Two new rescue divers for the 40th Squadron in December 2020, after two years of training, two new candidate rescue divers from the 40th Squadron SAR of the Belgian Air Force have taken their final exams. The 40th Squadron is a helicopter squadron based at Koksijde Air Base. It is dedi-cated to search and rescue (SAR), anti-submarine warfare, and troop transportation.
