Corporate Message
New Generations
All participants in the three cash contests held in 2021 contributed to the new generations of worldwide Members who use AIM nutrition to support good health. The AIM Companies™ congratulates the top earners for their notable efforts and warmly welcomes the new Members who joined the AIM Family during the contest period. Among the new generations will be those who use their memberships beyond product use and start their own home-based businesses. Becoming an AIM independent distributor adds to the like-minded efforts of Members who have been sharing nutrition that works since 1982. Each Member who promotes AIM nutrition is like a retailer, although most work from home without a physical shop location. This makes going into business much easier, given that an actual retail store comes with so many operating costs: rent, inventory, business license, insurance, staff, etc. As a result, having an AIM business is primarily about personal not financial output. The minimal costs of running a homebased business are one of the many benefits of “retailing” with AIM. AIM “retailers” are literally in business as soon as they decide to share the benefits of the AIM products. Keeping stock at home is not a requirement because AIM maintains inventory and ships product orders. “Retailing” in this direct way is how AIM products have remained in the marketplace for forty years. Network marketing has worked for AIM business builders for four decades, and this method will be just as advantageous for new generations of Members. It’s work, mind you, so it requires time, effort and persistence. But you are your own boss, working for yourself and, ultimately, for the benefit of others. As the saying goes, it’s not a bad gig if you can get it. And anyone can with AIM. By becoming an AIM business builder, you will be part of the new generations of Members who ensure a bright future for the entire AIM Family.
See page 12 for the list of top earners in the 2021 New Generations Cash Contests.

This year’s Corporate Virtual Event is going to be like no other virtual AIM experience. You will feel as though you are part of the live action.
LIVE
The sense of being there at AIM LIVE is the result of advances made in technology for holding group get-togethers at a worldwide distance. And the distance in time that The AIM Companies™ and Members have traveled together will be celebrated at this special 2022 experience: a milestone of 40 years! One of the many unique aspects of AIM LIVE will be the presence of Carolyn Holly, news anchor at one of the Northwest’s most popular NBC affiliates. Carolyn will emcee the presentations, including a look back at the AIM history that has paved the way for a flourishing future. Goals for AIM’s future will be a major part of the event and will include the introduction of an enhanced compensation plan and new AIM products on the horizon. Advancements made for Members with a MyAIMStore will be featured. And advancements made by Members will be recognized and honored. The excitement commences on Wednesday, May 18 at 11 a.m. (MT). Check the hour for your time zone and make a date to be there as it happens.

Ways to into Good Health
Officially, this is the month when spring is sprung. With unpredictable weather worldwide, it’s a time to keep our fingers crossed that pleasantly warm days are ahead and that the season wishfully slips into a fine summer. It’s also a good time to spring into action in regard to maintaining good health. Consider it a spring cleaning for mind and body. We could all use some tips for moving forward in a health-boosting direction by examining and re-evaluating our routines. Here are four ways to spring into good health.
1
Focus on getting enough sleep this spring. Think of it as recovery and restorative time that is essential for feeling well mentally and physically. It is particularly vital for optimal functioning of your immune system.
S le e p
While you are sleeping, your body is in repair mode so that you awake refreshed and ready to start each new day. That’s why your sleep routine is so important. For adults, that means 7 to 8 hours a day.
The nouris and fiber, all supporting b
Spring offers warmer opportunities to be outside on the move. Physical activity is a key piece of the health puzzle. And pretty much all forms of movement fall under the exercise banner from mild to intense.

As you move through your choices of physical activity this spring, you are exercising your entire body and providing benefits for all of its components, including bones, brain, muscles, joints, circulatory system and heart.
Step up your exercise routine in increments. Run, swim or walk a little farther. Take the stairs wherever possible. Challenge your endurance. In other words, add some moves to your moves this spring. To supplementally support your physical activity, dip into the products in the Sports Pack: ProPeas, RediBeets and Peak Endurance.

As spring introduces the coming heat of summer, drinking enough water to keep your body hydrated becomes even more important. Staying hydrated is a habit worth forming. Human body weight is one-half to four-fifths water, depending on the amount of body fat. Water is vital for a number of body functions that include transporting nutrients and oxygen to cells, aiding digestion, preventing constipation, cushioning joints, regulating body temperature and maintaining electrolyte balance.
How much water is enough? There’s no absolute amount for everyone. For relatively healthy individuals, 4 to 6 cups daily is a good target although sweating from heat or physical activity would require more. Quench your thirst and be aware of water consumption throughout the day to ensure that you are getting enough.

Season after season, the foods you consume play a central role in fueling your body with the right or wrong kind of nutrition that promotes good or poor health. Choosing a predominantly plant-based diet puts you in the high-quality-nutrition lane.
Spring signals the new growth of healthy, whole foods from the Earth, so take advantage of seasonal fruits and vegetables. The fresher Foo d the better. Keep in mind that plant-based also includes whole grains, beans, nuts and seeds.

A Life Stretch With AIM
Your
Shared by Annette Eilerd, AIM Director in Pretoria, South Africa
Since April 2021, I’ve had the privilege of being part of the AIM Family. Right from the start, I felt truly welcome, and I became a full-time network marketer.
I think the key for network marketing lies in attracting people through the incredible health benefits of AIM nutrition and by leading through example: using and benefitting from the remarkable AIM products and living life to the fullest. The fact is, I had struggled with health issues, but now my gut is much healthier and my energy levels have improved. AIM products can help you make healthy lifestyle choices that are truly effective. If we nourish our bodies with the right nutrients, we provide the tools they need to support a healthy balance. Going the natural route requires commitment; this is not a quick fix but a lifestyle change for a brighter future. AIM nutrition helps
nourish our bodies’ cells, which enable us to operate at peak efficiency. Take my daughter, Charlize, as an example, a professional athlete and one of AIM’s biggest supporters. The Garden Trio and FloraFood support her immune system, and she takes Composure at bedtime. Peak Endurance restores her energy, keeping her body battery charged. Charlize is currently South Africa’s fastest under twenty, 100m sprinter. Life is like a rubberband: it is valuable when it is stretched rather than when lying in a drawer. Every time life stretches us through tough situations or opportunities, we do not return to the way we used to be. The AIM platform has ignited and stretched my passion for serving others, enabling me to improve peoples’ quality of life and their productivity by enhancing their nutritional profiles. As such, I am constantly learning and growing, while enjoying every second of this adventurous journey.
Testimonials should not be construed as representing results that everyone can achieve.

As soon as you place your first qualifying order that activates your AIM membership, you’re in business. Being a Member can be more than just ordering products at Member prices. You have the option of promoting AIM nutrition as an independent distributor. Having your own AIM business allows you to earn commissions on products you order and those ordered by others directly through you. And you can do this from the comfort of your own home without having to stock up on inventory. The AIM Companies™ handles product inventory and all the packing and shipping of orders placed by people who purchase AIM products through your home-based business. At the same time, you also have the option of having your own virtual retail space with online inventory in the form of a FREE MyAIMStore e-commerce website. There are no website hosting fees, hidden charges or obligating contracts. Your website is ready-made for you to customize personally and showcase testimonials, videos and products. Most importantly, you receive credit for new Member orders and customer sales purchased through your site.
MyAIMStore Advertising
Just like any other business, advertising plays a major role in letting people know about your MyAIMStore, and it doesn’t have to cost you any money. The World Wide Web combined with the popularity of social media allows you to advertise for free. Linking your MyAIMStore to posts you make on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc., directs people to your website. Whether they sign up as Members or order as customers, they have purchased AIM products through your store using your Member number, so you’ll get credit. You can even customize links for specific products you want to advertise by using the Product Group Generator tool located in the MyAIMStore menu on the AIM website: www.theaimcompanies.com. Creating a link for one or more products is like pointing to a shelf of products in your virtual store. Take advantage of having a free website. Download the MyAIMStore’s FAQ and Getting Started guide at the AIM website for more detailed information and support. 7

The Herbal Release Difference The natural body function of eliminating waste through regular bowel movements is a major factor in keeping the digestive system functioning optimally. AIM provides dietary supplements such as Herbal Fiberblend and Herbal Release to support digestive health. As a digestively supportive example, Herbal Fiberblend helps promote regular bowel movements and thorough detoxification by delivering psyllium fiber and herbs that provide an intestinal cleanse. Having a well-functioning digestive system supports immune health as well, given that the largest compartment of the immune system is located in the intestine.1 Although all body systems have different functions that contribute to whole-body health, each Herbal Release capsules 5969E, $21.50 is connected.2 (Canada 2658E, $27.75)
Herbal Release contributes to this connection
with its own combination of cleansing herbs that help to maintain immune health while aiding with regularity. One of the botanicals in the Herbal Release formulation is echinacea root extract. This herb has been studied for its immunostimulant activity, indicating that echinacea enhances innate immunity and strengthens the immune system against pathogens.3 Echinacea root extract is an ingredient in the U.S. and the Canadian formulation contains echinacea root powder. And they share seven additional herbs: barberry, buckthorn, cascara sagrada, chickweed, dandelion, parsley and sarsaparilla. At the same time, each country has different regulations about herb usage, so there are ingredients in the U.S. Herbal Release that are not found in the Canadian formulation and vice versa. As a result of the differences: • In the USA, Herbal Release contains 9 herbs and 2 herbal extracts that cleanse the lymphatic system and help maintain immune health. • In Canada, Herbal Release is comprised of 10 herbs that promote bowel movements and help maintain immune health. You can read more about Herbal Release in the product datasheets of each country.

When AIM reformulated GinkgoSense over two years ago, the vision was to change the product’s status to vegan while adding new, plant-based ingredients that increase the memory health benefits of this dietary supplement. The result was the addition of curcumin, ashwagandha, ginger and black pepper. At the same time, AIM increased the amount of marigold extract to add more lutein and zeaxanthin, which are visionsupporting phytonutrients that reduce oxidative stress and inflammation. Supplementing with GinkgoSense daily provides 10 mg of lutein and 500 mcg of zeaxanthin.

The Eyes Have It
Both lutein and zeaxanthin are part of a diverse group of oxygenated carotenoids called xanthophylls. Originating from the Greek language, xanthos translates as yellow while phyllon means leaf. Being yellow pigments that give the retina of the eye its color, lutein and zeaxanthin can be thought of as eye-specific nourishment from plants. High concentrations of lutein and zeaxanthin are naturally present in the retina and its center point: the macula. It was as recently as 1985 that macular pigment, classified as a xanthophyll carotenoid 40 years earlier, was identified as a combination of lutein and zeaxanthin. It’s important to maintain levels of these xanthophylls from a dietary intake of colorful fruits and vegetables to receive their optimal, eye-protective benefits. Taking GinkgoSense daily ensures regular intake of protection from lutein and zeaxanthin. One example of much-needed protection is the negative side effects from daily use of electronic devices that expose the eyes to blue light, even after the sun goes down. Lutein and zeaxanthin are like inner sunglasses, filtering this high-energy, blue light and preventing damage to the retina. For vision support and enhanced memory health, take advantage of the visionary, plant-based benefits of GinkgoSense. References: bit.ly/Xanthophyll

AIM Ingredients
The Plus of Resveratrol
CranVerry+ is immediately associated with the
cranberry, especially since this dietary supplement is noticeably named after this tart fruit with a deep red hue. You get the entire berry as an extract in each serving: 500 mg to be exact. The plus sign after CranVerry refers to three additional ingredients. Along with cranberry extract, the formulation features beta-glucanase, mangosteen and giant knotweed, which has been used for centuries in traditional Asian medicine. In Japan, knotweed is called itadori,1 roughly translated as pain puller. Knotweed’s scientific names include Polygonum cuspidatum and Reynoutria japonica, depending on official usage. This explains the different scientific names for giant knotweed on U.S. and Canadian product labels of CranVerry+. The extract of giant knotweed in CranVerry+ provides a naturally rich, plant-based source of the polyphenol resveratrol. Each serving delivers 25 mg of biologically active trans-resveratrol,2 another example of how AIM selects the most effective ingredients. In this case, AIM gets to the heart of the giant knotweed root’s therapeutic potential.

Resveratrol: A Natural Phytoalexin
In response to pathogen attack, plants such as the giant knotweed produce antimicrobial substances called phytoalexins. Resveratrol is a natural phytoalexin.3 Just as phytoalexins effectively work to protect the knotweed, resveratrol works to protect the body, making it a natural addition to a dietary supplement that supports a healthy urinary tract.4 Notably, resveratrol delivers the benefit of antioxidant activity, contributing to a reduction in oxidative stress by neutralizing free radicals and their potential damage to the body. Pairing well with antioxidant-rich cranberries and mangosteen, resveratrol is a fine addition to the ingredients in CranVerry+. By increasing satiety, boosting metabolism and maintaining muscle mass, ProPeas is an ideal supplemental protein for anyone requiring weight management. Mixing it with Fit ’n Fiber in a shake is like having two peas in a weight-loss pod.
As 1 of the 3 essential, branched-chain amino acids provided by ProPeas, leucine increases the synthesis of muscle proteins, slowing down the age-related loss of muscle tissue.
Appetite for Protein
Those whose appetite is not like it was in their younger days usually do not get enough dietary protein. This deficiency can lead to age-related muscle degradation. Taking ProPeas daily will increase the intake of this essential macronutrient and help to build and maintain healthy muscles.
To create the pure concentration of pea protein in ProPeas, only water is used for clean membrane filtration to separate the raw vegan protein. AIM never uses harsh chemicals or solvents.
