Nothing says spring has sprung quite like pastels and bunny rabbits! This special birthday celebration included fun activities for the littlest partygoers such as petting and feeding live bunnies and crafting bunny baskets and tails.

While the adults enjoyed themed cocktails complete with custom stir sticks, guests of all ages chowed down on seasonal veggies and grilled cheese sandwiches.

To smash cake or not to smash cake? That is the one-year-old birthday party question. The choice is entirely up to you, however, should you opt to participate in the tradition, here are a few pointers. Keep the cake small and relatively simple in design; stick to white or light-colored icing and ensure your photographer is at the ready before you place the cake in front of the guest of honor. Don’t forget to have another dessert option for the rest of your guests!
