Prostate issues comprise one of the biggest groups of health ailments men face, yet benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) is one of the common concerns. BPH affects almost all men as they age and about half of those over the age of 75 have developed some symptoms of BPH.1 BPH is an enlargement of the prostate caused by an overgrowth of cells in the transition zone of the prostate, the area around the urethra. BPH symptoms can adversely impact the quality of life and well-being. As men often struggle to receive the best support and advice, good information and non-harmful treatments are greatly appreciated. Certain lifestyle changes may help alleviate the symptoms such as frequent and painful urination, urinary urgency, straining, and being unable to empty the bladder completely, which can lead to urinary tract infections and bladder stones.2 Walking regularly (as opposed to the jolting action of running or bicycling which can put pressure on the prostate), managing weight, eating plenty of cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, Brussel sprouts, kale, etc.), and drinking plenty of water can all help. Things to be avoided or at least restricted include caffeine, alcohol, red meat and processed meat, dairy, baked goods and processed foods that are high in saturated fats. Avoid taking over-the-counter cold, sinus, and allergy medications as these contain antihistamines or decongestants, which may aggravate the BPH symptoms.3 AIM ReAssure SP has been specially formulated to address prostate health. Take a preventive step by supplementing with ReAssure SP, a unique, synergistic combination of natural ingredients formulated to assist in the maintenance of prostate health. The following are the key benefits: Helps relieve the urologic symptoms (e.g. weak urine flow, incomplete voiding, frequent daytime and nighttime urination) associated with mild to moderate BPH Supports urinary health Contains antioxidants that help neutralize free radicals Improves enzyme efficacy References: https://www.healthlinkbc.ca/health-topics/hw30200#hw30202 2 https://www.cancer.ca/en/cancer-information/cancer-type/prostate/prostate-cancer/ benign-prostatic-hyperplasia/?region=on 3 https://www.healthline.com/health/bph-medications-to-avoid#otc-medications 1

The pandemic has drastically changed our lives and relationships with others over the past year. The yearlong public health restrictions have put all in-person meetings and events at bay and changed networking as we know it. However, networking is the key to keeping a business, as well as our AIM businesses, functioning. Even though we cannot meet our downline and customers in person, it is possible to create meaningful connections and build relationships during these challenging times with different types of meetups. Here, a few share their thoughts on how to stay connected throughout the pandemic. Keeping in touch with my downline has always been important to me but even more so with the isolation that people are experiencing due to COVID lockdown measures. and better understand their needs. However, not everyone is available to chat and many prefer personal email communication, so I go with their preference. information helps to support our Personal Group and Directors, who then pass along to their groups if they so choose. Anyone who has a question or concern can get back to their sponsors or me. It has been a wonderful privilege to connect on the Chrysalis Zoom downline to join as well. It is not the same as meeting in person and people from all around the world can take part. To sum up, staying connected is crucial to keeping both product users and business builders motivated. We need to inspire others to does not take long for its flickering brilliance to subside and it goes for AIM and keep the fire burning! Hugs to everyone!

In this time of COVID-19, we, AIM Members, have had to adapt as we work our businesses, often in ways that stretch us. We have become TV hosts as we conduct meetings on Zoom and other platforms. These are great opportunities to gather a large number of downline Members to whom we can share our product and business knowledge with them interactively. How wonderful that we can connect Members from all around the world! Our Members are free to ask questions and share their testimonies, all from the comfort of their homes! Until we can meet again face-to-face, Zoom allows us to be in touch, and to encourage each other as we share the message of health.
Dr. John Shewfelt, Barrie, ON It goes without saying that the pandemic has forever changed our lives and the landscape of our world; however, our AIM business has been thriving. During pre-pandemic, I would have to call my group monthly to maintain basic communication and remind them to place orders. Now, the added stress of the pandemic has increased the need for people to connect and seek out someone to share their concerns and feelings. Whether via a phone call, WhatsApp message or Zoom, each conversation that I had with a group Member gave me the chance to listen to their concerns, and share my stories, that they could often relate to. Consequently, connecting on an emotional level has made them more willing to try other AIM products that can cater to their specific needs. Sharing which products assist building a stronger immune system frequently can help alleviate their pandemic anxieties. I am grateful for the amazing variety of the AIM products, particularly BarleyLife, which provides us with excellent nutrients and helps combat the stresses of the current climate. In order to help us meet our daily fibre requirement, Herbal Fiberblend and are excellent products and synergistically work with the probiotics in FloraFood, which replenish our depleted gut flora and result in a stronger immunity. We are thankful for the AIM products and the support from AIM staff who are always there to help us.

The stress of encountering the pandemic and caring for my elderly husband have weakened my health further. I used the AIM products in the past, but slowly steered away thinking that store-bought products would work as well. I had tried a few products, but they were not able to clean out my GI tract properly. Just before Christmas, I welcomed AIM into my life once again. Feeding the body cells and maintaining a healthy bowel should be my first priority to regain good health. I knew that it would not be a quick fix as my GI tract has been very lazy and full of waste. It took me two and a half months to get my digestion back on track. I start my day with GinkgoSense and a drink mix of Garden Trio and Peak Endurance. For lunch, I enjoy a fruit smoothie with ProPeas. Every night, I take a combination of Herbal Fiberblend, and
Composure which helps to promote a relaxed bowel, and yet a gentle, good movement of waste. Drinking a lot of water also helped my bowel movements. I am now into the fourth month with modified diet and supplementation. I feel normal as my digestive tract and colon With improved elimination, my appetite is much better and I know that cellular rejuvenation is occurring. AIM is a fantastic company. I am able to learn from the online training and from other AIM Members who offer great support and suggestions. AIM provides good customer service support whenever I have a problem. The friends that I have made along this network journey are just ingredients in Herbal Fiberblend works for me! The wellness is eye opening. I am eager to get the day time: just mix 1 tablespoon started with an energized of powder in a glass of water, lifestyle through diet, exercise, let the product work and valued networking friends and the call to bowel health

f My hat is off to AIM. They have come up with another winner! I was one of the people who was fortunate enough to test market the new formula of garlic for AIM and so appropriately named, GarlicAIM. certainly the nutrition that my body needed to help keep my cardiovascular system working efficiently. It contained bear garlic leaf that is harvested for one week in the spring in the Alpine regions of Switzerland. Along with many other AIM Members, I was extremely disappointed when the Canadian Natural and Non-prescription Health Products Directorate did not accept the wild garlic formula and it had to be taken off the market in Canada.
GarlicAIM I not only get the benefits from the wild bear garlic leaf but also the garlic bulb extract and the powder of fermented garlic bulb. These three forms of garlic work together in one formula to help: maintain healthy cardiovascular health and blood lipid levels relieve symptoms of upper respiratory tract infections provide more antioxidants encourage the growth of good intestinal bacteria from the fructo-oligosaccharides

Garlic contains two primary organosulfur compounds credited with providing health benefits: L-cysteine sulfoxides and -glutamyl peptides. L-cysteine sulfoxides generate allicin, a chemical compound that gives garlic its distinctive odor and taste. The -glutamyl peptides are even higher in wild garlic leaves than combination of garlic leaves and two types of bulbs a healthy edge over the competition.
