Hancock Park
This older smaller – 3 bedrooms, 2 baths – home was in desperate need of a complete remodel and update. The bathrooms and kitchen were completely gadded; all electricity had to be updated as well as the plumbing. The project was designed and coordinated with the purpose to flip it on the market as fast as possible. Sandberg Design designed a completely new and modern kitchen and bathrooms, created new - well needed - closets, used the original hard wood flooring and stained it to a rich warm color, created a up to date electrical plan, designed new patios for the front and back yard. We were in charge of all purchasing, coordinated all delivery and full project manager through out the entire project with daily contact with all sub contractor involved.
