Corporate Message
Trust in New Beginnings
I’m excited to share a corporate update with you, including decisions that will affect each AIM Member in the future. As we are all aware, new variants of COVID-19 and/or other new worldwide pandemics are being forecasted in the years ahead. With that in mind, AIM has given this serious consideration and has made a decision to discontinue future gatherings of AIM Members and AIM staff, in order to maintain the safest possible environment for all. To be clear, AIM is discontinuing future Celebrationtype events. However, there is GOOD NEWS! Thanks to you, the AIM Members, product unit volumes continue to grow year over year, especially in 2020, which has added to the bottom-line net profit for The AIM Companies™. In consideration of this good news, AIM has decided to update the Member Income Plan and cash incentive contests by reinvesting from the budget savings of past Celebrations and increased 2020 net profits. In other words, AIM will invest new corporate profits and savings from forgoing AIM
corporate events into the efforts of our hardworking AIM Members. AIM also believes this long-term solution provides a fairer playing field for Members who are unable to attend a Celebration and allows all AIM Members to reap the same rewards for their hard work. To quote Eckhart Tolle, “Some changes look negative on the surface but you will soon realize that space is being created in your life for something new to emerge.” And that is what AIM believes—changes happen throughout life, and when new plans emerge, you look forward with anticipation and regard them as new opportunities. AIM remains dedicated to our special “partnership for life,” and I urge you to make the most of this opportunity. Blessings to you all! Dennis Itami President and CEO The AIM Companies™

AIM Ingredients
The Ashwagandha An investigation using a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study into the stress-relieving actions of ashwagandha was published in Medicine (Sept. 2019). Over a 60-day analysis of 60 healthy but mildly anxious adults, the participants taking 240 mg of ashwagandha once daily showed significant mood improvements.² Botanicals usually have a variety of names, both common and scientific terms that include the genus and species. Such is the case with ashwagandha, scientifically named Withania somnifera, one of seven ingredients in the GinkgoSense formulation. Also known as winter cherry and Indian ginseng, ashwagandha is an herb that has been used for thousands of years in Ayurvedic and indigenous medicine.¹ Modern research has revealed its botanical benefits for stress.
Adapting to the Body
One of the fascinating properties of ashwagandha is its effect on body-system balance. Being an adaptogenic herb, ashwagandha helps body systems adapt to mood changes and stress.
A similar study published in Cureous (Dec. 2019) had its 60 participants using either a placebo or ashwagandha in amounts of 250 mg or 600 mg. Those taking ashwagandha experienced greater stress reduction. Not only did they score lower on the perceived stress scale (PSS), at the end of the study, they had decreased serum cortisol, which affects stress levels. ³ Each two-capsule serving of GinkgoSense contains 300 mg of ashwagandha root, which contains the most potent properties.⁴ GinkgoSense combines ashwagandha with ginkgo, curcumin, black pepper, ginger, lutein and zeaxanthin for a dietary supplement that helps maintain memory, concentration and mental clarity. 4 Healthy Summer Tips Summer’s the most light-hearted of seasons given the warmth, sunshine, blue skies, barbecues and vacations. It’s also an ideal time to keep taking steps in the direction of good health.
1 Keep Moving
3 Eat Well
Staying active somehow seems easier to do in weather that allows you to spend more daylight hours outdoors. It doesn’t matter if you’re doing CrossFit, running, swimming, hiking or strolling. It all adds up to healthy, physical movement. Aim to be aerobically active for at least 150 minutes (moderate) or 75 minutes (vigorous) each week.
Summer is the perfect time to enjoy fresh produce, the high point of a primarily plant-based diet. Besides, garden-fresh vegetables taste best. Eat them raw for optimal nutrients and phytonutrients. Or lightly grill them on a barbecue to balance burger intake. The more plants you eat, the easier it is to maintain a healthy weight.
2 Stay Cool
4 Take AIM
Hot weather can affect body temperature and temperament, so it’s important to stay cool on both levels. Drinking plenty of water makes you sweat and helps your body cool off. Hydrating with Peak Endurance is particularly effective for the summer heat. And if you are feeling frustrated or stressed, Composure can help you chill out.
Get creative with AIM nutrition. Take summertime beverages to a healthily fun level by making cold drinks with nutritious, whole-food powders. Iced liquid refreshments that include BarleyLife, CoCoa LeafGreens, Just Carrots or RediBeets add an innovative approach to your supplemental intake. You can even experiment with frozen AIM treats for healthy alternatives to ice cream.

simply add ice to your favorite way of mixing CoCoa LeafGreens. Drink it from a tall glass for some sunny summer style.
This means CoCoa LeafGreens contains no fat or sugar, making it both a tasty and healthy choice. Each serving of the leafy-greens blend delivers substantial amounts of natural nutrients, including chromium and vitamins A and K. Then there’s the profusion of phytonutrients such as the following flavonoids: kaempferol, quercetin and sulforaphane that act as protectively potent antioxidants. On top of nutritive greens, the cocoa powders provide an additionally rich source of antioxidants and flavonoids. What's more, over 700 compounds have been found in cocoa beans. AIM t
Never in a million years could I have ever imagined that my AIM journey would turn out to be such a blessing. It began while shopping with my husband one afternoon. A gentleman selling some products outside of a shopping center gave us an AIM magazine. I was not really interested because I had already bought many supplements to assist with my husband’s immune system. At home, I decided to read the magazine and got really excited about the amazing information and testimonials. When I looked at all of the supplements, I wanted to order them all. I used to juice for my husband, but some days I was too busy, so I ordered the Garden Trio along with Herbal Fiberblend. Both my husband and I experienced amazing results, so I sent some of the Garden Trio to my brother and my 80-year-old mother. A few days later, they wanted more. It was not long before I found myself talking to everyone I met about the products and sharing my results. I firmly believe that the blessings in my life come from all the people I have helped to change their health and lives. Although the AIM products do not treat, cure or heal any condition, they give the body the nutrition it needs to support the immune system.

AIM to Share When The AIM Companies came into being back in 1982, becoming a Member came with an opportunity to change people’s lives. Sharing AIM products as a Member means you can make a positive difference by helping others to improve their health and maintain their well-being. It’s a nutritional move that has impacted people all around the world. Members were asked on social media platforms about why they share AIM products, and here are some of their responses:
I share AIM products because . . . ... I want people to feel better and healthy.

CELL concept

protec tio t• en
AIM’s Healthy Cell Concept (HCC) consists of five avenues: food, exercise, environment, protection and attitude. Each can have a positive or negative impact on health, depending on lifestyle choices and options. Taking a look at the environment avenue, external factors such as the place that people live or work can affect their health down to the cellular level. Suppose a person’s home is located in repeatedly polluted air or near an industry that regularly dumps waste material into the soil or water. Or imagine working with people who do not want you around and go out of their way to make your job more difficult than it has to be. Both situations are examples of truly toxic environments that can undermine a person’s well-being. Of course, the best solution would be to find a healthier place to live or work, but circumstances may make a positive change unfeasible. Given these situations, the other four avenues of the HCC become even more important in alleviating the effects of external factors in the environment.
ti • at tude • n
Healthy Cell Environment
Maintaining a lifestyle that includes wholesome food, regular exercise, immune-system protection and a positive attitude promotes a healthy cell environment, which helps to alleviate unhealthy, outer environmental factors that cannot be controlled or changed. Utilizing AIM products for supplemental nourishment helps to boost food intake (e.g., BarleyLife), physical activity (e.g., Peak Endurance), cell environment (e.g., Herbal Fiberblend), protection (e.g., Proancynol 2000) and attitude (e.g., Composure). It’s a concept that has been producing healthy cells for nearly four decades.
