Minimum opening order is $200, re-orders are $100 or more.

For example, “yourstore.com” and not Amazon, Facebook, Ebay, Zullily, etc. 3. Catalog Companies - Printed and online publications distributed direct to consumers or direct to retailers.
Other requirements and stipulations for new accounts:
Wholesale Accounts must provide a valid Business Registration License and/or a current Tax Resale Certificate. Both the business name and address on these documents must be consistent with the business name and address as shown on the wholesale account. All wholesale accounts agree to follow & maintain minimum suggested retail pricing (MSRP) guidelines. Guidelines & Policy will be posted on babyaspen.com under the wholesale portal, Terms & Conditions. Brick & Mortar businesses must provide a photo image of actual store front(s). Web only businesses will be reviewed to verify wholesaler has a functional retail website with a URL address with a working shopping cart with a secure checkout process. All Wholesale Brick & Mortar and Web only businesses (who sell strictly on their own website) agree to not sell our products on any online third party marketplaces, for example Amazon, eBay, Wal-mart, and Etsy. This list is indicative only and non-exhaustive. Selling on any online marketplace is prohibited without written permission. A marketplace can be defined as a site where multiple

ORDERING:
We accept orders by phone or email, and through your local sales representative as listed on the map in this catalog. When placing orders, please make sure to include all pertinent information such as contact name, phone number, e-mail address, credit applications and references, billing and shipping information.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Initial orders must be paid by credit card. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover for your opening order. Net 30 terms with $500 opening credit limit available for approved accounts. Credit reference sheets must be provided at time of request for increased credit limits. Credit approval will be at the discretion of The Aspen Brands Company. Payment of terms orders by credit card will be charged 3%. 1.5% monthly interest will be applied to all invoices not paid within terms.
PRICES:
All prices are net wholesale cost FOB Duluth, GA 30096. Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders will be processed at the prices in effect at the time the order is placed.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:
Orders are shipped via UPS Ground pre-paid anywhere in the United States and Canada unless weight or packaging requirements necessitate shipment by freight carrier. The cost of freight will be added to your invoice. Once your order is finalized, your order ships from our warehouse within 1-3 business days unless you request a future ship date or you’ve preordered backordered items. Depending on where you are located, delivery ranges from 1-5 business days.
Baby Aspen will not offer drop shipping for wholesale retailers; however this option is available for Kate Aspen.
RETURNS:
No returns are accepted without an Aspen Brands return authorization number (RA#). All claims for returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date, and the return itself must be received within 30 days of that date. Returns must be shipped back in their original packaging at customer expense. All unauthorized returns or refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
CLAIMS: Shipping Damage:
Upon receipt of your merchandise, check cartons for outside damage. If the outside cartons are noticeably damaged, a claim should be filed immediately. Please forward a picture of the damage to our customer service department for further instructions.
Merchandise Damage:
Upon receipt of merchandise, check contents of each carton. If the contents are damaged, contact our customer service department within 7 days of delivery date at 800-659-0471 or babyaspen@ theaspenbrands.com. Any invoice adjustments must be approved.
