Our Vision To establish a network of service-led retail venues providing a cross section of desired healthcare services and a broad choice of medically approved products under one roof. Our goal is to make certain healthcare services and niche medical products more accessible to the public. We aim to assist GP’s and alleviate the financial constraints imposed on our National Health Service.

Our Concept The out-of-town Healthcare Hubs are designed to dovetail professional clinical facilities with a modern retail experience in a welcoming environment. The Hubs will accommodate a mix of Healthcare Professionals so that the public can have greater access to a variety of desired healthcare services within their local community. Similarly, the retail aspect will also provide a range of class 1 medical devices and other associated products that are not typically available from traditional pharmacies or other retail outlets. Trained in-store Healthcare Assistants will also be on hand to enable appropriate product selection and fitting guidance.

Our Flagship Hub Situated in the heart of Whitchurch Village, our flagship hub is ideally positioned to serve the local communities of North Cardiff. Serviced by regular bus routes, two public car parks and situated near to medical centres, pharmacies and numerous coffee shops, the popular destination benefits from high footfall. The Healthcare Hub has already partnered up with the leading Welsh podiatry firm, Ace Feet In Motion to provide all chiropody services, gait analysis & prescription insoles, out of the Whitchurch Hub. The product selection available at the flagship Hub will include market leading comfort footwear brands, an expansive range of NHS approved orthopaedic supports, splints and other medical supplies for common pathologies and injuries.

Our Service Model It is envisaged that The Healthcare Hubs will operate using a fixed rate sessional fee, Monday to Sunday, subject to availability. Available daily sessions will include:
Morning Afternoon Evening
(9am-12:30pm) (1pm-4:30pm) (5pm-8:30pm)
During each session one healthcare business will operate exclusively out of the clinical facility, which includes a desk, HDMI/laptop points, broadband access, large LED bluetooth screen, adjustable patient couch, hand wash fascilities, air conditioning and a private waiting area serviced by a reception desk.

Also included in our fixed sessional fee is the promotion of your business brand via The Healthcare Hub website and across all social media platofrms. A safe and secure video entry door release system is also in place to facilitate evening sessions or whilst working alone.
