Spring Break Briar Fun Days

Ages 5-12

Keep the kiddos busy during Spring Break with Briar Fun Days! Kids ages 5-12 will enjoy different sports, arts & crafts, and themed activities.

Camp Schedule

Monday, March 13 - Friday, March 17 9:00 am - 2:00 pm

Drop off: 8:30 am - 9:00 am

Pick up: 2:00 pm - 2:15 pm

$75 per day

CAMP DROP-OFF Parents/guardians are not required to stay on property for the duration of Briar Fun Day camp. · Drop-off is held each morning from 8:45 am - 9:00 am on the third floor of the parking garage. Children must be signed in with counselors by their parent/guardian. After 9:00 am parents/guardians must walk their child into the Club and sign in with a Camp Counselor.

CAMP PICK-UP Pick-ups are held each day at 2:00 pm on the third floor of the parking garage Last early pick-up time is at 1:30 pm; otherwise, all campers must be picked up from the Parking Garage. All children must be picked up by 2:15 pm, or parents will be charged a $30 late fee, plus $5 for every minute past 2:30 pm.

REGISTRATION & CANCELLATION POLICY

Please visit www.thebriarclub.com to register or cancel your child’s Briar Fun Day registration. You may also email MaKayla Florus at mflorus@thebriarclub.com. All cancellations must be received at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any charges.

*In order to deliver the best experience possible, please note that no last minute reservations can be accepted. All Reservations must be made at least 2 business days before the camp date .

MEDICAL/LIABILITY RELEASE FORM

A signed Medical/Liability Release Form must be on file for all children. Forms can be found online or in the back of this book, and can be dropped off at the Kid’s Club or emailed to mflorus@thebriarclub.com.

RECIPROCAL CLUBS & GUESTS

Due to high demand and limited availability, camp is reserved for Briar Club Members only. Sponsored guests and reciprocal members may be allowed to attend with a Member, pending availability. Please email MaKayla Florus at mflorus@ thebriarclub.com for inquiries.
