Strategy Compensation Insight report

Hello, In the last quarter of 2015, The Barton Partnership undertook the largest compensation market research project ever on the ‘strategy’ market. Our aim was to not only look at how compensation differentiates between industries and sectors; but to also go beyond the compensation numbers and understand what the key trends and drivers were when it came to individuals making their next career move, as well as their level of job satisfaction. I would like to personally thank the 2000 responses we received from our request for information from our contact network which enabled us to compile this report. For me personally, having operated in this market for over 15 years, I found the exercise fascinating as well as insightful as I hope you will too. Thank you!
