanding that those who are appointed to serve the Lord as His ministers must be holy and pure, Hence, he sees the urgent necessity to "depart ye, depart ye"..."go ye out from thence"...

"touch no unclean thing"..."go ye out of the midst of her"...and "be ye clean."

In other words, he realizes the separation involved in being called to "bear the vessels of the LORD" (Isaiah 52:11). He must keep himself apart from all evil in order to be used by God. This "godly" one "set apart" by God understands that no one can deceive the Almighty. He agrees wholeheartedly with the word of the Lord which says "Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are His..." (2 Timothy 2:19).

The Lord knows and others know "His own" by their godly lives. They are easily recognized by their holiness of walk. They stand aloof from iniquity -"And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity" (2 Timothy 2:19).

This "godly" one "set apart" by God has "come out" from the vain, idolatrous, and wicked world and its principles. He has "come out" of "Babylon's" pride, arrogance, and wickedness. He has intentionally "separated" himself from the world and its corrupt influences and pagan pollutions. He has made the choice not to "touch the unclean thing" - to avoid all unholy conduct - in order that he may lay hold of the promise from God - "...and I will receive you, And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be My sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty" (2 Corinthians 6:17-18). He keeps at a distance from wicked and immoral persons - only communing with them for the Gospel's sake.

Lastly, this"godly" one whom God has chosen as His own recognizes that he has been "called out of darkness into His marvelous light" for a Divine purpose and plan (1 Peter 2:9). He understands that "darkness" is an emblem of sin,ignorance, and misery.

He has been "called out" of this realm. He has no business "hanging out" in this sphere where those who reject Christ reside -except for the Gospel's sake except to reach lost sinners through the preaching of the Gospel. He understands that he is now "the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in him, which he has of God, and he is not his own...he is bought with a price" therefore he feels the obligation to "glorify God in his body, and in his spirit, which are God's" (1 Corinthians 6:19-20).

As D.L. Moody stated - "God must have clean vessels."

He absolutely must!

But what about all of the "unclean vessels" - the "vessels of dishonour" - who are claiming today that God is using them? They have not "come out" of "darkness" nor have they forsaken all sin. They are phonies...frauds...and imposters. God will certainly bring them to judgment - bring them to the Light of His Word and the "spotlight" of His Spirit - where all will see their true nature.

"If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honor, sanctified, and meet for the master's use, and prepared unto every good work.""Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are His. And, Let every one that nameth the name of the Lord depart from iniquity."

"Depart ye, depart ye, go ye out from thence, touch no unclean thing; go ye out of the midst of her; be ye clean, that bear the vessels of the LORD." "What! Know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's."

God must have clean vessels!

(From International Christian Embassy Jerusalem) Ten minutes of heartfelt, fervent prayer from every believer who cares about Israel would bless the Father's heart and uphold His Word for the Land.

"In S.D. Gordon's book, Quiet Talks on Prayer, he considered the earth to be the battlefield in prayer, and prayer as a "war measure"....something that will not come as much of a surprise for most of you who are reading this. He defined it this way: Prayer is man giving God a footing on the contested territory of this earth. The man in full touch of purpose with God praying, insistently praying - THAT man is God's footing on the enemy's soil. The man wholly given over to God gives Him a new headquarters on the battlefield from which to work out. And the Holy Spirit within that man, on the new spot, will insist on the enemy's retreat in Jesus the victor's name. For those of us who are standing in the gap for Israel, the words "contested territory " are especially meaningful, and the spiritual battle is particularly ferocious. We sometimes feel dismayed - as during these past few days - as we see parts of Israel's heritage being surrendered once again to the hands of those who hate her and want to see her expunged from the face of the earth.

But we are always encouraged and consoled to know that God has a plan and an everlasting covenant that He will never abandon. We will ultimately see the perfect fulfillment of that plan.

How to pray for Israel There can be no peace for Israel until Messiah returns, and Israel must pass under God's rod of chastisement until she repents.

There are four purposes for intercessory prayer: To stand in the gap To give birth to the purposes of God To undergird God's work and workers with prayer To make tremendous power available to the hosts of heaven who battle the wicked spirits in heavenly places.

There is no more effective way to release the power of God into a situation than to proclaim the Scriptures with faith and boldness.

Except for one or two nations, the world is determined to force Israel to give up Judea, Samaria And Jerusalem. Proclaim the Word of God over them: "Arise, O Lord Do not let man prevail; Let the nations be judged in Your sight. Put them in fear, O Lord, That the nations may know themselves to be but men." Ps 9:19,20 NKJV "The Lord brings the counsel of the nations to nothing; He makes the plans of the peoples of no effect. The counsel of the Lord stands forever, The plans of His heart to all generations. Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord, The people He has chosen as His own inheritance." Ps 33:10-12 NKJV Pray against those within Israel and without who plan evil against her.

"Woe to you who lie awake at night plotting wickedness; you rise at dawn to carry out your schemes..." Micah 2:1 "Let my adversaries be clothed with shame; and let them cover themselves with their own confusion..." Ps 109.29 "Destroy their plans, O Lord, confuse their tongues.." Ps 55:9

"Thus says the Lord, Who gives the sun for light by day, and the fixed order of the moon and the stars for light by night...if this fixed order departs from before Me...then the offspring of Israel shall cease from being a nation before me forever". Jeremiah 31:35,36 Pray for the Prime Minister, for discernment, strength and courage to obey God. "Let Your hand be upon the man of your right hand, Upon the son of man whom You made strong for yourself." Ps 80:17 And pray that Jerusalem will remain the undivided capitol of Israel.

"The Lord of hosts will protect Jerusalem; He will protect and deliver it, He will spare and rescue it." Isaiah 31:5 You may want to read this ...

(From a ICEJ prayer letter) "In his book, THE HOUSE OF THE LORD, Francis Frangipani speaks about 'birthing prayer' - prayer and intercession which brings forth dimensions in and through His ministers that are not possible by any other means. Examples are shared about what can transpire in a church or city or nation when intercessors remain in the gap with the gift of "spiritual responsibility" for that which God has placed on their "prayer shoulders". It might be well to keep these thoughts in mind as we patiently bear before the Lord the many situations here in Israel that seem unchanged from month to month. At times it seems unbearable to wait these long, seemingly endless "nine spiritual months" until the purposes of God are birthed; one becomes weary with the waiting - especially when it is difficult to understand just what exactly is going on! But God has His appointed times! Even as He once said to Abraham, "Is anything too hard for the Lord? At the appointed time I will return unto thee..." Genesis 18:14

A word on Israel and the nations God said in Genesis 12:3, "I will bless those that bless thee and curse those that curse thee". Those who have cursed God's people have paid dearly over the centuries. England backed off from the Balfour Declaration, took the Arab side consistently, and lost her Empire - Rabin disobeyed God - he's dead Peres continued in his path - he is dead politically - and so it goes. God isn't going to put up with this - even MANY "Christian" churches, and some of the biggest and best Bible colleges have taken up Replacement Theology and are becoming decidedly anti-Semitic. To whom much is given, much is required.

The Bible clearly states that the nations will be judged according to their position on Israel (Joel 3). The Bible also makes it evident that there is a cause and effect principle in regard to their dealings with Israel. For instance, the present international pressure to convince Israel to give up "land for peace", goes directly against the perpetual covenant God made with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. God does not compromise His promises to Israel, but remains true and faithful to His covenant.

God has a plan for Israel God has a plan for Israel.. No man, no nation, Satan himself cannot cause God to deviate from His plan.

God's promises to Israel are forever. God has allowed Israel to be severely chastened more than once over the centuries, but He has never abandoned her, and He promised He never will. She is the wife of Jehovah, His Beloved, and He is a faithful Husband. Isaiah 54, 62.

God is NOT taken by surprise. He doesn't say, "Oh My goodness! These leaders have done something stupid. I'll have to get a new plan. " No way.

God knew before the foundation of the world what would happen today - to Israel - to you - to me. "Remember the former things of old, for I am God and there is no other: I am God and there is none like Me, declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times things that are not yet done, saying,

"My counsel shall stand, and I will do all My pleasure."

Then why pray for Israel if what will be, will be? We pray because God commands us to (Psalm 122:6) - because He gave us Isaiah, Jeremiah and Daniel for examples because in His love he designed the world so that He needs our prayer to accomplish His purposes. He certainly didn't need to.

One of the sages of the Talmud taught nearly 2000 years ago that God could have created a plant that would grow loaves of bread. Instead He created wheat for us to mill and bake into bread. Why? So that we could be His partners in completing the work of creation.

We are not moved by what we hear. We are not moved by what we see. We are not moved by what we feel. We are moved by the Word of God. What He has said He will do - HE WILL DO. We know God's plans for Israel by His Word. We continue to intercede - to stand in the gap. We pray - day and night.

"I have set watchmen on your walls, O Jerusalem; They shall never hold their peace day or night. You who make mention of the LORD, do not keep silent, and give Him no rest till He establishes and till He makes Jerusalem a praise of the earth."(Isaiah 62:6-7) We will be heartsick at some of the things that will happen in Israel - we will weep for her - but we must not give up. Pray with the words of James 5: 16b, 17, 18 in our hearts and trust God to keep His Word. "...The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much. Elijah was a man with a nature like ours, and he prayed earnestly that it would not rain; and it did not rain on the Land for three years and six months. And He prayed again, and the heaven gave rain, and the earth produced its fruit."

Beloved, our God is neither cruel nor capricious . He would not ask us to pray for the peace of Jerusalem if our fervent prayer would not result in the peace of Jerusalem. We pray, "NOW , Lord." He sometimes says, "Not yet, children, not yet." But in the end, in His perfect time, it will be just as He said.

It’s a beautiful thing when a young teenager comes to their earthly Dad and says; " I’m a little confused.” "The leader, (whether Pastor, teacher, evangelist, prophet, or Apostle), said such and such a thing, but I thought the Word of God said this instead.” You and your teenage child go to God’s Word and the Word proves what the teenager said is truth.

Some preachers, teachers, evangelists, prophets or Apostles, might declare this to be either, and or, a religious or critical spirit, when in fact it is a blessing of honor. They, the teenager, have decided to honor both their Heavenly father and their earthly Dad by studying God’s Word, that they are filled with God’s truth and not given to deceiving doctrines. The Word of God says that whomever, minister, that teaches is held in high accountability, that they teach the truth of God’s Word, without the fluff. God’s Word is pure and perfect in every manner, for every situation, so given this truth, a leader is not to teach anything except God’s truth. Today, to many leaders are standing in pulpits and lacing the message with a certain amount of truth, but so the message sounds good, it’s also laced with bad interpretation or teachings. God warned ALL of us about this, we are not to be partakers in this, and the only way that anyone can be assured of this, is to study God’s Word and seek the Holy Spirit for truth.

2Ti 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

2Ti 2:16 But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness.

1Jo 2:27 But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.

My teenage son has been asking a lot of questions as of late regarding the teachings that come from the pulpit, he‘s hungry for the God‘s truth of God‘s Word, wherein lays righteousness. So my son is both hungry and thirsty for righteousness, and in his hunger, he is honoring both God the Father and me, his Dad. Thank you son! My son has also developed a major concern for those sitting at these pulpits and not hearing God‘s truth. Though we pray for the leadership, it still bothers both of us, that people, the flock are just simply willing to accept words that could send them to hell.

Eze 34:1 And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, Eze 34:2 Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel, prophesy, and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD unto the shepherds; Woe be to the shepherds of Israel that do feed themselves! should not the shepherds feed the flocks?

Eze 34:3 Ye eat the fat, and ye clothe you with the wool, ye kill them that are fed: but ye feed not the flock.

Eze 34:4 The diseased have ye not strengthened, neither have ye healed that which was sick, neither have ye bound up that which was broken, neither have ye brought again that which was driven away, neither have ye sought that which was lost; but with force and with cruelty have ye ruled them.

Eze 34:7 Therefore, ye shepherds, hear the word of the LORD; Eze 34:8 As I live, saith the Lord GOD, surely because my flock became a prey, and my flock became meat to every beast of the field, because there was no shepherd, neither did my shepherds search for my flock, but the shepherds fed themselves, and fed not my flock; Eze 34:9 Therefore, O ye shepherds, hear the word of the LORD;

Eze 34:10 Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against the shepherds; and I will require my flock at their hand, and cause them to cease from feeding the flock; neither shall the shepherds feed themselves any more; for I will deliver my flock from their mouth, that they may not be meat for them.

We as the flock, really need to be praying for our leaders. Satan will go to any measure to ensure the betrothed doesn‘t come together in one heart, one mind, and one spirit, because when it does, satan knows his time is short. Mat 24:22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.

So pray, pray hard for our leadership and believe, for prayer is the most powerful weapon we have: 2Co 10:3 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: 2Co 10:4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) 2Co 10:5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; God bless you and as you do this, know God is pleased with your actions and your heart!

God`s Real Temple... BY KENNETH WHITE

"Do you not discern and understand that the whole church (at Corinth)are God`s Temple(His sanctuary), and that God`s Spirit has his permanent dwelling in you(to be at home in you collectively as a church and as an individual) ? If anyone does hurt to God`s Temple or corrupts it(with false doctrines) or destroys it, God will do hurt to him and bring him to corruption of death and destroy him. For the Temple of God is Holy(sacred to Him)and that(Temple) you (the believing church and its individual believers) are ."-`1st Cor ch 3 vs 16 and 17--AMP. This is interesting since so many claim the temple is to be rebuilt over there in Jerusalem, and Jesus will come to that earthly temple. Their doctrine is a false doctrine compared to this truth Paul was telling the Church at Corinth about.

Those who bring in false doctrines such as a false temple in Jerusalem, the rapture,and all the other false teachings bring harm to this Temple which we are. God is going to destroy that person or group of people who defile the individual body/temple, and the corporate temple as well.

Now if God is going to save the whole world as many teach, then who are these people God will destroy and what will happen to them? Any clues to this question out there???

SET YOUR FACE AS FLINT : CATHERIN SKINNER

Isaiah 50:7 For the Lord God helps me, therefore, I am not disgraced; therefore, I have set my face like flint, and I know that I will not be ashamed.

Having a face or setting ones face like flint means determination. To live a life of victory in Christ You must set your face like flint. The Lord God will help you accomplish every goal He sets for you but you are required to stay determined.

Expect God to do His part. He is a great God and He is on your side. He will provide wisdom, strength, power, and love but he will not force you into willingness. He created you with a will and He always gives you a choice.

It is your responsibility to discipline yourself or set your face like flint, to seek His power on a daily basis. You can't expect to know the power of God without determination and discipline. You can't expect to know the power of God until you make the choice to seek His help.

When you continually relapse into old dependency, it creates disgrace. Isaiah is telling you to be determined, trust God and you will not be ashamed. Today be determined to allow God to control and motivate your life. You are a champion in Christ Jesus so be determined to act like a champion.

Begin each day with an act of the will. Set your face like flint towards God. Determine to abandon your life to God. You can find all the power needed to face life with God's help and your determination to follow God. He is able to do what you can't do. He stands ready to give you victory over your problems.

Trust Him today.

As I read this article, it helps me to understand what is truly going on with me right now. Disciplining my flesh &spirit is not easy, sometime I truly rather throw in the towel than to give in and feel defeated by certain people. I could hear the words set your face as flint, but I always wonder how to do that! I was told years ago that I was to finds someone that could help develop the call of the prophet on my life, but I had to discipline my own spirit. Now I truly understand when the scripture said the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak.

Because of the abuse within my heart, I have a habit of protecting my heart from people. This causes me to distant myself from them. While God is using them to draw me nigh to disciplining my flesh & spirit. God is an Awesome God; I can stand on Isaiah 50:7 now because I truly have an understanding of what God is saying to me when He tells me to set my face as flint. It‘s not about me but, about what God wants out of me that He may deposit within me for His glory and purpose of my life. Amen

"HOLINESS": BY JOHN GRACE

"For I am the Lord your God: ye shall therefore sanctify yourselves, and ye shall be holy, for I am holy" (Leviticus 11:44: I Peter 1:15).

Holiness! The state of being required of us by God. Yet, it is one of the most misapprehended things. We have divers opinions about what holiness is, and what it looks like. In this short (and most certainly not comprehensive) note, I would like to clarify the term to some degree.

Holiness does not consist of what you wear/don't wear or what you eat/don't eat. And yet, it does. We tend to gauge one's holiness by external and estimable means, but this won't do. "If you died with Christ from the basic principles of the world, why, as though living in the world, do you subject yourselves to regulations— "Do not touch, do not taste, do not handle,‖ which all concern things which perish with the using—according to the commandments and doctrines of men? These things indeed have an appearance of wisdom in self-imposed religion, false humility, and neglect of the body, but are of no value against the indulgence of the flesh" (Colossians 2:20-23).

Ritualistic obedience does not equate to holiness. It has the look of it, but lacks its true intent and power. True holiness goes far beyond the mere garb of piety and into the heart of Christianity. Holiness penetrates into the very essence of a man. We can do all the outward things but, as Paul writes, it will never effect the nature of man, viz. his flesh. Ritualistic worship and obedience cannot tame the sinful nature of man. All it does is cover it, and that only from the eyes of other men. God still sees behind the facade. The heart of a man also is not fooled.

Holiness is indeed physical purity and moral blamelessness. It does indeed affect our choices of clothing and food. However, this is only the base of holiness. At its heart, holiness is about a dedication of one's whole self (body, mind, and spirit) to the Lord. It is a devotion of our entire being to the will and desire of the Lord Almighty! Holiness has, as its central motivation, the glory of God. True Christianity is found in understanding that, through the Cross of Christ, we have been bought by God (redeemed from the slave-block of sin and self), and now we belong to Him, for the sake of His kingdom and glory. All that we now do, as Christians, should reflect the will and desire of the King, Who purchased us. All of our choices must be filtered through this understanding and toward this end. Holiness, then, is about representing God and His kingdom. Holiness is found when one surrenders his rights to God, and lives for the praise of His glory-in every facet of one's life. Thus to accurately represent Him, we must be like Him, bearing His image. Amen! This is why God calls us to "be holy". Because He Himself is holy. We must be set apart in every way, from the world around us, and to God Himself!

Some may think the injunctions against worldliness too harsh. However, God does not! The "world" (system of independence and unrighteousness) is antithetical to God and His desires. When He called Israel out to be His people, He commanded them to live in a manner diametrically opposed to their heathen neighbors (the world around them). He wished them to stand out as a "peculiar people, God's own possession". To be distinguished from the world around us will invite ridicule, animosity, and even persecution. The world does not like reminders of its fallenness and rebellion against God. Thus, all who live as "outsiders" will be harshly rejected and maligned. God never said it would be easy to be His people. To the contrary, He said it would be difficult and raked with opposition and trouble. He called all who would follow Him to "take up your cross, and follow Me". This has not changed, nor will it. Despite our attempts (even as Christians) to remove the "burden" of holiness, the commandment abides. We have, in an attempt to make the Gospel more palatable, abrogated these commands and preached "love". But how can one truly love God and not hate those things which He hates? How can we say we love God and not keep the commands He requires? This is not love, nor is it the Gospel! It is a heresy that will damn those who follow it (I say this in love).

The same is true of preaching holiness without love (which is, as previously mentioned, only ritualistic obedience, and profits nothing). True love and holiness go hand in hand and are inseparable in the Lord's kingdom! They are two sides of the same coin.

Let us then cast off all notions of holiness that do not involve love, nor a wholehearted surrender to the will and purpose of God. Let us, rather, throw ourselves wholly into the desires of God-body, soul,strength and mind! Let us be ever wary of anything that would keep us from this purpose and from glorifying God! Holiness is not a burden of works and external obedience.

No! Holiness is rather the captivated heart's full joy! It is the dedication of one's entire being to God, for God! Holiness, when truly adorned, represents God fully and, as a result, we become the most satisfied people on the earth.

Hallelujah!

In 1st Samuel ch 15 vs 23 rebellion is likened to witchcraft, used by Samuel in describing Kings Sauls forsaking the Lord and seeking the advice from the witch of Endor. Saul rebelled against God and this is what witchraft is-rebellion against God. Ahab and Jezebel rebelled against God and we see theri demise as well.

Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, and is doing so, were in open rebellion against God. This occurs in the Bible in many places and times as people rebell against God, and thus are considered to be in witchcraft.

In the days of the ministry of Jesus, we find the scribes and pharisee`s opposing Jesus every where he went. They constantly tried to trick him or set him up with one of their lawyers(one of their esteemed big boys). Everytime Jesus would confound them but they would never cease from challenging his authority. At one point Jesus told them "you are of your father, the devil".

They contested not only Jesus, but his disiciples as well, and many who had been touched by the Lord. Even on the cross they called out to Jesus mockingly, "if you be the Son of God then come down from the cross". This is because they were evil beings. Jesus and Christianity was a threat to them so when asked by Pilate if Jesus was their king, they cried "we have no king but Ceasar". They alighned themselves with the pagan government of Rome over the king of Kings. They were in open rebellion against Jesus Christ.

If you read all the Apostles works and actions you will find they were persecuted also by many of these same religious nuts. These hateful people were fearful of the Christians and their devotion to Jesus till they sought to kill the followers of Christ.

What was so dangerous about the Christians? They were good, law abiding, peaceful, and industrious people who tried to live at peace with all men.

However, in the rebellious heart of the religious, there is no peace around these Christians. The Christians don`t belong to the sect of Jews and therefore did not support them financially as well.The teachings and life of Jesus was 180 degrees in opposition to the Pharisees.

We can read this through every book in the Bible. But what about today? We have people who claim they`re in authority over God`s people and use threats and imtimidation to control the sheep of the lord. They teach false doctrines such as "you can`t hear God unless you hear it from me" is what one of their minions told me. They teach another temple to be built in Jerusalem, and this is supposed to be the temple Jesus is coming to. This is a false doctrine in direct opposition to the words of Jesus concerning who the real Temple is.

These fornicators of religious sects with worldliness has made their gathering places a den of iniquity. They have described a horrible God who is going to burn every one who is not a member(tithe paying)of their group. Yes, they will burn and scream for eternity because the people did not heed the modern day pharisees, buy their books, CD,`,DVD, join their group, love the pastor as God, and numerous other ways to horrify God`s little ones into submission to their evil ways. They are in open rebellion against a merciful and soverign God, and their message is antichrist. Simply put, they have an alternative christ. However, this guy is not recognized by those who are led by the Spirit.

Well did John warn us about these antichrist in his day. They will come into your group and try to get you to come under their leadership and covering.

You can`t function unless you`re under their covering. They in open rebellion to Jesus Christ will bring you back to ceremonial laws, under there stewardship to where you can`t go to the bathroom w/o their approval. Their goal is to seal you in your forehead with their mark, and it is the mark of a rebellious false belief system called antichrist. They`re out there looking for you. They will devour you with their enticing words of deciet and cause you to turn from God to follow their wicked ways.

"Who has bewitched you", Paul told the galations. Who is this serpent preacher or group who have caused you to turn from the grace taught you , and turn back to things which John calls antichrist.

The open sin of rebellion against the Spirit, and the presentation of Jesus Christ in a way that takes away his diety and his Lordship. Who are these people? Look around you if you go to a churchhouse somewhere. They may very well be your pastor, or they could be a false teacher here on FB who may be trying to make a living by writing false doctrines. Gullible will fall prey to these thugs, but the Sons of God are led by the Spirit and won`t fall for their pernacious ways...

(My soul finds its peace with the Lord!)

If we would have to summarize in one sentence the difference between God and satan, then we would arrive at the following definition: God is full of Love, humble and He sets us free!

Satan is proud and he binds us!

Every one of us, without one exception, is born in sin.

Many people do not understand and are not aware of how deeply sinful and how far removed we are of what God asks of us in order to make it possible for His Son to break through in us‌ Fact is that the battle is being waged between these two poles: Humility - self - denial versus Pride - self - promotion Every soul on earth, whether believing or not believing, knows where he/she comes from!

The soul knows all too well that it has been created by the Maker, by God! And this soul in us is restless. The soul is searching for GOD! The unbelieving man tries to silence this disquiet by means of: - owning stuff – buying and chasing nice things.

- addictions – smoking, sex, drugs, alcohol, gambling.

- driving up the standard in the search for kicks and challenges.

- belonging-identification (deriving one‘s identity from a group) The believer who did make a choice to follow God, but didn‘t go for it for the full hundred percent, experiences this same kind of restlessness, some sort of a heartache. This believing person will then try to ease and alleviate this nagging pain by the feeling of belonging to a group. Thus this person comes to identify him/herself with a certain church or denomination and – preferably – with a leading figure in that group!

A somewhat more powerful soul will do the same, be it in reverse order, by seeking people and situations that heighten his/her prestige!

Both categories of people, both believing and unbelieving, strong (leaders) or weaker (followers) do not bring their soul to God, but seek to find rest APART from Him. And the root of it all is: PRIDE! Refusing to bow before GOD! In our time the Lord is bringing restoration to His Bride, His children.

Many wounded people are streaming out of the churches and congregations.

They have lost the sense of who they are, they are not able to see their way out anymore, they are weary, knocked senseless and simply said deeply wounded!

There has been a pyramid culture in our groups, congregations and churches.

In the perception of this culture it was thus: On the top side were the leaders (all-knowing, unassailable and elevated), on the base there were these ‗baby Christians‘ (they knew nothing, needed help in everything and in fact didn‘t amount to much) These two groups leaned against each other. The system preserved itself!

If we take a close look at what is actually happening in such a culture, we come to the following conclusion: A person who lacks self-esteem and doesn‘t love him/herself will always look for it in that other person….

In many cases we think that we love ourselves, while this love is often based on love for the self we would like to be! (the self that looks like that other person) This kind of person finds his or her validation in a group, a leader, an elevated figure.

But the root, odd as it may seem is: PRIDE! Basically, one is not contented with oneself!

People want to look like: Benny Hinny, Joyce Meyer, …or enter any other name that suits your situation They join in partnership with big ministries of that sort.

The Big names become their model, their idol…

And they do not seek it with GOD! How can this be? What is it that makes this happen time and again?

It is the fact that man is, in a deeper way than he himself realizes, infected with the curse of the Fall of man:….PRIDE….

Satan wanted to be higher than God and it is this curse that is upon us that we do not wish to recognize. We rather feed this curse by seeking our refuge, our safety in groups and in other people from flesh and blood!

In doing this we only stray further away from God, meanwhile handing this wicked way down to the next generation.

Let‘s first have a closer look at the system: 1 We look for a congregation, for we want to belong to a certain group. To begin with, this first important step is often taken without consulting God and (therefore) out of wrong motives.

The main reason for searching out a congregation is not to serve God, but to belong somewhere….

At our entry we are warmly welcomed, there is attention and people listen to us. In short, the wounded soul finds itself accepted in an atmosphere of love!

Initially this process simmers on for a while and the person in search for GOD (the soul seeks his Maker) has a deepening sense of having found a home…and thus opens up itself more and more in an increasing measure of confidence….

Meanwhile the searching soul is gradually being broken down, for the atmosphere of loving care is bringing more to light than was already expected… The person finds out that he/she is even deeper wounded than he had/she had considered himself to be…..In simple terms: What takes place is not a building up of self-esteem, but a process of being stripped bare to the bone, leaving the person even smaller and more vulnerable, even more depending on…..(if you are familiar with this feeling you can probably fill in the name(s) for yourself) But then, all of a sudden, it happens: .2 - The congregation organizes a meeting (a prayer meeting, a party or some other get-together) to which only members are invited…….

Now the wounded, (GOD-)searching soul experiences a deep pain of rejection….. a deep crack in his/her feeling comes into being, for the "unity‖ is brutally disrupted by this exclusion……

Well anyway, such a first time, though hurtful, is not insurmountable.

A few months later however a similar incident occurs… Again this clear distinction between MEMBERS and NONMEMBERS……

And the wounded soul (searching for his GOD, his MAKER) gives in and applies for membership!

For the demolition of the "home at last‖ feeling in the rift that one experiences is simply too much to bear……

The church, the group, the leader – slowly but surely usurps the place that only, rightfully belongs to GOD…..

The searching soul identifies itself with the person, the leader, for it deems itself of NO VALUE and thus wants to look like this elevated person!

What takes place is the following: In no time a whole regiment of "tin soldiers‖ has been called to life!

They do not think for themselves and of themselves anymore, they swallow everything that‘s being said whole and "all noses are pointed in the same direction‖!

The odd thing is that a closer investigation will reveal that both the leader and the searching soul have problems with their self-esteem and that both do not allow their soul to find refuge with God! The leader feeds his seeking soul with power, prestige and promotion.

The weaker searching soul nurtures itself with the stronger seeking soul…

The wounded, weaker soul (the follower) can allow this situation to go on for years… There will come a moment though that either the person himself will take the decision to leave the group or the decision will be taken for him by way of a schism.

The creepy thing is that the searching soul (the follower) is infected from both sides!

- On the one hand he/she is a victim that has been left utterly crushed, devoid of self-esteem.

- On the other hand the patterns of the system have been woven deeply and subtly in his/her character and mind.

Therefore, if the person in question does not first of all seek to be healed and delivered from this whole business, then two things may happen: - He/she will look for the next group and leader and the situation will simply repeat itself!

- The person proceeds to start a group or a congregation himself. But, since the heart and spirit have not really been broken and crushed before God and nothing has really been healed and restored, the person will now carry on to become an exact copy of the leader and his/her rules… And now the person will put into practice the very thing that he/she has come to detest, the same wrongs that he/she had suffered him/herself…..

When someone has been beaten in his childhood and subsequently nothing is undertaken in order to heal these wounds (spiritually), then this person him/herself will grow up to beat someone else...

What we have taken in, what we learn, will sooner or later come out of us!

It is not surprising then that the Lord says: bring your children up with MY Word!

What‘s been instilled in the early years will one day come out!

There is a mechanism in us that makes that we can turn situations around.

After having been held hostage for a long period of time, a person who has been kidnapped, often keeps insisting for months after being released that his/her hostage takers have been good to him/her and that they were quite nice…..

People who have had to undergo lengthy intimate examinations in hospitals, during which they have lost the grip and control over themselves, sometimes say in retrospect: ‗It almost felt as if I were in love with the doctor!‘ It is a system of protection that helps us to come to terms with that which we cannot cope with in itself, that which crosses the boundaries of what is

permissible for us. The whole thing is easier to accept within self-created circumstances than it is without any form of control….

It is some sort of survival mechanism (similar to our ability to switch off our emotions in extreme situations) When we return to the point of the soul who recognizes his Maker, then we see that the person who sets out to feed his/her restlessness with God‘s living word rather than trying to ease this unhappy feeling, the nagging pain, the sometimes inexplicable unrest with shopping sprees, addictions and the like that this person is beginning to learn and experience who he/she really is in Christ!

PRECIOUS! God teaches us to be humble, to be who we really are, how to truly be free!

The book of Psalms paints this beautiful picture of our being like a weaned child with his mother, a child that has been fed, cared for and bathed, wonderfully resting at the heart of his mother…..utterly at peace and satisfied!

What deeper level of satisfaction can a human being wish for….?

All needs have been met!

- weaned = the appetite is satisfied. Literally with the mother milk, spiritually with the Word.

- cared for = literally attention of the mother, spiritually: finding refuge and security in Him - bathed =literally cleansed in water, spiritually: being baptized and submerged in Him, dying and being buried with Jesus, to rise up with Him in victory, cleansed by His blood!

- satisfied = literally rest, peace, contentment, spiritually: finally coming home with nothing else left that can charm us, having found REST…..nothing else can take us in anymore!!

God is restoring His body in our days.

This means that we have to face the reality that every one of us is suffering from the root called PRIDE !

The result of this root is that we are NOT REALLY seeking God, but are inclined to feed and nurture and ease our own self by going one of two directions in order to satisfy our need to belong (belonging identity): either we GIVE POWER to others or we take the other direction by wanting to be the LEADER ourselves, by wanting to USURP and exert POWER. But both ways are not led by God, not by His Love and humility!

The result of this is that we are straying off more and more from God and become even more wounded and lonely along the way.

BOWING! Bowing before God, dying to yourself, giving HIM all of your heart, there lies the answer!

THE BLOOD of Jesus – that‘s where our new life is being built upon!

This NEW life won‘t come to pass by building on bitterness, on wounds, on PRIDE! A brother in the Lord had received a vision for me in which he saw me as a rooster with a fiery red cockscomb.

When a moment later I received a word from the Lord, namely Psalm 57: 8 in some bibles 9

"I WILL AWAKEN THE DAWN " it became obvious to me what part of my calling is about.

For the crowing rooster announces the break of day!

After the first few times that the Lord deployed me in this part of my ministry, the complaints poured in and there was some heavy backbiting about my person!

One evening when I asked the Lord what it might be that made people come down on me in such a way, He gave me the following word and vision: Vision: I saw someone lying down in bed.

Next to the bed there stood this "chamber pot‖.

Outside I saw a run with chickens and a rooster.

At a certain moment the rooster started to crow.

Then the person stood up from his bed, took the chamber pot and threw its contents out of the window in the direction of the rooster!

God spoke into my heart: "In olden days, when the farmers still needed the rooster to announce the daybreak, it might literally happen that the contents of the chamber pot was thrown towards the rooster, just because the owners wanted to sleep on for another while!

You are being deployed by Me as a rooster – you have to stir awake the sleepers,

but since people tend to prefer sleeping over waking up, they will throw their garbage in your direction!

They will want to turn out their chamber pot with the waste products of their own self over you!

In psychological terms this is called: "reflection‖ - ascribing that which is still in you (sins) to someone else!"

In addition I received a peculiar vision last week: A circle with a dot in the middle.

Jesus symbolizes the dot.

We as His children stand on the outer edge of that circle.

As you can imagine, when you are on one side of the periphery of this circle and I stand on the opposite side, then we are both FAR from Jesus but also far from each other!

If every person on the periphery of the circle decides to walk towards the central dot, in the direction of Jesus, then we will come closer to HIM in the first place and the natural consequence is that we are also getting closer to each other!

But then I beheld the following: The people held firmly on to each other, tightly connected hand in hand they walked towards Jesus, but what happened was deformation. That which happened in the first image – everyone walking individually to Jesus and as a natural consequence forming one Body – didn‘t take place in the second picture, in which people held on to each other and merged into each other.

In this second scene the circle changed into the form of an eye with a dot in the middle.

The Lord pointed out the following to me: The eye stands for the all-seeing eye (freemasonry).

The dot in the middle is satan.

And this whole symbol stands for CONTROL! Unity and brotherhood APART from the precious blood of Yeshua!

These entwined people put their trust in each other and since our Lord is a jealous God, it is clear that we won‘t end up with God in this manner.

After all we are only fortifying each other in order to enlarge our own ego!

And remember: building unity together is like building the tower of Babel! * Hence this image of a circle transforming into an eye.

How do I get to You? A traveler could ask: How can I get to Euro-Disney?

We as residents of heaven should ask ourselves and Him: How do I get to You? The answer: By laying down our pride! By bowing down before the Almighty!

By the BLOOD of Jesus, that cleanses, heals and delivers us and enables us to stand on our own feet and love ourselves in who we really are, instead of loving ourselves in who we WOULD LIKE to be!

This system (loving oneself in who one likes to be) is prevalent all around the world!

People often say things like: Where was God during World War Two? Well, Hitler couldn‘t do anything without his followers!

Do you get this:

Dictators can‘t get anything done without followers!!!!

The same system is in effect here and now!

People who want to bring their souls to rest APART from God, seek their salvation in others, in groups, in control! In POWER! And if then it so happens that a powerful strong soul arises, capable of making weaker souls follow, then we are at the start of something that might end up to be disastrous !!

For the creepy thing is that sects and other kinds of groups tend to strengthen their unicity, their unity and their power in pursuing something that should ( in their opinion) be quite the opposite of them!

They are strong, they are beautiful, they have the TRUTH (without God) and the other (You can fill it in) is ugly, bad and representing the lie.

You complete the list: - The Jew - The gay person - The ill, the not-so-perfect - ‌.

BUT: God loves everyone! HE HATES SIN! NOT BECAUSE He is a dictator, but His Loving Spirit, His Beauty cannot bear that there is darkness in His Body!

What happens in the minds of people when this thinking out of a group identity

(belonging identity) takes place? At first the ‗wrong ones‘ (whether a race or specific persons) are reduced to a number, to a nobody, in short to everything that no longer represents a human being, so as to prepare the brain for killing and destroying that certain ‗something‘!

The mental imprint of degrading qualifications makes it possible for the ‗group members‘ to kill another individual without feeling oneself a murderer!

Transforming a human into a number, a beast, a nobody, eventually numbs the senses of the one who sets out to kill such enemies of the group!

Even in faith communities it can happen that the one who no longer wishes to be silenced, the one who stands up against the group, is put under a ban and is spiritually pronounced dead!

No group member is allowed to speak to this person anymore or to go visit him/her, so in fact this person is henceforth considered to ‗not exist any longer‘!

Anyone who seeks to establish his/her self-esteem on another foundation than the Word of God, anyone who strives to boost his/her ego apart from the Blood of Jesus, runs the risk of falling prey to dictators and other power-mad persons!

We see how these people literally puff themselves up. They attain honor, prestige and they are so twisted in their self-image that they are prepared to do just ANYTHING for the group....

This battle is a spiritual one! Choose this day for JESUS! Why is it so imperative that we turn around to GOD?!

In Him lies the unity! Thanks to the sacrifice of Jesus there is no difference anymore between: - Man & Woman - Greek & Jew

- Free & Bond In Him we are one, in Him dwells the Truth, the Peace, the Freedom!

In Him lies our future!

Amen! ** FOOTNOTE ***The Lord asked of me, to share the following thing with all of you: If we fill our spirit (soul and mind) with dirty and violent movies and books, than our soul will be polluted and we get used to all of this.

Meaning: we will changes our thinking about all of these things, and except them as normal behavior! Let us fill ourselves with HIS living water!

One Sunday morning during service, a 2,000-member congregation was surprised to see two men enter, both covered from head to toe in black and carrying sub-machine guns. One of the men proclaimed, "Anyone willing to take a bullet for Christ remain where you are." Immediately, the choir fled, the deacons fled, and most of the congregation fled. Out of the 2,000 there only remained around 20.

The man who had spoken took off his hood, looked at the preacher and said, Okay Pastor, I got rid of all the hypocrites. Now you may begin your service.

Have a nice day!"

And the two men turned and walked out.

By faith, we understand that the universe was formed at God's command, so that what we see was not made out of things which are visible.

"The True Shepherd" BY JEFF GODSOWN

Mat 18:11 For the Son of man is come to save that which was lost.

Mat 18:12 How think ye? if a man have an hundred sheep, and one of them be gone astray, doth he not leave the ninety and nine, and goeth into the mountains, and seeketh that which is gone astray?

Mat 18:13 And if so be that he find it, verily I say unto you, he rejoiceth more of that sheep, than of the ninety and nine which went not astray.

Mat 18:14 Even so it is not the will of your Father which is in heaven, that one of these little ones should perish.

Mat 18:15 Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother.

I have heard many teachings on this subject, but none to date in my life, have ever expressed what the Holy Spirit showed me, today. I saw a field, lush, green, and full of rich grass, and in that field were several flocks of sheep. These sheep were tended by many shepherds, each flock had its own watchdog and some of the flocks were so large, that there had to be more than one shepherd to watch over them. I noticed in the smaller flocks, a ewe or lamb would while grazing, accidentally stray away from the flock, the shepherd would then go and bring back the ewe or lamb. This shepherd, knowing sheep are dumb creatures, compassionately would carry the lamb or ewe back to the flock, on his shoulders. This is actually an expression of love and he would talk with this ewe or lamb, gently, lovingly, thereby establishing a relationship while the lamb or ewe became familiar to the shepherds voice.

Joh 10:4 And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice.

Joh 10:5 And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers.

I also saw in the larger flock, a couple of sheep go astray while grazing, rather than go after the sheep, the head shepherd would send the hireling.

The hireling would chase after the sheep but the sheep would not return to the hireling for the sheep did not know the voice of this hireling. This being the case and this hireling wasn‘t able to bring all the sheep back, he went to get the head shepherd, or he would unnecessarily break the legs of one of the sheep, carrying it back on his shoulders, establishing fear to follow in the others. No relationship was ever built, except that of fear from being hurt, between the sheep and the hireling. According to some studies in this act of breaking of the legs, that was only done as a last resort regarding a rebellious sheep who would run at every chance.

I heard a preaching recently on the watchman on the wall, how their sole purpose was to watch only for trouble outside the wall and not within the walls. Let us compare that teaching to the job of the watchdogs and find the truth. Mat 7:15 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

A false prophet is generally not harm to the flock from outside the wall, they are harm because they have snuck in and are slaughtering the sheep. These wolves, real wolves, would sneak into the flock and kill and eat the sheep on the spot and as the sheep bleated out in fear, the shepherds would try to locate the problem. Wolves learned if they covered themselves in the skin of the sheep, the shepherds couldn‘t identify them at night, but watchdogs, could not and would not be fooled, watchdogs found and even pointed out the predator.

Some of the watchdogs were trained to also route out and kill the wolf so no other sheep were injured. This is primarily due to the fact that, in large flocks, hirelings were to scared to do the job.

Joh 10:11 I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.

Joh 10:12 But he that is an hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth: and the wolf catcheth them, and scattereth the sheep.

Joh 10:13 The hireling fleeth, because he is an hireling, and careth not for the sheep.

Joh 10:14 I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine.

Joh 10:15 As the Father knoweth me, even so know I the Father: and I lay down my life for the sheep.

Joh 10:16 And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd.

To those who teach falsely, going against God‘s Word, beware, you are in jeopardy of blasphemy and God‘s judgment. Mal 3:5 And I will come near to you to judgment; and I will be a swift witness against the sorcerers, and against the adulterers, and against false swearers, and against those that oppress the hireling in his wages, the widow, and the fatherless, and that turn aside the stranger from his right, and fear not me, saith the LORD of hosts.

Mal 3:6 For I am the LORD, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.

To these shepherds who wish to teach against the reality that God doesn‘t change, despite what He said on the cross, "it is finished‖, I wish to remind you of this scripture: Heb 13:8 Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.

Be very careful of what you say and how you treat God‘s watchdogs, His Prophets, for you make yourself subject to God‘s judgment and that judgment is His wrath expressed through the severity of His love. A couple of good scriptures to keep before your eyes: Pro 3:5 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.

Pro 3:6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

Pro 3:7 Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the LORD, and depart from evil.

Pro 3:8 It shall be health to thy navel, and marrow to thy bones.

2Co 10:3 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: 2Co 10:4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) 2Co 10:5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; Eph 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

It is my sincere hope that you will receive this in love and that you will take the time to examine yourselves according to God‘s Word and that you will allow the Word to: Psa 139:23 Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts: Psa 139:24 And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.

The Abomination of Desolation...BY KENNETH WHITE

Without using a lot of scriptures, I hope to shed some light I`ve received over the years on this subject. There have been many books, DVD`s, cassettes, lectures, siminars, and so on over the years about an event that has already taken place in history, and continues to still make history today.

Around 160 B.C., Antiochus Epiphanes of the Assyrians led his forces and conquered Jerusalem. He then went into the temple and slaughtered a pig on the alter. This was considered an abomination to the Jewish zealots in those days.

In 70 A.d., Titus led his Roman legions into Jerusalem and slew over one million Jews. He then proceeded into the temple and supposedly offered sacrifices to pagan Roman gods. Then he proceeded to level Jerusalem along with it`s temple. This was a fulfillment of the prophesy of Jesus, when he told his disiciples that Jerusalem would be destroyed and not one stone left on another. Jesus never did prophesy of another temple to be built in Jerusalem.

The third abomination was when the Pope of Rome allowed himself to be crowned "The Vicar of Christ" around 550 A.D. The "instead of Christ"--in other words, instead of Christ:the annointed one, you have the Pope.

Now we come to our day and people are looking for the man of sin, son of perdition, the antichrist, the abomination of desolation and so forth.

There will be no one all powerful man to set himself up as any of the above mentioned names. You first have to check out the temple of God. Is it the Baptists, Methodists, Catholics, Pentecostals,? No, it is none of these, for the temple of God is a people God dwells in. In John ch 14:23, Jesus declares "if a man loves me, he will keep my commandments, and the Father will love him and the Father and I will take up our abode in this man". Isaiah ch 66 vs 2, God declares that heaven is his throne and earth his footstool, "what kind of house will you build for me?"

Here, we have God seeking a people to live in. He does not live in buildings made by hands, nor of stone, wood, metal, or anything that is visible to the eye and manmade. You are the temple he`s talking about. The man of sin, the son of perdition, the antichrist, lives in you as well. God being enthroned in your spirit while these other critters dwell within your carnal mind and fleshly body with it`s ungodly cravings and desires.

Each day, you make choices about whom to serve. As long as you have the carnal mind, you will have these conflicts. The carnal minded man declares that he sits on the throne of his own heart and mind and declares himself to be God. He may go to church, sing in the choir, preach revivals, and many other seemingly good things, but they come from a wicked heart. This is the abomination of desolation Daniel told us about would happen in our day and you don`t have to look any further than the person you see in the mirror.

Since you are God`s temple, Jesus has to make a whip and chase the moneychangers out of your temple. The Spirit and the Word must cut away all the works of the flesh and destroy the carnal mind in each of us. "Mortify the deeds of the flesh by the Spirit", the great Apostle Paul told us.

When Jesus has finished his work in you, then your temple will be cleansed and the man of sin will no longer be able to dwell in your mind or flesh, for you have now put on Christ, and are dressed in the linen, clean and white", which speaks of righteousness. This then is heaven, the finished product of man in God`s image...

At least six churches attacked in Senegal

Violence against churches increases in Muslim-dominated Senegal, West Africa.

The World Evangelical Alliance Religious Liberty Commission (WEA-RLC) is calling on the government of Senegal, West Africa to investigate attacks on churches that occurred during recent protests over constitutional amendments.

Protests erupted on June 23 after President Abdoulaye Wade’s government proposed a bill which would change the current requirement of a 50 per cent vote to become president to 25 per cent so Wade could remain in power.

The same day, at least six churches were attacked by mobs. WEA Executive Director, Godfrey Yogarajah, said it is clear the attacks had nothing to do with the protests and were clearly planned and organized to take advantage of the situation.

Some Protestant congregations are accused of having links with foreign groups and are therefore viewed with suspicion. However, in these particular instances, there seems to be no sign of immediate provocation.

Violence of this magnitude is a new development for the Muslim-dominated region. The WEA-RLC urges the government investigate the attacks and nip such violence against Christians in the bud.

MANY TIMES WHEN I HEAR ABOUT CHRISTIANDS BEING PERSECUTED, I WONDER WHY ? IN MAJORITY OF THE CASES THEY ARE INDEED BEING PERSECUTED FOR THEIR FAITH. BUT SOMETIMES THERE IS ANOTHER SIDE OF THE COIN THAT IF LEFT UNCHECKED; WE WILL SOON LOST THE TRUE MEANING OF WHAT PERSECUTION MEANS. LET IT BE CLEAR THAT THERE IS A GREAT DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PROVOKATION AND PERSECUTION. It was written that we will be persecuted for his sake and not we will be persecuted because of our ways of life, Greed and disunity.

Brothers and sisters those we are trying to convert are watching our every move. (Now don4t get me wrong for I am not referring to any particular church or situation). How can you preach the gospel on Sunday and right after church without going home to change you are in the nearby bar getting drunk. It is alleged that in certain cases money is use to lured converts to the church and after church these converts (mostly) the girls are encourage by covetous members to go home or to the bar with them. Parents cried for their young deflowered daughters who now disrespect them. It is not by the money we share; but the Holy Spirit filled message we preach and our ways of life that draws converts to the church. What examples will they learn if right after church they see you taking or selling drugs; in the cyber cafes by the hundreds seeking to lie & steal from others?

Some churches even go to the extent of renting their buildings to people practicing fraud. What kind of sermon do who preach to those types of people or your members?

You see brothers and sisters; sometimes it is not really hate or extremism that causes us to be persecuted, but the darkness in us which are contrary to the ways of life of those we are trying to change. Worse of all we are fighting among our selves for members, money and fame. How can we claim to be worshipping the same God and hate each other? Protestants, evangelisticals ,Catholics etc do not come together to meet and fellowship as one body. What kinds of signal are we send out about our God. Do we serve one or many Gods?

Sometimes we should stop a little and reexamine the facts before crying wolf. For at times we are the wolves persecuting ourselves and need to change in other to bring change. Blessings & as painful as this is. Only the truth can help us correct our path for a better tomorrow.
