A wedding day goes by faster than most couples realize, it is such a short amount of time to try to experience everything all at once, visit with your loved ones and also stay on time. Even for those who have been planning for months or a year - have to delegate and let go of the reins at some point. The decision is who to hand those logistics to.. that's where we come in.

We review your contracts, create a draft timeline & layout - confirm details that you have booked and identify any areas that are still needing more clarification. Our team attends a site visit to your venue and ensures that we have all of your decor details dialed and run through the overall flow for your event.

Oh and hey - we also want you to have fun while you plan your wedding too!
