STAFF LONG-SERVICE AWARDS

One of the unique aspects of JFF is the retention of its staff. Many of the staff have very long service records with the Foundation, with several now exceeding 20 years. With such experience on our team, we are confident that we can deliver the best possible service to our patients. In May Nyoman Juliarta received a long-service award for his work with JFF over 20 years. Nyoman started as a cleaner in the eye hospital in Denpasar where a small team organised schedules for eye patients in JFF’s Sight Restoration Project. He later became one of the mobile eye clinic drivers, a position he held for many years. Nyoman trained as a Medical Technician and, in 2014, was appointed Technical Assistant. He has continued in this role assisting JFF’s Biomedical Technician to maintain and service JFF’s medical equipment.
