There are no ladies— Just girls and women And hags with a smidgen Of bitch and butch

And fists stout as stone Made to break flesh and Bone on boys and men Who don’t know when to quit.

Where I’m from The women turn the dirt And some turn tricks But none turn the cheek When somebody crosses the line—

And lots of somebodies Cross the line Where I’m from.
