Downtown Toledo Cultural Guide 5:30-9:00pm

Every month, year-round 30+ creative spaces each month One TARTA fare for unlimited bus rides

Welcome Welcome to the 3rd Thursday Loop! The Arts Commission is proud to present this exciting new cultural program to the community, and we thank you for joining us. With partnership from TARTA and each participating venue, the 3rd Thursday Loop brings a host of new opportunities and possibilities for Toledo’s creative community. By coordinating events, art exhibitions, concerts, performances and much more around this loop, and by connecting each of our major downtown cultural institutions all Toledo-area residents as well as guests and tourists visiting our city have a fun evening of arts and culture to look forward to each month, all year round. The 3rd Thursday Loop offers our city a taste of urban public transit that highlights and connects downtown to its surrounding neighborhoods. For the price of one TARTA fare, event guests can enjoy unlimited rides each evening to 17 stops at some of our city’s most vibrant cultural assets and experience the unique flavor and culture of our historic neighborhoods. Conveniently located bus stops make walking between venues a breeze. We encourage visitors to explore the diverse offering of galleries, studios, dining, and nightlife that make our city such a unique and exciting place. Enjoy, and thank you for helping us inspire a vibrant Toledo! Sincerely, The Arts Commission

How to loop

Downtown Toledo includes the areas of Downtown and Uptown.

#3rdThursdayLoop

1

Start from anywhere! Pick your favorite place or a new loop bus stop venue and catch a ride, see map for parking tips. Both routes serve 10th St.

2

Climb aboard! Explore Toledo’s vibrant creative community. Try something new, or visit an old favorite. Single TARTA fare gets unlimited rides each event - bring exact change and be sure to stand at the bus stop to be picked up.

3

Have fun! Whether you take in an opening, a show, event, or just explore a new part of town, be sure to do it with a smile, ask questions, and meet cool new people.

4

Plan your next Loop! There is too much to see and do in a single evening, so be sure to come back each month and take it all in one fun event at a time.

5

Know your city! Hang on to this guide and use it between events to find new venues and businesses, explore the city on your own time, or help friends find their way around when visiting.

To see each month’s features and better plan your Loop, visit theartscommission.org.
