When you list your home with The Agency Real Estate Group, we will roll up our sleeves to help make the process much more manageable! We provide concierge assistance to help you with a variety of services to assist you in your move.

ORGANIZATION – Our team will walk through the property with you to create a “custom roadmap” and a goal-driven timeframe for decluttering and downsizing. We will assist in identifying those items that need to go to Sunrise Senior Living, to family members, to storage (if necessary), and what needs to be sold or donated. As needed, we have preferred professional organizers and packers to assist in this often daunting process.

MOVING AND STORAGE

– We have preferred moving and storage companies for shortterm storage prior to moving into Sunrise Senior Living, and potentially long-term storage for other items you wish to keep. We recommend the organization company to be on-site on moving day to be sure all goes smoothly.

DOWNSIZING AND SPACE PLANNING

– We will assist you in identifying items to take to Sunrise Senior Living. Our team can assist you in space-planning as you prepare to move to your new home.

REPAIRS AND HOME IMPROVEMENTS

– During our initial walkthrough of your home, we will assist you in identifying necessary and recommended improvements to the property. If improvements or repairs are needed, we have preferred contractors for any given project.

INTERIOR DESIGN –

If you wish to do some updating or remodeling prior to selling your home, we can make recommendations on design and finishes, etc. We also have preferred interior designers to assist in this process.

HOME STAGING

– We offer a free staging consultation to assist you in preparing your home for sale. The stagers can offer a variety of services, including occupied home staging services or vacant home staging services.

ART DIRECTION AND CURATION

– We offer assistance in cataloging artwork and identifying which pieces go to Sunrise Senior Living and which pieces should be appraised and potentially sold. We can also recommend professional packing and shipping of artwork.

SHORT-TERM HOUSING

– In the absence of a post-closing occupancy agreement on your home, we can assist you in securing short-term housing as necessary prior to moving to Sunrise Senior Living.
