Warning of Judgement to the church of Jesus Christ...
11 March – 14 April 2002 Part 13 A Warning of judgement to the Churches On the 4th of April 2002, I inquired about the sequence of the events and of God’s wrath that will be poured out on the earth. I asked the Lord the precise sequences of what will happen in the last days. Later that day I took a nap. While I slept, in a vision, I saw dark clouds, hanging over all the earth. In the vision, the clouds were back like sackcloth of hair, preventing the sun from shining on the earth. I was reminded of the words of the prophets, saying the sun will be darkened and the moon will become dark like blood. I dreamed that I was in an old school hall. It looked nearly the same as the night before. Suddenly, I was attacked by a demon that looked like a Pokemon that came through the wall. I rebuked it in the name of Jesus. It retreated, a little, mocking me, sticking out its tongue. As soon as I was distracted and laughed at the funny looking Pokemon, I lost concentration. Then the demon attacked me by attaching itself to my stomach, like a water spirit. The size of the worm-like demon was about one meter in diameter and blue in colour, looking like it was made out of clay. I kept on rebuking this demon until it finally left. After rebuking the demon, I turned around, only to find wolves that had entered the school hall. There were about 10 –15 wolves that had entered the hall, looking vicious. I started rebuking this new dangerous thread, trying to get them to leave the building, but to my dismay they didn’t want to leave. In my dream, I realized that I must be very specific in my commands as I rebuked them in Jesus Name. I commanded them in Jesus’ name to leave the building and not to come back again. But as soon as I turned my back they were back in the hall again. I realized that they did initially listen, but became more and more stubborn as time had gone by. I realized that they kept returning, because the back door was open. After putting them out and closing the back door, I turned around. The hall was full of scared children. This hall was used for church services. As I looked around in the hall I saw the left windows had old lattices and bars infront of it. To my surprise, I realized that these children could not see the attack, nor realized the thread to their lives, but only felt the tension in the hall. Each of them had either a lantern or a candle in their hands. Some of the children have fallen a sleep with their candles falling to the ground. I woke them and told them to pick up their lights, because of the fear of starting a fire in the hall. In order to keep them away I asked the children: “Who is your Lord?” With one voice of excitement, they all said: “JESUS!!” Again I asked them the same question, to built up their faith and destroy their fears, and again, in great, childlike faith, they said: “JESUS!!” Then I walked to the front door of the hall, continuing to secure the hall. To my dismay I found even these front doors, were also open. The doors were double doors. As I looked down, for the first time, at my own lantern, which was in my hand, I saw that it looked battered, the oil in it also very low. There was only a small flickering of the lamp left to give me light. As I looked outside of the hall I saw a lot of people that had just come up from a mineshaft. There was a mine, shift captain, with them, trying to prevent these people from coming into the school hall. As I looked I saw a former pastor, from a former church, having in a black suit on, standing with others, in front of all the people, looking very self assured, also coming up from the mine shaft. As I looked back into the hall, I saw that many people, coming from everywhere, was trying to forcefully enter the little school hall, using the side windows, but they were barred from entering. This was a shocking and yet heart revealing dream for all who are waiting for the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ. Paul says that we are children of light and not of darkness, as was written: 1 BUT AS to the suitable times and the precise seasons and dates, brethren, you have no necessity for anything being written to you. 2 For you yourselves know perfectly well that the day of the [return of the] Lord will come [as unexpectedly and suddenly] as a thief in the night. 3 When people are saying: “All is well and secure, and, There is peace and safety, then in a moment unforeseen destruction (ruin and death) will come The Servants of the Lord Jesus Christ South Africa, Pretoria info@witnessesforjesuschrist.co.za & witnessesforjesuschrist.co.za All prophecy must be tested by the word of our Father and Lord Jesus Christ. upon them as suddenly as labour pains come upon a woman with child; and they shall by no means escape, for there will be no escape. 4 But you are not in [given up to the power of] darkness, brethren, for that day to overtake you by surprise like a thief. 5 For you are all sons of light and sons of the day; we do not belong either to the night or to darkness. 6 Accordingly then, let us not sleep, as the rest do, but let us keep wide awake (alert, watchful, cautious, and on our guard) and let us be sober (calm, collected, and circumspect). 7 For those who sleep, sleep at night, and those who are drunk, get drunk at night. 8 But we belong to the day; therefore, let us be sober and put on the breastplate (corslet) of faith and love and for a helmet the hope of salvation. 9 For God has not appointed us to [incur His] wrath [He did not select us to condemn us], but [that we might] obtain [His] salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah) 10 Who died for us so that whether we are still alive or are dead [at Christ's appearing], we might live together with Him and share His life. 11 Therefore encourage (admonish, exhort) one another and edify (strengthen and build up) one another, just as you are doing. (1 Thess 5:1-11) Ampl God’s wrath is about to fall full strength on this world. God wants us to stay awake so that we would not be caught off guard. We must now more than ever before fill up our lamps with the fruit and the character of Jesus Christ, by His Spirit. We who are religious must not think that we will escape, just because we are Christians. Jesus once rebuked the Pharisees and the Sadducees, for their religious hypocrisy, saying: 13 but woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, pretenders (hypocrites)! For you shut the kingdom of heaven in men's faces; for you neither enter yourselves, nor do you allow those who are about to go in to do so. 14 Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, pretenders (hypocrites)! For you swallow up widows' houses and for a pretence to cover it up make long prayers; therefore you will receive the greater condemnation and the heavier sentence. 15 Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, pretenders (hypocrites)! For you travel over sea and land to make a single proselyte, and when he becomes one [a proselyte], you make him doubly as much a child of hell (Gehenna) as you are. (Matt 23:13-15) Ampl The mine captain tried to prevent the people, who had just come up from the kingdom of darkness from entering the little school hall. Many leaders in the church have become self-confident about their salvation and have made themselves the authority of God on the earth, thinking that God would not speak to anyone but them. They subtly prevent those who really have zeal for God. They do not do this consciously but in ignorance. In this dream, the Holy Spirit, warn us, just like Paul warned the church of the Thessalonians, to be sober and not to fall asleep. This dream is very sobering, for all the doors were open. Jesus told us to bind the strongman and cast him outside, but we never close the doors. We do not repent permanently of those things, which we know is wrong. We put up a mask, but deep inside we know we compromise the word of God. Neither do we humble ourselves when we see that we, also like the rest, are also only saved sinners. We become self assured and arrogant, not realizing that we will be judged by the same standard, as is written: 1 THEREFORE YOU have no excuse or defence or justification, O man, whoever you are who judges and condemns another. habitually practicing the very same things [that you censure and denounce]. 2 [But] we know that the judgment (adverse verdict, sentence) of God falls justly and in accordance with truth upon those who practice such things. 3 And do you think or imagine, O man, when you judge and condemn those who practice such things and yet do them yourself, that you will escape God's judgment and elude His sentence and adverse verdict? 4 Or are you [so blind as to] trifle with and presume upon and despise and underestimate the wealth of His kindness and forbearance and long-suffering patience? Are you unmindful or actually ignorant [of the fact] that God's kindness is intended to lead you to repent (to change your mind and inner man to accept God's will)? 5 But by your callous stubbornness and impenitence of heart you are storing up wrath and indignation for yourself on the day of wrath and indignation, when God's righteous judgment (just doom) will be revealed. 6 For He will render to every man according to his works [justly, as his deeds deserve]: [Ps. 62:12.] (Rom 2:1-6) Ampl We leave open the back door for the enemy to come and steal, destroy and kill us, and our loved ones. This dream is also a powerful reminder, just like Jesus warned, saying: 15 Beware of false prophets, who come to you dressed as sheep, but inside they are devouring wolves. [Ezek. 22:27.] 16 You will fully recognize them by their fruits. Do people pick grapes from thorns, or figs from thistles? 17 Even so, every healthy (sound) tree bears good fruit [worthy of admiration], but the sickly (decaying, worthless) tree bears bad (worthless) fruit. 18 A good (healthy) tree cannot bear bad (worthless) fruit, nor can a bad (diseased) tree bear excellent fruit [worthy of admiration]. 19 Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and cast into the fire. 20 Therefore, you will fully know them by their fruits. (Matt 7:15-20) Ampl The judgment of God will be without partiality. We must not think that not having the fruit of the Spirit built into us will free us just because we are saved or have accepted Christ Jesus! It is time to repent and humble ourselves before God. Jesus continued, describing what would happen to anyone of us who believe in Him, but do not bear the fruit of the kingdom of God, saying: 21 Not everyone who says to Me, Lord, Lord, will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father Who is in heaven. 22 Many will say to Me on that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name and driven out demons in Your name and done many mighty works in Your name? 23 And then I will say to them openly (publicly), I never knew you; depart from Me, you who act wickedly [disregarding My commands]. [Ps. 6:8.] (Matt 7:21-23) Ampl Many people say that they believe in Jesus, but only Jesus will be judge on the last day. Religion and knowledge will not help, unless we did bear the fruit of His Kingdom. In this dream, many found themselves standing outside, trying to enter in, just as Jesus also warned, when asked about the amount of people that will be saved, on that day, saying: 24 Strive to enter by the narrow door [force yourselves through it], for many, I tell you, will try to enter and will not be able. 25 When once the Master of the house gets up and closes the door, and you begin to stand outside and to knock at the door [again and again], saying, Lord, open to us! and all the prophets in the kingdom of God, but you yourselves being cast forth (banished, driven away). 29 And [people] will come from east and west, and from north and south, and sit down (feast at table) in the kingdom of God. 30 And behold, there are some [now] last who will be first [then], and there are some [now] first who will be last [then]. (Luke 13:24-30) Ampl In this dream, God gives us an impartial warning, no man will be excluded. In my own dream, I discovered that my lamp was battered and about to go out also. God is a God of justice and will reward each man according to his works. When Jesus comes he will sift and test His church, just like He said to each of the 7 churches:
The Church of Ephesus To those in Ephesus, Jesus warned, saying: 5 Remember then from what heights you have fallen. Repent (change the inner man to meet God's will) and do the works you did previously [when first you knew the Lord], or else I will visit you and remove your lampstand from its place, unless you change your mind and repent. 6 Yet you have this [in your favour and to your credit]: you hate the works of the Nicolaitans [what they are doing as corrupters of the people], which I Myself also detest. (Rev2:5-6) Ampl Do you still love Jesus the same as the day He washed away your sins? Are you still willing to give up anything to follow Him? What had now taken your time that you do not have time for Him anymore! Are you working so hard for the king that you have no more love left for you King?
The Church of Smyrna To those in Smyrna Jesus had no warning, only saying: 10 Fear nothing that you are about to suffer. [Dismiss your dread and your fears!] Behold, the devil is indeed about to throw some of you into prison, that you may be tested and proved and critically appraised, and for ten days you will have affliction. Be loyally faithful unto death [even if you must die for it], and I will give you the crown of life. [Rev. 3:10, 11.] (Rev 2:10) Ampl We will be tested to the limit in these last days before Jesus comes back for a spotless bride. We must prepare for the greatest tribulation that the world has ever seen if we will not be found acceptable in His Presence.
The Church of Pergamum To those in Pergamum Jesus warned, saying: 14 Nevertheless, I have a few things against you: you have some people there who are clinging to the teaching of Balaam, who taught Balak to set a trap and a stumbling block before the sons of Israel, [to entice them] to eat food that had been sacrificed to idols and to practice lewdness [giving themselves up to sexual vice]. [Num. 25:1, 2; 31:16.] 15 You also have some who in a similar way are clinging to the teaching of the Nicolaitans [those corrupters of the people] which thing I hate. 16 Repent [then]! Or else I will come to you quickly and fight against them with the sword of My mouth. time. But this same system has started to refuse to listen to the ‘foolish things’ – prophets, which God had sent to them. They have controlled men who spoke against anything that is wrong in their congregations. Not humbling themselves, willing to learn from greatest to the weakest. Even when they warn them that the coming of Jesus is at hand they were shrugged off by leaders and organizations who have become proud and stubborn, forgetting that they to, once were saved by the same blood of Jesus Christ.
The Church of Thyatira To those in Thyatira Jesus warned, saying: 20 But I have this against you: that you tolerate the woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess [claiming to be inspired], and who is teaching and leading astray my servants and beguiling them into practicing sexual vice and eating food sacrificed to idols. [I Kings 16:31; II Kings 9:22, 30.] 21 I gave her time to repent, but she has no desire to repent of her immorality [symbolic of idolatry] and refuses to do so. 22 Take note: I will throw her on a bed [of anguish], and those who commit adultery with her [her paramours] I will bring down to pressing distress and severe affliction, unless they turn away their minds from conduct [such as] hers and repent of their doings. 23 And I will strike her children (her proper followers) dead [thoroughly exterminating them]. And all the assemblies (churches) shall recognize and understand that I am He Who searches minds (the thoughts, feelings, and purposes) and the [inmost] hearts, and I will give to each of you [the reward for what you have done] as your work deserves. [Ps. 62:12; Jer. 17:10.] (Rev 2:20-23) Ampl Controlling men by prophetic word is witchcraft. Many in this tie and age has started to miss use the very gift that Jesus gave His body to build it up, so that all can become united in the faith. If they really did hear from the Lord, they would have seen their malicious hearts of judgment against those who do want to serve Christ out of a sincere heart. God is more pleased with one who makes a mistake trying, out of the humility of their hearts, than those who think they know and yet know nothing that they should know. Even opposing God by the wicked prophecy of their own imaginations. This is the most powerful deception that the church has yet had to endure. Who would go against a person or a church who says: “Thus says the Lord!” Are the words of those tested as the apostle Paul said: 19 Do not quench (suppress or subdue) the [Holy] Spirit; 20 Do not spurn the gifts and utterances of the prophets [do not depreciate prophetic revelations nor despise inspired instruction or exhortation or warning]. 21 But test and prove all things [until you can recognize] what is good; [to that] hold fast. (1 Thess 5:19-21) Ampl I have always said: Eat the chicken and spit out the bones. We must be able to learn from any and everybody even if we are 50 years a Christian or in the ministry. Pride blinds the listener. Test all that you hear from the Lord and others with the scriptures and the heart and the Spirit of Jesus Christ, for only He is the Author and Perfector of your faith.
The Church of Sardis To those in Sardis Jesus warned, saying: 2 Rouse yourselves and keep awake, and strengthen and invigorate what remains and is on the point of dying; for I have not found a thing that you have done [any work of yours] meeting the requirements of My God or perfect in His sight. 3 So call to mind the lessons you received and heard; continually lay them to heart and obey them, and repent. suspect at what hour I will come. (Rev 3:2-3) Ampl Our churches are dead on the in side. Our traditions have no meaning. It is not even justifiable according to the scriptures. We ritually sing and praise God every Sunday, but our hearts are dead. We must repent or we will be caught off guard when the bridegroom comes to fetch His spotless bride. On the outside we seem religious and pious, but on the inside we are only putting up a mask. At home we are to busy with our own comfort and luxurious living, how I can get the next raise, the next promotion, the next model on the market. We sit and look at the compromising scenes of sex and violence and language, not realizing that God sees all that we do every moment of the day. We will be refined by fire if we do not take this last kind of warning from the Spirit of the Lord Jesus Christ. We have been lulled to sleep by the TV and the many horrors we have seen daily. Even the most horrendous warning sent to us by those Hollywood movies does not move us anymore. God’s judgment is on the way for all who practice sexual immorality.
The Church of Philadelphia To those in Philadelphia, Jesus had no warning, only promised them, saying: See! I have set before you a door wide open which no one is able to shut; I know that you have but little power, and yet you have kept My Word and guarded My message and have not renounced or denied My name. 9 Take note! I will make those of the synagogue of Satan who say they are Jews and are not, but lie--behold, I will make them come and bow down before your feet and learn and acknowledge that I have loved you. [Isa. 43:4; 49:23; 60:14.] 10 Because you have guarded and kept My word of patient endurance [have held fast the lesson of My patience with the expectant endurance that I give you], I also will keep you [safe] from the hour of trial (testing) which is coming on the whole world to try those who dwell upon the earth. 11 I am coming quickly; hold fast what you have, so that no one may rob you and deprive you of your crown. (Rev 3:9-10) Ampl Only the church of Philadelphia were exempt from the hour of tribulation that is coming on all the earth. Jesus is coming quickly! The warning is going out; will you be a Philadelphian, filled with the Love of the Father, having and intimate relationship with Jesus?
The Church of Laodicea To those in Laodicea Jesus warned, saying: 16 So, because you are lukewarm and neither cold nor hot, I will spew you out of My mouth! 17 For you say, I am rich; I have prospered and grown wealthy, and I am in need of nothing; and you do not realize and understand that you are wretched, pitiable, poor, blind, and naked. [Hos. 12:8.] 18 Therefore I counsel you to purchase from Me gold refined and tested by fire, that you may be [truly] wealthy, and white clothes to clothe you and to keep the shame of your nudity from being seen, and salve to put on your eyes, that you may see. 19 Those whom I [dearly and tenderly] love, I tell their faults and convict and convince and reprove and chasten [I discipline and instruct them]. So be enthusiastic and in earnest and burning with zeal and repent [changing your mind and attitude]. [Prov. 3:12.] 20 Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears and listens to and heeds My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and will eat with him, and he [will eat] with Me. (Rev 3:16-20) Ampl Jesus’ grace is still available to all who overcome. so comfortable and full of peace, especially in those countries where they are not persecuted for their faith. We have large churches, we hear the message of the gospel over the radio, through our churches. We read so many books and we think by them we are going to be more prepared. We have Christian stations 24 hours in our houses, but do we live that which we hear? Do we become more like our Lord Jesus Christ after every sermon and every book we have read or are we only becoming more and more puffed up? Paul warns us against this also, saying: “of course we know that all of us possess knowledge [concerning these matters. Yet mere] knowledge causes people to be puffed up (to bear themselves loftily and be proud), but love (affection and goodwill and benevolence) edifies and builds up and encourages one to grow [to his full stature].” (1Cor 8:1b) Ampl In order to be children of light, we must keep our lamps burning. Jesus warned each of these churches, to change their ways, promising them if they overcome, He will reward them openly. To the church of the Ephesians, Jesus said: “or else I will visit you and remove your lampstand from its place”. The writer of the book of Hebrews says this, to those who refuse to listen to the warning that Jesus gives them, either by word or by prophet, saying: 26 For if we go on deliberately and willingly sinning after once acquiring the knowledge of the Truth, there is no longer any sacrifice left to atone for [our] sins [no further offering to which to look forward]. 27 [There is nothing left for us then] but a kind of awful and fearful prospect and expectation of divine judgment and the fury of burning wrath and indignation, which will consume those who put themselves in opposition [to God]. [Isa. 26:11.] And 30 For we know Him Who said, Vengeance is Mine [retribution and the meting out of full justice rest with Me]; I will repay [I will exact the compensation], says the Lord. And again, The Lord will judge and determine and solve and settle the cause and the cases of His people. [Deut. 32:35, 36.] 31 It is a fearful (formidable and terrible) thing to incur the divine penalties and be cast into the hands of the living God! (Heb 10:26-31) Ampl God wants us not to become arrogant, thinking that we will not be judged, just because we believe in Jesus Christ, but in fear and trembling we must work out our salvation, until He comes. We must ask God to open our eyes from the self incurred deception which we have fallen in because of our lukewarm attitude. We must buy oil now before it is too late. Paul the apostle, with all the love of the Father that was in him, warned that the devil will beguile us from that whole hearted and pure love we had for the Lord Jesus Christ, saying: 2 For I am zealous for you with a godly eagerness and a divine jealousy, for I have betrothed you to one Husband, to present you as a chaste virgin to Christ. 9 But the wise replied, There will not be enough for us and for you; go instead to the dealers and buy for yourselves. 10 But while they were going away to buy, the bridegroom came, and those who were prepared went in with him to the marriage feast; and the door was shut. 11 Later the other virgins also came and said, Lord, Lord, open [the door] to us! 12 But He replied, I solemnly declare to you, I do not know you [I am not acquainted with you]. 13 Watch therefore [give strict attention and be cautious and active], for you know neither the day nor the hour when the Son of Man will come. (Matt 25:6-13) Ampl Jesus is looking for pure virgins who will be with Him in His house. All the virgins have fallen asleep. Therefore do not begin to say to yourself: “I will not be among those foolish virgins!”
